클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 자원 공유와 가상화 기술 및 자원의 서비스화 등 기존 컴퓨팅 환경과 다른 특성으로 인해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 식별/접근제어 기술 및 보안 통제 사항이 요구된다. 그러므로 기존 컴퓨팅 자원을 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경으로 변경하는 서비스 제공자나 클라우드 서비스로 이동하는 서비스 사용자는 특정한 보안 요건을 검토해야 한다. Cloud Security Alliance에서 배포한 Cloud Control Matrix와 ISO/IEC 27001을 비교 분석하여, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 특별히 요구되는 식별 및 접근제어의 보안 통제 요건을 확인하였다. 또한, 주요 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스인 아마존의 AWS, 구글의 Google Cloud Platform과 VMware의 vCloud 서비스의 식별 및 접근제어 기술을 조사하였다. 이를 기반으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경의 식별 및 접근제어 기술에서 필요한 보안 요건을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 인터넷상에서 제공되는 지적콘텐츠에 대한 영속적이고 고유한 식별 체계인 DOI 상용 서비스의 일환으로 DOI 구문을 구성하고 있는 Prefix와 Suffix 식별코드를 개발하였다. 이를 위해서 현재 인터넷상에서 지적콘텐츠를 유통시키고 있는 기관들을 조사 분류하여 콘텐츠 보유기관 식별코드를 개발하였다. 또한 지적콘텐츠의 속성 및 유형 분석을 토대로 Suffix 코드의 구조 및 식별코드를 개발하였으며 관련 콘텐츠간의 연계를 위한 저작권 식별기호를 고려하였다.

통신서비스가 다양해지고 통신사업이 경쟁화됨에 따라 다양한 통신망 및 통신사업자가 등장하게 되었다. 따라서 이러한 이종 통신망간의 호출 및 사업자별 요금정산 등을 위해서 통신망 혹은 사업자별 식별번호의 부여는 필수적이다. 본 고에서는 국내통신망 식별번호의 현황을 조사, 분석하여 식별번호 부여방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 2000년도에 필요한 국내 통신망 식별번호의 수요를 예측하였다.

본 논문은 화재발생 이후에 화재현장의 조건에 따라 분전반의 주차단기 전원측 단자에서의 트래킹 현상 진행 가능성에 대하여, 화재현장 조사사례를 들어 고찰하였다. 화재현장 조사과정에서 분전반의 주차단기 전원측 단자에서 트래킹 형태가 식별됨에도 불구하고 그 부하측에서 전기적인 특이점이 식별되는 경우에는, 단순히 트래킹 형태가 식별되는 점만으로 발화원인을 판정하는 자세를 지양하고, 구체적인 연소형태를 검토하여 발화개소, 연소확대 경로 등의 해석 및 전체적인 전기계통의 고찰을 통하여, 분전반 주차단기에서의 발화원인 등을 판정해야되며, 또한, 화재현장의 정밀조사 없이 분전반 및 차단기의 조사와 해석만으로는 발화여부 또는 발화원인에 대하여 논단하는 것이 어렵다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Purpose: As the intensity and frequency of natural hazards are increasing due to climate change, external events that affecting nuclear power plants(NPPs) may increase. NPPs must be protected from external events such as natural hazards and human-induced hazards. External events that may occur in NPPs should be identified, and external events that may affect NPPs should be identified. This study introduces the methodology of identification and screening methods for external events by literature review. Method: The literature survey was conducted on the identification and screening methods of external events for probabilistic safety assessment of NPPs. In addition, the regulations on the identification and screening of external events were investigated. Result: In order to minimize the cost of external event impact analysis of nuclear power plants, research on identifying and screening external events is being conducted. In general, in the identification process, all events that can occur at the NPPs are identified. In the screening process, external events are selected based on qualitative and quantitative criteria in most studies. Conclusions: The process of identifying and screening external events affecting NPPs is becoming important. This paper, summarize on how to identify and screen external events for a probabilistic safety assessment of NPPs. It is judged that research on bounding analysis and conservative analysis methods performed in the quantitative screening process of external events is necessary.

