To investigate the interdependence of the decisions on when to retire and how much consume before and after retirement, we compare the pre- (or post-) retirement consumption conditioned on the retirement decision with pre- (or post-) retirement consumption regardless of retirement decision by using the Korea Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS). We employ the two-stage switching regression for the econometric method to investigate the interdependence of two decisions of retirement and pre- or post retirement consumption. Then we test the existence of the interdependence in terms of the significance of the estimated selection biases which appear in the pre- (post-) retirement consumption equations for early and late retirees. In those equations, we also compare the income elasticity of the consumption of the early retirees with that of the late retirees. The empirical results show that there is negative selection bias in early retirees' consumption. These results imply that due to the early retirement decision early retirees would have consumed less than they actually have. The income elasticities of the consumption of the early retirees is smaller than that of the late retirees in pre- (or post-) retirement consumption equation. This result shows that relatively longer retirement period due 10 the early retirement affect the pre-retirement consumption. early retirees' marginal propensity to consume should be lower than that of the late retirees.

폐암을 집단 검진으로 조기 진단하려는 노력은 현재까지 뚜렷한 성과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 미국의 국립암연구소에서 실시한 흉부엑스선 촬영과 객담세포진 검사를 이용한 폐암의 집단 검진 결과는 검진군에서 대조군보다 유의하게 진단율이 높았으며 절제율도 더 높았고 5년 생존율도 향상시킬 수 있었다. 그러나 폐암을 조기 진단하기 위한 집단 검진의 궁극적인 목표인 사망률을 감소시키지는 못하였다. 최근에는 미국 국립암 연구기관에서 실시했던 결과에 대한 해석이 다양하여 아직까지도 폐암 조기 진단에 있어서 흉부액스선촬영과 객담세포진검사의 의의에 관한 결론에 대해서는 논란이 되고 있다. 1993년부터 새로운 집단 검진에 관한 연구가 진행중에 있어서 그 결과가 나올 때까지는 흉부엑스선촬영과 객담세포진검사를 이용한 집단 검진의 의의에 대한 결과는 기다려 보아야 할 것이다. 분자생물학적으로 폐암을 조기 검진하기 위한 검체로는 혈액보다는 객담이 훨씬 적절하고 합리적인 검체이다. 폐암의 발생은 가장 먼저 기관지 상피 세포에서 일어나서 암화 과정의 여러 단계에서 다양한 종양 표지자가 객담에 섞여 나오기 때문에 이 표지자를 객담에서 측정하는 것이 훨씬 합리적인 조기 진단법이 될 수 있다. 동시에 폐암을 집단 검진으로 조기 진단하기 위해서는 종양 표지자를 대량으로 측정하기 위한 자동측정법도 개발되어야 할 것이다. 암을 예방하기 위하여는 여러면에서 방안이 연구되어야 한다. 즉 암발생의 가능성이 높은 대상을 선태하여야 하며 초기에 집단 검진으로 진단을 할 수 있어야 하고, 이러한 검진으로 추적 검사가 가능하여야 하며 마지막으로 결과를 판정할 수 있어야 한다. 이 가운데 현재까지 유일하게 실시할 수 없는 것은 조기 진단으로 사용할 수 있는 뚜렷한 종양 표지자가 없는 것이다. 이와 같이 현재까지는 폐암을 조기 진단하기 위한 특이한 표지자는 없으나 앞으로 폐암 발생 기전의 여러 단계가 체계적으로 밝혀진다면 그 과정에서 중요한 표지자들이 밝혀질 것이다. 그리고 이들을 간단하게 검사할 수 있는 검사법도 밝혀져 폐암 조기 진단의 궁극적 목적인 폐암으로 인한 사망률을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The deteriorated pipline often causes the unexpected leakage and crack. Negligence and late maintenance leads the enormous damage for gas and water resource. This paper proposes early fault detection and diagnosis algorithm for pipeline using acoustic emission (AE) signals. Early fault detection method for pipeline compares the frequency amplitude of the spectrum to that of the spectrum in normal condition. Larger amplitude of the spectrum indicates abnormal condition. Early fault diagnosis algorithm uses support vector machines (SVM), which is trained for normal and abnormal conditions to diagnose the measured AE signal from the target pipeline. In the experiment, a pipeline testbed is constructed similarly to real industrial pipeline. Normal, 5mm cracked, 10mm holed pipelines are installed and tested in this study. The proposed fault detection and diagnosis technique is validated as an efficient approach to detect early faulty condition of pipeline.

The contents of total amino acid and free amino acid in the protein of yellow corvenia were analysed quantitively by HPLC. The results were as follow; The contents of free amino acid of yellow corvenia flesh and yellow covenia roe were 323.0mg/100g and 932.5mg/100g, respectively. The contents of total amino acids of yellow corvenia flesh and yellow covenia roe were 33,2620.0mg/100g and 64,861.0mg/100g, respectively. The contents of essential amino acid of yellow corvenia flesh and yellow corvenia roe were 12,196.0mg/100g and 13,143.0mg/100g, respectively.

