기획시리즈 - 신지식 새기술 조경수재배

  • 본 연구는 선진국의 조경 식재 시공의 대표적인 조경수 재배사례와 우리나라의 재배방법을 고찰하여 보고 그 이론적이며 실무적인 근거를 바탕으로 우리나라 미래 조경수 재배방법에 문제점을 도출하고 개선방향을 간략하게 소개하여 보았다. 우리나라 조경수재배에 관하여 문제점에 대한 개선방향으로 조경 식재 후 하자발생에 대한 책임감과 기술개발, 재배 환경, 이용방법, 정부 및 민간의 소재개발 지원에 과감한 투자와 개발로 선진국 사례처럼 식재 후 하자(고사)없는 4계절 조경 식재 시공제도가 정부관급 주도형으로 조속히 시행되어야 할 것이다. 우리나라도 일부에서는 Pot 재배를 하고 있지만 더욱 향상되어 Container 재배로 전환되고 조경 식재 공사 소재의 가격이 정부고시 가격으로 의무화하는 방안이 선진국과 같이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

중부권지역에 식재 가능한 남부수종 도입

  • 지구의 온난화 특히, 도심지의 동절기 기온상승 등으로 난.온대 수종들의 식재 북방한계가 올라가고 있으므로 이제는 중부권지역에서도 남부수종의 활용이 가능하다고 본다. 따라서 본인은 오래전부터 서울경기지역 조경관련 지인들에게 몇몇 남부수종의 식재를 권유해 오고 있으며 중부권에 남부수종을 식재하기 위해서는 기술적인 연구와 검토가 사전에 필요하고 세심하고 철두철미한 준비가 뒷받침 되어야 하므로 지금까지의 경험상을 토대로 남부수종에 관한 소개와 몇 가지 참고사항을 전하고자 한다.

Planting Patterns and Landscape Redevelopement of Pilam Seowon in Jangseong-Gun (장성 필암서원(筆巖書院)의 식재현황과 정비방안)

  • This study, as a purpose of base study for landscape redevelopement of Seowon, pointed out problems of planting patterns in each sector and suggested an alternative through analyzing old literature, complete enumeration survey in each sector and taking aerial images. the conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. A Pilam Seowon(historic site no 242) is located in a Pyungya-Sanrok(plain and mountain) district in Jangsung-gun and has Junhak-Humyo(Study room in the front and Shirne in the back) type. 23 taxonomic group of arbor, 6 taxonomic group of shrub and 5 taxonomic group of flowers are planted high-densitily in limited flat surface. It can be classified into being planted by family and being planted through landscape redevelopement in 1980s. Korean traditional trees are planted in this area like Pinus densiflora, Juniperus chinensis L., Thuja orientalis L., Zelkova serrato Makino, Sophora japonica L., Lagerstroemia indica, Prunus mume include Ginkgo biloba which is old big tree and is registered in Jangsung-gun as protected trees. The tea tree in this area was introduced from wild tea plantation in Yonhwa moutain and was planted. From now on, we have to pay consideration a form management of planted trees in the historical area, rearrangement of plant density due to over planting, removal of alien trees like Pinus bungeana and Canna generalisa, prevention a dwarfishness of main area due to over planting in outside facilities, recovery a alienation among each planting area, and planting concept from plants drawings on wall of buildings can be suggested. The implications of this case study is that introduction of over planting can make more problems like losing sense of place. Therefore, we must do a actual state survey on traditional landscape area like Seowon from preservation point of view.

A Study on Planting Landscaping Plants according to the Characteristics of Urban River Sections - A Case Study on Godeokcheon(Stream) in Seoul - (도시하천 구간 특성에 따른 조경 식물 식재방안 연구 - 서울시 고덕천을 사례로 -)

  • The present study was conducted to assess the adequacy of landscaping plants in city streams by investigating the species and growth status of landscaping plants, taking Godeokcheon in Seoul Metropolitan City as an example. The stream structure related to the planting ground and the impact of flood damage were analyzed. The adequacy of the planting species was analyzed based on the native species and moist land-inhabiting plants presented in the preceding study results. The adequacy, depending on the planting location and planting form, was analyzed using the growth states of adaptive and nonadaptive species by river topography. The planting location of those along the waterfront was the best, followed by the plants on waterside hills and embankment slopes. It is thought that the adaptability of dryland-inhabiting plants increased as the soil dried due to the impervious pavement of surrounding bikeways and trails. The species adequate for embankment slopes are thought to be native species and dryland-inhabiting plants. It is thought that, for waterside hills, the planting rate of wetland-inhabiting plants should be increased, and for waterfronts, the planting rate of dryland-inhabiting plants should be decreased. As for the planting form, the growth state was the best when mixed species were planted and the worst when other plants appeared. For city streams, the planting rates of native species and wetland-inhabiting plants should be increased, and adequate plant species for each location should be selected.

