This study analyzed the financing ratio by operation fund financing method and their impact on management performance according to the establishment operation management entity of the medical institution. For the analysis method, ANOVA, logistic regression, and regression analysis were conducted using financial information registered with HASPA.The results of the study, The ratio of gross revenue to operating funds differed significantly depending on the establishment operation management entity. In addition, it was found that the financing ratio of each operation fund financing method was significantly related to the management results(deficit, surplus), and the impact of the operation fund financing method on management performance differed according to the establishment operation management entity. As a result, the management of operating funds of medical institutions is deemed appropriate to apply cost management first considering the ratio of revenue to operating funds, and then to utilize internal operating funds.

This paper analyzed the relationship between corporate debt financing and interest costs using micro firm-level data. We also analyzed the differences in this relationship by the year of 2008 financial crisis. We did not find a negative relationship between corporate interest costs and debt financing. Prior to the 2008 financial crisis, we found a negative relationship between corporate interest costs and debt financing. However, following the 2008 financial crisis, we found a positive relationship between corporate interest costs and debt financing. The impacts of the decrease in corporate interest costs on the increase in corporate debt financing are not significant in the Korean economy. After the 2008 financial crisis, the decrease in corporate interest costs is followed by a decrease in corporate debt financing.

주문생산 기업은 공급체인망의 협력적 관계에 있는 협력공급자로 부터 안정적으로 부품을 조달받거나, B2B 조달시장에서 다수 입찰공급자의 가격경쟁을 통하여 부품를 구매한다. 그런데 하나의 제품이 다수 부품으로 구성된 경우, 부품조달은 한가지 방법에만 의존하기는 힘들다. 또한 한 제품을 구성하는 부품들은 서로 일정 비율로 사용되는데 공급자들의 자원 한계로 인해 부품조달에 원활하지 못할 때, 부품들은 서로 납품량에 영향을 미친다. 이 경우, 협력공급자와 입찰공급자들을 동시에 고려하여 협력공급자의 납품수량과 입찰공급자의 낙찰 및 납품수량을 결정하는 효율적인 최적공급자 선정방법이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 주문생산 기업이 부품조달을 위한 최적공급자 선정을 위해 최대이윤을 목적으로 하면서 협력적 요인, 경쟁적 요인, 통합요인의 구매조건을 만족하는 협력공급자 기반의 입찰공급자 낙찰을 위한 최적화 통합모형을 제안한다.

Recently, the construction industry has been pursuing the rationalization of its various systems through informatization. Procurement is a highly important element of the construction process, as it is directly related to the cost and quality of a construction project. In addition, procurement management of resources is in an indivisible relation, so that it is significant to link each other effectively. This study proposed construction activity and basic data connected to cost summary work for the categorization and utilization of resources. This study connected that activity to detailed items of material and labor cost, and proposed a procurement planning model of resources by activity that can utilize all resources and information. In addition, this model can classify resources and information by various forms. We found that the utilization of this procurement planning model will be higher because it can grasp various problems that occur in the passive procurement and provide additional functions that can be modified.

This study is to investigate the problems of procurement circumstance of the current fire service funds and to suggest the alternatives for procuring the fire service funds for dealing with increasing demand on the fire service in the local autonomous era. The results are as the followings. First, most fire service officers see the procurement circumstances as premature stage and perceive the necessity of the improvement of this condition. In particular, the officers at the fire center recognize this problem as an urgent question than the officers at the front fire branches. In addition, as for the alternatives of the procurement of fire service funds, both groups prefer the long term plan to the short term plan, and show positive responses to the National Emergency Management Agency and central government as the entity to raise fire funds. As for the alternatives to improve financial system, both groups show the most positive responses on the way to increase the current common facilities tax. As for the specific procurement alternatives of fire funds, both groups agree the alternative to increase common facilities tax mostly, and to the next they agree the alternative to insecure fire funds by restructuring current financial system and by establishing fire service hospital and fire equipment maintenance center.

조달청이 입찰자 정보를 분석해 불법전자입찰을 색출해내는 '불법전자입찰 징후분석시스템'을 본격 가동한다. 조달청(청장 권태균)은 지난 7월 22일 "아직도 일부 입찰자들이 전자입찰시스템을 악용, 담함 및 공인 인증서 대여 등의 불법입찰 행위를 하고 있다"고 지적하고 "이를 체계적이고 상시 감시하기 위한 불법전자 입찰 징후분석시스템(이하 '징후분석시스템')을 본격 가동해 불법입찰 혐의가 짙은 201개 업체를 공정거래 위원회에 조사요청 할 계획"이라고 밝혔다. 이번 '징후분석시스템'의 본격가동으로 인증서 대여를 통한 불법전자입찰 행위를 뿌리 뽑아, 국가예산의 낭비방지 및 공공공사와 조달물품의 품질 제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

중소ㆍ벤처기업들은 지난해를 보내며 많은 어려움을 겪었다. 담보나 신용 부족으로 은행 등의 간접금융 활용이 어려웠고 이에 더해 벤처캐피탈 등을 통한 직접금융 시장마저 여의치 않았기에 어느해 보다 어려운 한해였을 것이다. 그러나“비가 온 뒤에 땅이 굳어진다”고 했듯이 지난 한해를 슬기롭게 잘 지내온 벤처기업들에게 2004년 직접금융시장을 통한 재원조달이 다소 나아질 것으로 전망된다. 국내 직접금융시장의 주요 투자기관인 벤처캐피탈의 재원조달 현황 파악을 통해 중소 벤처기업의 자금조달시장을 예측해보고자 한다. 우선 벤처캐피탈 재원조달의 주요수단인 투자조합(Fund)결성 현황을 살펴보고, 투자조합의 운영 특성상 조합결성 후부터 3~5년간 투자가 이루어지는 것을 감안하여 2004년의 투자전망을 살펴보도록 한다.
