To improve this because complete charge department for quality control appears that organization management need complete charge department being expose by greatly unprepared misgovernment in heavy hydrogen building company, expense that CEO under direct control histiocyte modeling air with AHP analysis is economical will be cost, but is construed can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality and organization such as cost-cutting effect in maintenance side and I should do so that can occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

  • 획득관련 업무의 발전을 위해서는 제도와 조직이 잘 갖추어져야 하며 그에 따른 전문화된 인력이 있어야 한다. 이중에서 조직은 획득업무를 원활하게 추진할 수 있도록 요구되는 기능이 잘 반영되어야 한다. 그러나 국방본부내의 현 획득조직은 정부조직법에 의한 조직체계로 조직이 경직되어 있고 소요기능이 제대로 조직되지 않는 등의 문제점을 안고 있어 보다 더 책임성을 있고 효율적인 업무추진을 위해서는 조직의 개선이 필요하다.

  • 효과적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위해 SPICE와 CMMI 프로세스 심사 표준을 도입하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 표준을 통해 효과적인 개선하기 위해서는 개선점과 위험을 식별하고 이들 이슈들을 개발환경에 적용시켜서 조직의 비전에 대응한 작업성능을 높여야한다. 지속적인 개선을 필요로 하는 조직은 현재의 작업성능을 측정하고 이를 개선하기 위한 개선점을 찾아내는 능력과 경험을 축적하여 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 기존의 SPI 모델들은 무엇을 수행해야 하는지에 대한 지침은 제공하고 있지만, 정량적인 작업성능 측정 및 특정 환경의 소프트웨어 개발 조직의 SPI를 위해 필요한 구체적인 지침을 제시하고 있지는 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 정량적인 SPI룰 위해 프로세스 측정 메트릭 정의와 심사 경험이 분석되어 활용될 수 있는 PCM(Process Capability Metric) Experience Factory 모델을 제안한다.

Study on the influence of Hotel Training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality (호텔 사내교육의 만족이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 관한연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of hotel training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality. The sample was obtained during 3weeks periods from Oct $14^{th}$ 2017 to Nov $4^{th}$ 2017 and out of 230 copies of the questionnaire, 223 copies responded with sincerity were made an object of the analysis. The results of the study were as follows, Firstly, training had an positive impact on the job satisfaction, Secondly, training significantly effected on organizational commitment. And practical training in the hotel has a positive impact on improving the quality of service. Third, job satisfaction has a positive effect on quality of service. Finally, organizational commitment also has a positive effect on service quality.

  • We explored the relationship between the level of change awareness and deployment of software process improvement (SPI) approaches using a competing values framework. To measure awareness level of organization's change, we used DICE framework provides means for predicting the outcome of change management initiatives. The four factors for organizaton's change: duration, integrity, commitment, and effort are evaluated and a score is calculated. The DICE(R) score is used to classify projects into win, worry, or woe zones. In this paper, we apply the DICE(R) score as an independent variable to predict the outcome of a software process improvement. Our results indicated that the Organization have a higher chance of success have the better outcome in software process improvement.

An Analytical Study on Research Trends of Resource Organization in Korea : 1970~2010 (한국의 자료조직 분야 연구동향 분석 : 1970~2010)

  • This study is to represent the research trends of the resource organization in Korea through the analysis of 607 papers related with resource organization in 4,015 papers on journals of 6 library & information science societies from 1970 through 2010. The results of this study are as follows. The average yearly papers in the case of academic journals published 14.8 pieces. The year published the largest number of papers: 2005 and 2009. The order of the number of papers by the domain of resource organization: cataloging, classification, indexing and abstracting, metadata, subject analysis. And the research on basic principle or theory in the resource organization showed insufficient. The research on KDC classification, cataloging rule, metadata element has are usually presented for improvements. But most of the research is not empirical analysis or objective assessment but subjective judgments of the researchers.

  • There are increasing numbers of foreign and domestic organizations that are using CMM/CMMI to establish their processes and keep improving them. CMMI and IDEAL models of SEI provide the best practices of processes and guide the organization using them based on processes maturity levels. However, they do not deal with their tools or methods that describe how to implement the processes in the organization. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a method in which various tools and statistical methodology of 6 sigma are applied to identify the process areas to be improved, to extract problems in those areas and to prioritize them. We expect this paper can contribute to the organizations that are searching for practical way of implementing CMMI based software process improvement and of identifying improvement items systematically. Also this method will be used to understand the result of improvement activities quantitatively.

  • 통상 규모가 작고 프로세스가 정착이 되지 않은 소규모 조직에서는 조직원 개인의 능력에 따라 조직의 성과가 좌우되는 경우가 일반적이다. CMMI는 조직의 능력과 성숙도를 판단하는 기준을 제시함으로써 조직이 프로세스를 개선하는데 도움을 준다. 그러나 CMMI는 모델 자체에서 요구하는 실천사항(practices)이 많아, 소규모 조직에 이를 적용하는 것은 상당한 부담이 되는 면이 있다. 이 논문에서는, 한국 육군의 전투실험소가 인원 규모가 작고 프로세스가 정착되어 있지 않아, CMMI를 이용하여 규격화되고 정형화된 실험소 프로세스를 정립하는 방안을 제시하였다. 실험소의 규모를 고려하여 실험소 프로세스로서 CMMI의 4개 프로세스를 벤치마킹하여 적용하기를 제시하면서 이를 이용한 실험소 능력의 성숙도를 측정하는 방법도 제안하였다.

  • In this paper, it will improve in quality to adapt a right test process which is formalized from certification of TMMi Level. To do this, we suggest correlative relation through analyzing associations between TMMi and TPI next based on the previous research[10], which provides the guideline for enhancing test process level with measuring Test maturity model. Also schematize test maturity measurement through refining and improving the previous test maturity correlation metrics[6,8,9]. As one example with limited level, it shows the guideline to improve test process of one testing organization through improved correlation metrics with TMMi and TPI next.
