This study was conducted to assess ecosystem services provided for Saemangeum agricultural and life sites and surrounding areas and establish measures to enhance them. The ecosystem services in the Saemangeum region were found to be different depending on its land use type. Before reclamation, the quality of ecosystem service in the Saemangeum region was high in all aspects: supply, control, culture, and support service functions. After the reclamation, however, the quality of supply, regulating, and support services declined. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the quality of regulating and support services provided by semi-natural habitats such as rice paddy and reservoirs to improve the ecosystem service of the Saemangeum agricultural and life site. The suggested service improvement includes transforming natural ecosystems, such as forests and rural areas, and vast agricultural land into rural tourism and ecotourism and strengthening cultural service functions centered on education and research related to agriculture. To this end, it is necessary to utilize large agricultural land and agricultural infrastructure to promote agricultural production and rural tourism and government support for areas where the aging population is a problem.

The aim of this study was to test the effect of consultant's problem-solving ability on consulting services. A questionnaire was conducted for the staff of companies that were consulted, the research models and hypotheses were tested by structural equation. As a result of this study, the moderating effect of the consultant 's problem-solving ability and the fit of the research model were confirmed. In this study, defining the problem solving ability of the consultant as an major variable was a new attempt on the research of the consultant's competence. We expect that this study will promote various research on consultant's problem-solving ability and encourage consultants to re-recognize their problem-solving ability. We will conduct research to develop a a tool for measuring the problem-solving ability of consultants recognized as the limitation of this study.

This study aims to provide the fundamental data of an efficient grading system after identifying the mediate and moderating effects of self-participation regarding the impact of education service quality on student satisfaction. To achieve the purpose of the study, SPSS 18.0 statistic program was used to conduct the frequency, factor and correlation analysis while targeting 310 students majoring in food service and culinary arts & science in 2 and 4 year universities in Busan area. Specifically, the mediate and moderating effects of self-participation were examined in accordance with three-stage regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, respectively. The results of analyses suggested that there was the positive correlation between student satisfaction and education service quality, and the student satisfaction was correlated with self-participation in the entire variables, except for the welfare service. The self-participation didn't have any mediate effect, since the ratio of the student satisfaction to the education service quality with self-participation turned out to be p<0.01. The self-participation had moderating effects on student satisfaction, with the $R^2$ being increased by 0.032, from 0.537 to 0.569. However, it was only partial moderating effects because the self-participation, when along with laboratory environment, was not positively effective in terms of the statistic variables.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of social support on the effect of the use of social services by the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction.To this end, the 15th data of the Korean Welfare Panel 2020 were used to verify the characteristics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis of variables related to life satisfaction. The SPSS WIN 25.0 program was used. The survey subjects extracted 684 elderly people with disabilities aged 65 or older, and the use of welfare services was divided into income Service, health Service, home welfare Service, and social participation Service, and the analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the experience of using welfare services for the elderly with disabilities had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, social support showed a moderating effect on the effect of using welfare services for the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction. Through these results, the necessity of practical intervention measures and development of various programs in social welfare policies that can improve the quality of welfare services for the elderly with disabilities and increase life satisfaction through various social support was suggested.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of choice realization between service quality and user satisfaction to elderly home care services. For this purpose, we analyzed 258 respondents who received elderly home care service in Jeollabuk-do. Considering the assumption that the moderating effect of choice realization would be different by rural and urban areas because of the disparity of the elderly welfare infrastructure, the urban and rural areas were analyzed separately. The analyses showed that choice realization had a moderating effect on the relationship between service quality and user's service satisfaction for the service clients resided in urban areas. However, there was no significant moderating effect of choice realization for the service clients in rural areas. This result implies that the moderating effect of selection realization is different in rural and urban areas because of the poor elderly home care facilities in rural areas. In order for aged people to actively express the effect of service user choice, it is necessary to solve welfare imbalance between regions through expansion of welfare infrastructure and policy support to rural area.

