The conception of early streamers is in sufficient and inadequate as a parameter for the determination of any advantage of early streamer emission(ESE) lightning rods versus ordinary lightning rods. Thus, standards for many other national and international lightning protection as well as KS C IEC 61024-1 do not take ESE lightning rods, charge dissipation systems or non-conventional lightning rods. Unfortunately, many non-conventional lightning rods such as ESE lightning rods and charge dissipation systems in Korea are increasingly used in lightning protection of structures including explosive manufacturing buildings, electric generating, transmission and distribution systems. This study attempts to make aware of no advantage of ESE rods and other non-conventional lightning protection systems and to investigate the present status of installations of ESE lightning rods.

The case where a drain cannot flow backwards, a sewer institution can be unmanageable in this, and a mad is under water momentarily by local heavy nin by the climate phenomenon in spite of not being a lowlands belt has occurred well more than recently. By the flooded mea since it is in the state which has some human bodies at hand, when a short circuit occurs in street lighting pole which is the electric institution thing of a road, the danger of an electric shock accident becomes higher. In this paper, it was going to show improvement plan for grasping the brittle factor of street lighting pole electricity facilities through the on-site survey of street lighting pole electricity facilities, and improving this.

Recently, the power supply situation has deteriorated and the plan has issued to utilize of emergency generators for securing standby power. If a part of Emergency Generators was utilized by peak shaving, it can be avoiding over-investment in supply power facility. In this paper we investigate management of Emergency Generator and understand the current situation. So, we verify demand response resource possibility of Emergency Generator.

There are about 160 post office buildings of medium and/or large scale in Korea Energy saving and efficient manpower management for the buildings are important. In this paper, patterns of the operation and energy consumption of the post office buildings are analyzed. The authors suggest an integrated and grouped management of the dispersed post office buildings using internet, through which more improved efficiency can be expected.

본 연구에서는 canopy가 없는 stadium에서의 야간조명 실태를 조사하고 국내에 설치된 각 stadium의 조도를 측정하여 그 결과를 KS, FIFA기준 및 방송국 기준을 비교하고 stadium의 전체적인 조도분포를 분석하였다. 4pole 배치의 stadium에 있어서 조도는 KS 기준에는 대체로 만족하나 FIFA 및 방송국 기준에는 미흡함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 4pole 배치 방식에 있어서 수평면 및 수직면 조도의 균일도는 국제기준에 많이 미흡하여 원활한 경기진행 및 TV 중계에 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 결과로부터 stadium의 조명시설을 고려한 설계과정의 필요함을 알 수 있었고, 또한 KS기준이 국제기준과 비교하여 많은 차이가 있어 stadium의 특성을 고려한 제도적인 보완을 통하여 철저한 설계가 이루어져야 하겠다.

There have been light pollution standards just for architectural lighting and sign in the "Light Pollution Abatement Law" so far. However, both of them regulate only one of the three main light pollution elements-"Glare". Therefore, it is imperative to do research on the other two light pollution elements-"Upward" and "Light Trespass" and make proper restriction. Subsequently, this study focuses on the upward light from the street light and suggests its analysis method. Eventually, this study aims to make viable management which is suitable for the nation and, in addition, to suggest appropriate level of restriction to "Light Pollution Abatement Law" by doing site survey.

저소득층 노인 대상의 급식서비스 영양효과를 분석하기 위한 기초연구로써 광주광역시 북구 지역 저소득층 노인 100명을 대상으로 2002년 11월 20일~12월 15일까지 실태조사를 통해 건강ㆍ영양문제를 도출하고 급식서비스 제공에 따른 영양효과를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 수혜를 받은 대상자의 평균 연령은 72.44세, 신장은 158.50cm, 체중은 52.29kg 이었고 이로부터 구한 평균 체질량지수는 20.86kg/$m^2$이었다. 평균 영양소 섭취량은 열량 1,389,67㎉, 단백질 53.50g, 지질 26.20g, 탄수화물 234.41g, 섬유질 5.56g, 칼슘 481.15mg, 인 882,76mg, 철분 8.59mg, 나트륨 4,208.98mg, 칼륨 2,069.77mg, Retinol 408,69RE, Thiamin 0.84mg, Riboflavin 0,73mg, 나이아신 11.04NE, Ascorbic acid 80.63mg, 콜레스테롤 157.63mg 이었고, 연령이 증가할수록 영양제 섭취 비율이 증가하였다.

지난 수십 년간 규칙적으로 아침식사를 하는 사람의 비율은 지속적으로 감소한 반면 같은 기간에 비만 또는 만성질환의 발생 빈도는 지속적으로 높아졌다. 아침식사의 중요성은 늘 얘기되어 왔으나 최근 비만, 만성질환의 발생이 늘면서 이에 대처하는 수단으로 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 예전에는 개인의 실천을 강조하였으나 최근에는 이에 덧붙여 개인이 아침식사를 할 수 있도록 지역사회가 적극적으로 개입할 것을 촉구한다. 지금까지 아침식사와 건강의 관계에 관해 발표된 연구논문과 한국인의 아침식사 실태를 분석하고, 아침식사를 활성화하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다.

조선기자재는 선박의 건조 및 수리에 사용되는 모든 기계와 자재류를 일컫는 것으로, 선종과 규모에 따라 다소 차이가 있으나 약460여종에 이르며 선박 건조원가의 55∼65%를 차지하고 있다. 선박부품인 조선기자재는 기능별로 나누어 금속제품, 화학제품, 용접재료, 주단제품으로 구성되는 선체부, 엔진을 포함하는 추진장치와 보조기계로 대별되는 기관부, 조타, 계선, 하역, 안전장비 및 거주설비 등의 의장부 및 동력, 배선, 조명, 항해통신, 제어장치 등으로 구성되는 전기ㆍ전자부로 분류된다. 특히 최근에는 방화ㆍ방재 설비로 대표되는 안전설비를 의장부에서 별도로 분류하기도 하며, 선박의 자동화 추세에 따라 전기와 전자부분을 분리하여 분류하기도 한다.(중략)

The purpose of this survey is to find out the problems in lighting conditions of Korean residence and bring up the improvement direction. 120 households were chosen at random among independent house and apartment house in Taejon for this survey.The results are as follows; 1) The illumination of apartment houses are 2/3 of the recommended illuminalion and that of Independent houses are 1/2 of the recommended. Thus, apartment houses have better lighting condition. 2) 7he average illumination level is improving, but it still does not reach the recommended level. Therefore, the considerable plan to maintain proper lighting levels and suit to the 1;ghting purposes is required.