기계판막의 가장 빈번하고 치명적인 결함이 판막혈전이다. 판막혈정의 적절한 조기 치료를 위해서는 조기진단이 선행되어야만 한다. Cineradiography는 조기에 손쉽고, 빠르게 기계판막의 기능장애를 진단하는 방법으로 사료되며 저자들은 42세된 남자 환자에서 29mm Carbomedics 판막으로 승모판막 치환술을 시행한 1례와 58세된 여자 환자에서 승모판막 및 대동맥판막에 각각 25mm, 19mm Carbomedics 판막으로 치환술 후 각각 18개월, 20개월 후 기계판막 혈전이 발생하여 cineradiography로 손쉽게 진단하여 치료하였으므로 보고하는 바이다.

This study analyzed the differences in parents' perceptions toward children's adjustments after grade skipping and early graduation. Parents of an early entrancer to K university(n=43) and parents of a non-early entrancer to K university(n=12) responded two kinds of questionnaires, one is for parents' perceptions towards children's needs for grade skipping and early graduation, and the other is for parents' perceptions toward children's adjustments to university experiences. Parents' responses were analyzed by MANOVA and MANCOVA. Results indicated that there was the significant difference in parents' perceptions for 'information about early graduation.' That is, parents of an early-entrancer had more 'information about early graduation' than their counterparts. However, there was no significant difference in parents' perceptions, after the effect of 'information about early graduation' on parents' perceptions toward children' academical and social-emotional adjustments. Thus, parents having more 'information about early graduation' considered more seriously the needs of grade skipping and early graduation in their children and worried less about their children's adjustments to university experiences.

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of early entrance experiences of science gifted high school students. The subjects were 13 students who are attending science gifted high school in Seoul. The research data were collected through in-depth interviews. The qualitative study applied the phenomenological method of Giorgi. The early entrance experiences of science gifted high school students were clustered into 13 specific themes and 5 general structures. The results indicated that the early entrance students were surprised by their admissions from the school and they worry about their lack of readiness. However, they follow up their missed 1 year study after all. It took from a few weeks to 1~2 years depending on the student. At any rate, the environment of the school such as differentiated curricular, dormitory life, and studying atmospheres were helpful for the students to adopt easily. Even though they sometimes show a little deficiency, it won't be an issue, they just corporate each other and pursue their studies. As time goes on, they become friends even though they call other students 'big brother'. When the placement of gifted students take place, we do not need to hesitate because of their age, but need to consider the environment of school and characteristics of student.

This paper examines the changes in early reemployment bonus system in Korea and investigates its effects on job finding rates of the unemployed and on their reemployment outcomes. The analysis on the characteristics of the recipients reveals that, after the policy change, the probability of receiving the bonus increases among female, older, and less educated job seekers. This paper also shows that exit hazard from unemployment has not changed significantly while the stability of the subsequent jobs has been substantially improved.

Purpose: This study performed to compare degree of joint stiffness and clinical results between early and delayed reconstruction of acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. Materials and Methods: Thirty-four Patients who underwent ACL reconstruction between March 2008 and October 2010 enrolled this study. We divided the patient into 2 groups, early reconstruction group underwent surgery before a week, delayed reconstruction group underwent surgery after 3 weeks, before 6 weeks. All the patients underwent aggressive joint motion exercise till surgery and enrolled post operative rehabilitation program including self exercise. We checked range of motion, the Lachman test, the pivot shift test, the Lysholm score, the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) score and the Tegner score to evaluate the results. Results: At the final follow up. The Lysholm score was 91.82 in the early group and 94.83 in the delayed group. All the cases were rated above B (near normal) on IKDC score (P=0.217, P=0.845). The Tegner score was 6.7 in the early reconstruction group and 7.1 in the delayed group (P=0.840), there was no difference between the groups for the range of motion (P=0.873, P=0.873), no complication such as deep vein thrombosis or infection, no difference in the Lachman test, pivot shift test (P=0.606, P=0.118). Conclusion: We could obtain satisfactory clinical results in both the early and delayed reconstruction groups of acute ACL injuries. Therefore, the early reconstruction of ACL performed before a week could be one of the treatment options for acute ACL injury.

조기 위험 검출은 실시간으로 들어오는 텍스트를 순차적으로 처리하면서 해당 대화에 위험이 있는지 조기에 분류하는 작업으로, 정확도 저하를 최소화하는 동시에 가능한 한 빨리 대화를 분류하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한, 조기 위험 검출은 온라인 그루밍 검출, 보이스 피싱 검출과 같은 다양한 영역에 활용될 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 조기 위험 검출 문제를 정의하고, 이를 평가할 수 있는 데이터 셋과 Latency F1 평가 지표를 소개한다. 또한, 점진적 문장 분류 모듈과 위험 검출 결정 모듈로 구성된 점진적 조기 텍스트 분류 시스템을 제안한다. 점진적 문장 분류 모듈은 이전 문장들에 대한 메모리 벡터와 현재 문장 벡터를 통해 현재까지의 대화를 분류한다. 위험 검출 결정 모듈은 softmax 분류 점수와 강화학습을 기반으로 하여 Read 또는 Stop 판단을 내린다. 결정 모듈이 Stop 판단을 내리면, 현재까지의 대화에 대한 분류 결과를 전체 대화의 분류 결과로 간주하고 작업을 종료한다. 해당 시스템은 micro F1과 Latency F1 지표 각각에서 0.9684와 0.8918로 높은 검출 정확성 및 검출 신속성을 달성하였다.