It is very important to protect life, property at sea and marine environments from any pollution AIS, which was been carried out July 1st, 2002 by SOLAS ch. 5, is an communication system to enhance navigational safety by transmitting and receiving vessel information automatically. In this paper, we investigated the positive factors expected by introducing AIS. For this, ship's collision accidents were analyzed. Finally, we suggest methods to solve several problems related to operation in AIS.

해양사고는 발생 직후의 적절한 초기대응 여부에 따라 사고 이후 다양한 사건 전개 양상을 보이게 되며, 이러한, 해양사고 발생 시 초기 대응을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 발생한 해양사고의 속성을 명확하게 파악하는 작업이 선행되어야 한다. 또한, 얼마나 빨리 사고 상황에 대한 정확한 정보를 수집하고, 사고 대응을 위하여 필요한 장비 / 물자를 조달할 수 있느냐에 따라 신속한 사고 대응이 될 수도, 그렇지 못할 수도 있다. 이렇듯, 효과적이고 신속한 초기 대응을 위해서는 선박 종류 및 사고 종류 별 다양한 조건의 선박 사고에 대한 정보를 갖춘 사고 대응 시스템이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는, 해양사고 발생 이후 전개되는 시나리오들에 대한 위험도를 비교 평가할 수 있는 방법론을 개발하기 위한 일환으로, 해양사고 대응 사례 조사를 통하여 해양사고 대응 시 필요한 정보들을 식별하고, 사고 대응 시 사용되거나 고려되었던 대응 방법들을 식별하여 정리하였다. 또한, 식별된 정보들을 바탕으로, 유조선, 컨테이너선 및 여객선에 대한 해양사고 발생 후 사건전개 시나리오들을 식별 및 분석하였다.

The rapid digitalization has highlighted the importance of identifying and managing online resources. Especially, the need for a systematic identification system for the efficient distribution and preservation of digital content is growing. This study aims to respond to these contemporary demands by investigating the current state of identification systems for online resources and exploring more systematic management and utilization methods through linking these systems with legal deposit. To achieve this, the study surveyed the identification systems and their issuance status for online resources and analyzed prior research related to these online resources. Based on the analysis, the proposed strategies for linking with legal deposit can be summarized into three categories: First, to prioritize and enhance the utilization of legal deposit, strategies are required to strengthen the mutual complementarity of deposit and use, to assign priorities to certain deposits, and to increase the usability of deposited materials. Second, as strategies based on international standard numbers for linking with legal deposit, it is necessary to integrate ISBN and UCI in the deposit process, to link international standard resource numbers with deposit, to interconnect metadata between international standard numbers and UCI, to integrate UCI and ICN, and to introduce automation technology for upgrading the deposit system. Third, to effectively implement the aforementioned strategies, policy support is essential. This includes enhancing the role of the Korean Bibliographic Standards Center, strengthening cooperation with publishers, compensating for deposited materials, and increasing awareness and institutional compensation for the legal deposit system.

지난 7월호에서는 COCOMO 모델, 기능점수모델, PRICE-S모델, 일반 COSDES 모델 등의 무기체계 S/W 개발비용 산정모델들을 조사 및 분석하여 제시하였다. 이번 8월호에서는 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발비용산저에 영향을 미치는 요소를 기존의 '한소협' 모델, PRICE-S 모델, 기능점수 모델, COCOMO 모델 등 여러 소프트웨어 개발비용 산정모델을 참고 후 무기체계의 특성을 고려하여 식별하였다. 또한 식별된 요소들을 '한소협' 모델의 절차와 방법에 따라 무기체계 소프트웨어의 스텝 수 산정 영향요소, 환경요인 보정계수 영향요소, 제경비 및 기술료 산정 영향요소들을 식별하여 제시하였다.
