This paper empirically examined the relationships between the characteristics of purchasing items and the effective e-procurement strategies. We found that the importance of items has influence on the effective e-procurement, while the complexity of purchasing process has little influence. This fact exhibits the automation of transactional process has little influence on carrying out e-procurement. We also found, companies prefer the horizontal e-marketplace to the vertical e-marketplace. In addition, companies want to purchase through the e-bidding or reverse auction for lower prices.

본 연구는 새로운 장비체계 도입 시 초기 일정기간 동안 장비의 목표가용도 유지를 위해 필요한 동시조달수리부속(Concurrent Spare Parts)와 적정소요 산출에 관한 해법을 제시한다. 새로운 장비체계 도입 시 함께 보급되는 예비수리부속은 장비체계 운용에 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 장비체계가 주어진 임무를 수행하는 동시에 정상상태를 유지하기 위한 적정수준의 예비부속 확보가 필요하며 최소의 비용으로 장비의 가동률을 극대화 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 부품의 고장특성 및 수리능력을 고려한 고장분포함수를 바탕으로 각 부속별 중요도를 만족시키는 초기 수리부속 소요 결정모형과 해 산정기법을 제시하며 가용예산 제약에 따른 소요조정을 통해 최적의 예비부속 재고수준을 결정한다.

대통령직 인수위원회가 지난 2월 19일 중소기업중앙회 강당에서 열린 '중소기업 손톱 및 가시 힐링캠프'에서 대규모의 공공공사 분리발주 등 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 했다고 발표했다. 대통령직 인수위원회는 중소기업계가 꼽은 299건(공익과 상충하는 41건 제외)의 건의사항 가운데 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 한 것이다. 주요 개선과제는 ${\triangle}$정부조달 판로 확대 ${\triangle}$창업 기술규제 현실화 ${\triangle}$대 중소기업 상생 정착 등 총 7개 분야로, 이 가운데 조달부문에서는 전문건설사의 정부 공공공사 직접 참여 활성화를 고려해 대규모 공공공사 분리발주 원칙을 법제화 하는 한편 분할계약 금지 원칙이 담긴 국가계약법 시행령 제68조의 규정을 폐지키로 했다. 인수위의 이같은 결정은 지난 1월 24일 '중소기업 소상공인 현장의 목소리를 듣겠습니다' 간담회에서 대한설비건설협회가 건의한 분리발주 법제화 내용이 반영된 것이다.

본(本) 논문(論文)에서는 기업 내부자와 자본시장 간에 정보(情報)의 배분(配分)이 불균등할 경우 외부자금의 조달 및 주주에 대한 현금배당 등의 재무정책(財務政策)에 관한 장기계획의 수립에서 고려하여야 할 문제들을 2단계(2段階) 효율적신호(效率的信號) 균형(均衡)의 모형(模型)을 통하여 분석하였다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 단위 기간의 연결체인 장기모형을 동태적(動態的)으로 분석함으로써 각 단위 기간의 모형 구성이 기존의 연구들과 유사함에도 불구하고 기존의 정태적(靜態的) 분석(分析)들에서 밝혀지지 않았던 현상들까지 설명이 가능하였다. 기존의 연구들에서 밝혀진 배당(配當) 및 신주발행(新株發行)의 정보효과(情報效果)는 본 연구의 동태적 균형에서도 나타났으나, 일반적으로 정태적 모형들이 재무정책(財務政策)의 정보효과에 기인한 투자정책의 왜곡을 지나치게 과장하고 있음을 보였다. 또 기존의 연구들에서는 분석이 곤란하였던 배당 및 기업 내부자금의 장기적 균등화의 문제를 분석하여 적정 여유자금의 보유가 기업가치의 증대에 도움이 됨을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 MLP(master limited partnership) 분리(分離)라는 기업구조(企業構造) 개편(改編)(restructing)이 기업의 시장가치에 미치는 영향을 사건연구(事件硏究)(event study) 방법론을 통하여 분석하였다. 실증분석의 결과 MLP 분리(分離)로 인한 모기업의 주가상승이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 세금혜택(稅金惠澤), 대리인(代理人) 문제(間題), 자금조달(資金調達) 그리고 자산증권화(資産證券化)(securitization) 둥의 측면에서 MLP 분리(分離)의 경제적 의미를 살펴보았다. 경영자에 의한 자유현금(自由現金)흐름(free cashflow)남용의 방지를 통한 대리인(代理人) 비용(費用)(agency cost)의 감소, 정보불균형(情報不均衡)에 관련된 자금조달상의 불이익의 극복가능성이 모기업의 주가상승을 가져올 수 있는 보다 중요한 요인들로 제시되었다. 이러한 요인들의 상대적 중요성에 대한 실증분석 특히 자유현금흐름 가설의 검증이 앞으로의 과제다.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템의 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자간 또는 기업과 기업간의 전자 거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업과 기업간 전자 거래에 있어서 기업의 글로벌화를 통해 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 질적 향상을 추구할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 웹 기반 전자 입찰 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 클라이언트와 서버 및 데이터 베이스를 연동하기 위한 웹기술, 기업간의 문서 교환을 위한 XML/EDI 기술 및, 입찰과 계약과정, 조달과정에서 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 공개키 암호화 기술인 PKI 기반 구조의 인증 및 전자서명을 활용한 보안 기능을 설계한다.

The unity of korean peninsula have traditionally been established as major policy in korea government. Present government also set Trust Process on the Korean Peninsula as national high-level strategies for unity, and construction field related directly to living of north korean as major industry which would be implemented in early stage. Deterioration level of architectural facilities in north korea is known as very high, so a huge budget would be required to improve aging architectural facilities for stability of social and living of north korean. Therefore the purpose of this study deduct financing plan for improving aging architectural facilities in north korea and selection of optimal alternative securing effectiveness. The results of this study could be utilized as preliminary data for establishment of master plan and policy for improving deteriorated facilities in situation of united korean peninsula.

The cost of procurement in construction projects varies depending on the type of project, but the proportion of the cost component is very large. Therefore, efficient procurement system operation affects the success of the project. However, difficulties arise in procurement management due to problems such as availability of data due to limited information, inaccurate scheduling and integration of costs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a procurement management system to help efficient communication decision by combining Big Data which can analyze a lot of information and Block Chain technology which can secure information and record reliability to satisfy the above requirements. The results of this study are used to develop a system to develop academically improved procurement management system and practically to develop a system to secure business competitiveness and to facilitate rapid communication among project participants.

Procurement and lifting scheduling of modules and resources in modular construction, where modules that are manufactured from factory are delivered and assembled on site, is a crucial factor that determines the efficiency of the whole construction. However, previous studies have barely acknowledged the significance of resource procurement process and lifting of modules in modular construction. Therefore, this research aims to derive factors that are in need of improvement for successful implementation of procurement and lifting efficiency, and visualize them according to their importance and performance on improvement through IPA(Important Performance Analysis).