A Comparative Study of Species of Tree Applied to Scientific Name Questions of Engineer Landscape Architecture Examination and Landscape Planting Construction (조경기사 시험의 학명 문제와 조경식재공사에 적용되고 있는 수종의 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze how many species of trees presented with scientific names are on the written test for engineer landscape architecture, as their usage has increased in the landscape industry in recent years. The following is the result of comparing and analyzing the species of trees which are frequently used in landscape, planting construction, and the scientific name questions presented in the previous 6 years by year on the written test for engineer landscape architecture. First, the results of analyzing the examination question frequency by year in the landscape planting subject showed a gradually declining trend from 2014 after peaking at 56.6% in 2013. Second, 163 species of trees using scientific names were presented in questions on the written test for engineer landscape architecture over the previous 6 years and these included Betula platyphylla, Sophora japonica, Cercis chinensis, Taxus cuspidata. The number of species of trees used in landscape construction during the same period was 169 including Pinus densiflora, Chionanthus retusus, Cornus officinalis, Syringa dilatata. The result of interviews with landscape planting construction officials showed that when choosing the species of trees, they emphasize ecological characteristics, such as the ratio of trees to shrubs, flowers and autumn leaf characteristics, and also consider the morphological characteristics, landscape characteristics, economic feasibility, and the supply and demand situation. Third, it was found that 70 (42.9%) out of 163 species of trees presented with scientific names on the examination were not used in landscape planting construction and 76 (44.9%) out of 169 species were not used as material for questions. As for the scientific name questions, deciduous trees and evergreen shrubs accounted for the more questions, Evergreen and deciduous tree and shrubs were most common in landscape planting construction as well.

Optimal Planting Spacing on the Basis of the Growth Condition of Landscape Trees (조경수목의 생육환경을 고려한 적정 식재간격의 연구)

  • 본 연구는 주요 조경수목에 대한 생장예측모델을 추정하여 적정 식재간격을 산정하기 위해 실시하였다. 조경식재에서 많이 사용되는 9개 수종을 대상으로 수종별 30주 이상씩의 개체를 선정한 후, 상관성이 높은 측정변수 간에 회귀분석을 실시하여 생장예측모델을 추정하였다. 그리고 서울 시내 2개 아파트단지 녹지를 사례연구지로 선정하여 생육상태를 파악하고 모델과 비교하였다. 전체적으로 교목층 위주의 식재로 인해 식재밀도가 과밀하여 수관이 왜곡되고 기형적으로 생장하는 현상이 발생하고 있는 바, 수관중복률과 수관왜곡률을 분석한 결과에 의하면 현재의 식재간격이 매우 조밀한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 시간경과에 따른 주요 조경수종의 규격별 생장예측을 통해 목표년도별 적정 식재간격을 제안하였는데, 목표년도를 식재 후 5년으로 본다면 상록교목은 2.0m, 낙엽교목은 3.0~4.0m, 낙엽아교목은 2.0~2.5m의 식재간격이 적당하고, 식재 후 10년을 목표년도로 한다면 상록교목의 경우 3.0m, 낙엽교목은 4.0~6.0m, 낙엽교목은 2.5~3.0m의 간격을 유지하여야 한다. 한편, 본 연구의 결과와 서울시 조례기준 식재밀도를 비교하였는데, 식재후 5년이 경과한 시점에서는 0.23본/m2, 10년 경과시점에서는 0.12본/m2이 적정 식재밀도로 밝혀져 현재 0.2본/m2으로 정하고 있는 서울시 교목식재 관련 기준은 5년 정도를 목표시점으로 한다면 적절한 수준임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 식재 후 10년이 경과하면 수관중복률이 25%를 초과하게 되므로 쾌적한 녹지환경을 유지하기 위해 반드시 적절한 관리를 실시해야 할 것으로 판단되었다.

