A Study on the Management Factor in the Collaboration among Social Service Organizations (사회복지 조직간 협력관리 요인에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • In terms of theory, this study differentiates the definition of collaboration management and provides the different angle to find collaboration determinants. In terms of practice, stressing the necessity of establishing and practicing the plan for collaboration management, it suggests us that promising strategies of management for inter-organizational collaboration in korean children and youth social service arena should be prepared. Through examining the theories, it is found that collaboration management like formal and informal meeting, contract, appointing the staff for collaboration is different from the former organizational factors. Collaboration management is found to be a factor accelerating the collaboration and differentiating from collaboration result itself. It is found that collaboration management factor affects the clients being refereed, providing some kinds of programs, and getting them. It means that the policy of organization which makes the staffs to participate at meetings to obtain various programs that other organizations provide, draws the agreement for collaboration, and arranges internal system for collaboration like appointing special staff activates the collaboration among organizations. Findings of this study provides us some recommendations. The efforts to develop technique, know-how, and management theory should be made in the Korean society. Organizations and the government should encourage organizations to manage the collaboration among them and make an effort to initiate policies and programs.

조직간 정보시스템 유형별 위험 관리

  • 최근 조직간정보시스템의 연구는 조직간 전략적 협력을 형성함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 잠재적 갈등의 위험 인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 연구 대부분은 조직간의 위험발생에 있어서 경제적 관점의 위험에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 기술적 호환과 관련된 기술적 문제, 조직상호간의 활동, 서로 다른 문화ㆍ전략 차이간의 조정에 요구되는 사회정책적 문제는 고려하지 않고 있어서 조직간의 합리적이며 경제적인 협력적 동맹관계를 논의하는데는 충분치 않다. 따라서 조직간 협력적인 동맹관계를 다루기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 관점에 기술적 관점, 사회정책적 관점을 추가한 세가지 측면에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 조직간 정보시스템의 개념적 특성을 살펴보고, 조직간의 상호의존성, 구조적 특성, 기술, 조정매카니즘 요소등에 의해 정보자원공유, 가치사슬망, 네트웍 형태의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별에 대한 경제적, 기술적, 사회정책적 관점의 위험을 분석하고 위험을 최소화하기 위한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 최근 EDI, EC, CALS 등과 같은 조직간 정보시스템을 가반으로 한 전자적 파트너십에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직간 정보시스템의 도입은 거래비용절감뿐만 아니라 거래 파트너와의 관계 개선 및 협력 증진을 목적으로 한다. 조직간 정보시스템의 한 유형인 전자자료교환의 도입과 성과에 대한 사례연구 및 실증연구들은 활발하게 진행되고 있으나 조직간 정보시스템이 조직간 관계 변화에 미치는 영향을 실증한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 이 주제에 대한 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였다. 향후에 모형을 더욱 정치화 시켜 경험적 자료를 토대로 검증하고자한다.

  • This research was conducted through demonstrating method about how high cooperation level between crisis management systems against terror in korea is now, based on both interaction level relating to cooperation relation among organization relationship theory. Through the results of analysis, People in charge against terror were widely recognizing about the need of cooperation between crisis management systems to treat terror effectively. For organic cooperation between organizations, it was suggested the politic implication that it is the most important task to build the sense of values, the behavior about cooperations in the internal phase of crisis management system.

  • This study is that internal members of social welfare are divided into the first organization directly controlling and managing subjects and the second organization supporting and assisting the first one, and both organizations are analyzed through the empirical study about cooperation degree on the basis of interaction degree related with cooperation relationship from interorganizational relationship theories. That is because organic cooperation between both sides is essential element to effectively approach the ultimate purpose which subjects and related people need because of the social welfare business. This result suggests that both sides broadly recognize the need about cooperation between management systems and that it must come first to establish values and behaviors about the cooperation among the persons in charge on the organizational internal level for organic cooperation between organizations.