Differentiated services network (DiffServ) aims to provide the same service to a group of connections that have similar Quality of Service requirements. One of the essential function to realize DiffServ is the traffic conditioning mechanism. The paper proposes the enhanced traffic conditioning mechanism which can assure the reserved rates of TCP and UDP flows and support fair distribution of excess bandwidth. The simulation results show that the new mechanism is rather insensitive of the effect of UDP against TCP throughput, and performs better both in terms of throughput assurance and fair distribution of excess bandwidth in case of well-provisioned and over-provisioned network environment.

최근 무선 네트워크 서비스의 수요가 증가함에 따라 낮은 비용, 간편한 설치 그리고 높은 대역폭 특성을 가지는 무선랜 (WLAN)을 기반으로 한 사내 네트워크 구성이 학교 및 기업을 중심으로 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 사내 네트워크를 통한 랩탑 (Laptop), 넷북 (Notebook), 스마트 폰 (Smart Phone), 그리고 UMPC (Ultra Mobile Personal Computer)등 휴대용 단말을 이용한 스트리밍 서비스의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 무선랜 환경은 사용자 이동에 의해 핸드오버가 발생할 경우, 이동할 대상 네트워크의 혼잡 상태를 고려하지 않는다. 따라서 이동할 네트워크에 빠르게 적응하지 못함으로써 패킷 손실에 의한 서비스의 불연속성 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 핸드오버 이전에 이동 대상 네트워크의 혼잡 상태를 인지하여 전송률을 조절함으로써, 스트리밍 서비스의 불연속성 문제를 해결하는 적응적인 스트리밍 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 핸드오버 이전에 이동 대상 네트워크의 가용대역폭을 측정하여 혼잡 상태를 인지하고, 측정한 가용대역폭 값을 기반으로 전송하는 프레임의 수를 우선순위에 따라 차등적으로 조절하여 전송률을 조절하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of team trust and cooperative behavior on the food-service employees' perceived service performance as well as the moderating effects of team competency and other department support in the relationship among the team trust, cooperative behavior, and service performance of food-service employees. We conducted a survey of 1,080 food-service employees working in 8 hotels and 4 food-service stores located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Song-do, Gyeongju, and Busan, and 841 food-service employees were employed for statistical analysis except unreliable responses. As a result of a SEM (structural equation modeling) analysis to confirm hypotheses, it was found that team trust (leader trust and co-worker trust) had a positive effect on the cooperative behavior. In addition, the cooperative behavior had a positive influence on the food-service employees' perceived service performance. Also found was the moderating effect of other department support in the relationship between the cooperative behavior and food-service employees' perceived service performance. Based on the research findings, we discussed its academic and practical implications, and suggestions on the future research.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors that influence mobile video services' satisfaction. 362 users who use both DMB and mobile video services complete the questionnaires measuring 6 attribute level satisfactions and total satisfaction of mobile video services, TV contents broadcasting status in mobile video services. The data are analyzed by using frequency analysis, Chi-square test, t-test/F-test, multiple regression and moderated multiple regression. The results of the study are as follows: First, diverse contents, image quality, video streaming quality, user convenience, and data consumption volume affect total satisfaction of mobile video services. Second, TV contents broadcasting status in mobile video services doesn't show positive moderation effect on the relationship between attribute level satisfaction and total satisfaction. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

There has recently been increased recognition of the significance of internal marketing activity towards hospitals; however, few studies have investigated internal marketing towards hospitals. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the impacts of internal marketing and service orientation on hospital image and to focus on the moderating effect of self-efficacy. The main results were as follows. First, empowerment, education training, and leadership of internal marketing positively affect service orientation, with leadership having the greatest influence. Conversely, internal communication and reward do not affect service orientation. Second, service orientation positively affects hospital image, indicating that an influencing relationship between the two factors is formed. Third, the moderating effects of self-efficacy towards the relationship between internal marketing and service orientation is not significant an alpha level of 0.05. However, overall internal marketing in the high group of self-efficacy has a greater effect on service orientation than that in the low group. Thus, the managers should enhance internal marketing and service orientation to increase hospital image, and motivate employees to have self-efficacy.