An Analysis of the Types of Planting Design Change Orders and on Its Feasibility Cognition in the Landscape Planting Construction - Focused on the Planting Construction of Apartment Complex Practiced by 'A' Housing Corporation - (조경식재공사 설계변경 유형 및 변경 적합성에 대한 인식 분석 - A공사 아파트단지 식재공사를 중심으로 -)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the recognition of the validity of the design changes that classified the type of design changes that occurred in the Apartment Complex Landscaping Planting Construction that have been ordered in 'A' work. This research was also carried out for the purpose of presentation of the basic data in order to effectively manage the change order of landscape-planting construction's future work. The following conclusions were derived. First, the 7 types of change orders in planting design were delineated as 'design changes for image improvement', 'design changes due to the mismatch of design statement', 'design changes due to lack of field study', 'design changes for consideration of the user', 'design changes due to consideration of the workability', 'the design changes for ease of maintenance', and the 'design changes due to the relationship with the Engineering species of other.' Second, it is possible to produce a negative impact of all construction costs have increased due to design changes of landscaping planting construction is grasped. Third, There were the most frequent change order in planting design for the 'image improving', 'due to the mismatch of planting design to the site situation.' Fourth, the results of confirmatory targeting professional landscaping areas, was found that the statistics of the type of change landscaping planting construction design seven derived in this study is valid.

정원설계를 통한 대학생의 정원인식에 관한 연구

  • 정원(Garden)은 거주하는 주택과 외부공간의 전이공간 및 소통의 역할을 하고 있는 장소이며, 한국조경헌장에서 조경의 대상에 첫 번째로 거론되고 있는 중요한 조경계획의 대상이다. 조경학과 대학생들이 조경계획수업 시간에 처음 맞이하게 되는 주택정원설계에서 그들이 갖고 있는 정원에 대한 주제, 시설, 식재의 주요 사항들을 파악하고자 본 연구를 시작하였으며, 연구의 대상은 조경학과 대학생 2학년과정이며 시간적 범위는 2012년부터 2015년까지 4개년의 과제제출물을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생들의 정원설계작품을 살펴본 결과 첫째, 대학생들의 정원설계에서 사용되는 주요 주제는 가족과의 활동과 개인 취미생활, 자연에 관한 주제가 가장 많이 표현되었고, 이것은 정원안에서 개인과 가족과의 관계성을 고려하고 배려하는 곳이 정원이라는 인식을 갖고 있다고 보여진다. 둘째, 정원설계에서 조성되는 주요 시설은 휴양시설, 관리시설, 조경시설 순으로 배치되어 있으며, 일부 설계안에서는 교양시설과 유희시설이 조성되어 있었다. 셋째, 정원설계 작품의 식재경향은 교목위주의 식재가 많고, 관목과 지피와의 다층구조식재의 설계안은 몇 작품 보이지 않았으며, 독립식재와 군식 및 열식이 조화롭게 배치되지 못하고 있고, 지피류를 도입한 설계안이 많지 않았다. 오늘날의 정원설계는 다양한 디자인이 요구되고 있고, 근래 다수의 정원박람회에 출품되고 있는 정원작품 또한 디자인과 재료, 주제의 다양성이 풍부해지고 있다. 따라서, 대학생들의 정원설계과정에서 현재 학생들이 갖고 있는 주택정원에 대한 주요 요소에 대하여 다양성과 지속가능성을 높여줄 수 있는 효과적인 방향설정이 필요하다.

A Study on Changes of Ready Constructed Record in Landscape Construction Industry (조경건설업의 기성실적 변동 특성)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze on changes of ready constructed record(RCR) in landscape construction industry for 10 years from 1997 to 2006. For the study, according to the classification system of Korea construction industry, landscape construction industry were classified into landscape constructor as a general constructor, landscape planting constructor and landscape facilities constructor as special constructors. The results are as follows: 1. The RCR in landscape construction industry have increased for 10 years higher than other construction industry. Concretely the RCR ratio of landscape constructor has increased 0.9% in 1997 to 1.9% in 2006, the RCR ratio of landscape planting constructor 1.3% to 2.5%, and the RCR ratio of landscape facilities constructor 0.5% to 1.5%. Futhermore this increasing trend has been strengthened during the last a few years. 2. Differently from landscape constructor, the subcontract ratio of landscape planting constructor and landscape facilities constructor were higher, especially landscape facilities constructor was highest amount for 71.1% in the subcontract ratio. 3. The RCR of landscape construction industry in the metropolitan area including Seoul, Kyunggi, was higher than other region's, and the ratio of RCR of landscape constructor in this area was 53.5%, landscape planting constructor's 58.2%, and landscape facilities constructor 75.0%. 4. The yearly RCR per company and the RCR by project of landscape constructor and landscape planting constructor were stagnant. However, landscape facilities constructor's RCR showed an upward trend as years go by. This study was focused on the RCR of landscape construction industry, further study on the factors to affect the RCR of landscape construction industry and the RCR by project types is required in the near future.