The Effects of the Decrease in Inter-organizational Risks through IRCM on the Supply-chain Performance of a Firm (파트너 선택과 계약 체결을 통한 조직간 위험 감소가 공급망 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study empirically investigated the direct and indirect effects of inter-organizational relationships control mechanisms (IRCM; prudent partner selection and complex contract) on the decrease of inter-organizational risks (i.e., relational risk and performance risk). The empirical results showed that prudent partner selection has a positive impact on the degrees of inter-organizational cooperation and the levels of inter-organizational information flow. The effects of complex contract on the inter-organizational cooperation and information flow were not significant. In the results of the decrease of inter-organizational risks, it was observed that inter-organizational cooperation has significant positive effects on the decrease of both relational risk and performance risk. It was found that partner selection only influences the decrease of performance risk. The impact of inter-organizational information flow on the decrease of inter-organizational risks was not statistically significant. The indirect effects of IRCM on the decrease of performance risk through inter-organizational cooperation were also empirically demonstrated. The significant impact of inter-organizational cooperation on the decrease of risks implies that high levels of collaborations among employees decrease the risk of opportunistic behavior as well as the possibility of low degrees of performance through cooperative efforts. According to the results of the effects of risks on supply-chain performance, only the impact of performance risk was negatively significant. This result points out that the low levels of performance cause delays in delivery and product launch, deterred production and delayed market response, and these deteriorated managerial activities necessarily decrease the degrees of supply-chain performance.

  • 본 연구는 건설산업 현장 프로젝트조직의 프로젝트사업 참여자 간 지식공유·활용이 조직몰입 및 협력과 현장 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 건설산업 현장 프로젝트조직의 특성을 분석하고자 본사 인력을 제외한 현장 프로젝트사업 참여자를 대상으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 현장 프로젝트사업 참여자 간 지식공유·활용이 조직몰입 및 협력과 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

A Study on Impact of Inter-organizational Trust, Commitment and Firm Capability to Research Cooperation Performance (조직간 신뢰, 몰입과 기업 역량이 연구개발협력 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • As research cooperation was increased nowadays, This study seeks to explores the performance determinants of research cooperation. Toward this end, this study is focused on generating such determinants as interfirm trust, commitment and corporate capability based on previous studies and existing literature. We define openness, management ability and consideration as sub-variable of interfirm trust, corporate capability was composed of R&D capability, financial capability, management capability and absorptive capacity. Commitment had no sub-variable. Also, this study was composed of two dependent variables, aiming to explore differential performance of research cooperation. Results of the empirical analyses are as follows. First, corporate capability was significant impact on research cooperation. Second, interfirm trust and commitment was not significant to research cooperation. Finally, performance differentiation between two dependent variable was not proved in this study.

  • 본 연구는 국내 건설기업의 현장프로젝트조직 사업 참여자를 대상으로 현장프로젝트 사업 참여자간 간 통제유형에 따라 조직몰입과 협력 및 현장프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 통제를 산출통제(Output Control), 과정통제(Process Control), 사회통제(Social Control)로 구분하여 통제유형에 따라 현장프로젝트 참여자 간 조직몰입과 협력 및 현장프로젝트성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

  • This study is to investigate the relationship among anticipation, organizational trust and cooperative intention of members of ski club for 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. Moreover, to provide the basic data for Gangwon-do Province, Pyeongchang-gun and 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics committee and to propose a plan to become a successful tournament by leading to take active participation and cooperation of the ski club members. In order to achieve these objectives, this study was given to a sampling of 341 people from members of ski club in Gangwon W, F resort. First, there was correlation static (+) between expectations and organizational trust among all factors and partially impact on an organizational trust by economic/industrial and social/cultural factors as a sub factors of expectation. Second, correlation static (+) between expectations and cooperative intention among all factors and significant impact on cooperative intention by social/cultural factors as a sub factors of expectation. Third, correlation static (+) between organizational trust and cooperative intention among all factors and significant impact on cooperative intention by trust factor as a sub factors of expectation.
