The purpose of this study was to first look at genderless concepts that are different from Unix, and by grasping the trend of genderless clothes in modern fashion and examining their characteristics, we looked at genderless trends and characteristics in modern fashion. To this end, this study conducted a theoretical review and collection case analysis through domestic and foreign literature and fashion websites. Based on this, the characteristics of genderless clothes expressed in the collection were derived by analyzing designs with strong genderless tendencies in modern collections. As a result of the study, genderless fashion in modern collections could be derived from three visible results: innovation, rebellion, and future-oriented. In addition, modern genderless fashion contains various needs for mental gender and physiological gender, not simply physiological gender, and this is seen by interacting with the current social phenomenon in which gender distinction becomes ambiguous. Understanding and studying the genderless phenomenon, which has become a cultural phenomenon and popularity, hopes that many follow-up studies related to genderless clothes will be conducted in the future.

It is increasingly clear that student mastery of concepts and skills in geographic education is based on a complex set of variables. Sex and gender are the key variables. Much has been written about biological sex differences in learning, but less attention has been paid to the impacts of socio-cultural gender on learning geography. As such, the aims of this paper are two-fold. First, to examine theories which seek to explain why males and females might differ in their geographic and spatial knowledge or skill. Second, to examine the extent of sex differences and gender traits in the geographic learning. The results of study illustrate clearly that there are more similarities than differences between the sexes. Therefore, there are significant gender differences between the preferences of regions, contents, activities in the secondary geographic learning. The results also provide insights into improving contents and method of geographic education.

Major advanced countries pursuing accountability for research and development are carrying out gendered innovations by recognizing the importance of sex and gender analysis in science research and technology development. Korea needs to actively promote gendered innovations as a strategy moving from Fast Follower to First Mover. In order to promote gendered innovations in the science, technology and ICT fields, policies of integrating the gender dimension in the process of research from research design to the analysis of research outcomes should be declared and research support measures should be introduced from the proposal evaluation for the gendered innovations. In particular, in order to support the new gendered innovations research systematically in Korea's R & D system, a legal basis must precede. In this study, we propose an amendment to the law related to gender innovation by analyzing the cases in foreign countries.

광-바이오센서로 이용하기 위해 광섬유 형태의 마흐-젠더 간섭계와 측면 연마된 광섬유를 결합한 구조를 제안하였고, 이를 제작 및 특성 평가하였다. 마흐-젠더 간섭계 구성은 1310nm와 1550nm 파장에서 광 파워 분기비가 50:50인 $2{\times}2$ 광커플러 2개를 제작하여 구성하였으며, 센서부로는 측면 연마한 광섬유를 이용하였다. 제작된 광섬유 형태의 마흐-젠더 간섭계 센서의 센서부 표면에 다양한 굴절률 용액을 이용하여 광학적 특성을 평가하였다.

Gendered innovations is a term used by policy makers and academics to refer the process of creating better research and development (R&D) for both men and women. In this paper, we analyze the literatures in image and speech signal processing that can be used in ICT, examine the importance of gendered innovations through case study. Therefore the latest domestic and foreign literature related to image and speech signal processing based on gender research is searched and a total of 9 papers are selected. In terms of gender analysis, research subjects, research environment, and research design are examined separately. Especially, through the case analysis of algorithms of the elderly voice signal processing, machine learning, machine translation technology, and facial gender recognition technology, we found that there is gender bias in existing algorithms, and which leads to gender analysis is required. We also propose a gendered innovations method integrating sex and gender analysis in algorithm development. Gendered innovations in ICT can contribute to the creation of new markets by developing products and services that reflect the needs of both men and women.

The avatar gender, the basic element that constitutes the identity of the MMORPG player, can be created by the player due to the nature of the game through the system provided within the game. Thus, players exhibit a different attitude from reality regarding avatar gender. Gender customization in virtual space is an expansion of the identity in an effort to express one's identity in various ways. A number of users manage avatars with the opposite gender where it was found that male players preferred the female avatar persona. In this study, the player attitudes regarding gender was analyzed using Q methodology and the motivational factors for gender swapping and the generalization phenomenon was determined. This study will be significant as critical standards in the usability evaluation of the MMORPG customization system.

꾸준히 증가하고 있는 창업시장에 남성 못지않게 여성의 창업도 증가하고 있다. 여성 창업을 독려하기 위한 다양한 정책도 많지만 남성의 창업 성과에 비해 여성의 창업 성과는 미미하게 나타나고 있다. 중소기업청에서 조사된 창업 현황으로 본다면 남성은 다양한 산업 분야에 창업을 하고 있고 자금투자유치 및 고성장도 이루어지고 있는 반면에 여성은 한정된 산업 분야에 개인자금조달 및 소규모경영형태로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 남성과 여성의 창업 형태가 위와 같이 차이가 나는 근본적인 원인을 사회적으로 잠재되어있는 젠더레짐에 영향을 받아 나타나는 것으로 가정하고 실증적인 검증을 하려고 한다. 양성평등 및 차별금지에 관한 교육이 꾸준히 이루어지고 있음에도 뿌리 깊은 젠더편향적인 한국문화적 특성상 그 성-편향적 사고의 틀 안에서 여성 창업에 대하여 평가하고 있다. 여성 창업은 꾸준히 증가되고는 있지만 암묵적으로 방관하는 젠더편향적인 사회 문화를 인식을 개선하지 않는 이상 여성 창업 환경과 그 성과는 앞으로도 크게 나아지지 않을 것이라고 생각 된다. 이에 남성 주류의 창업생태계 안에서 여성 창업에 대한 편견 및 유리천장이 존재하여 그 성장에 한계가 있는 것으로 가정하고 본 연구는 젠더레짐이 여성창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증해보려고 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the integration and separation phenomenon of the legislative network by analyzing the Legislative cosponsorship networks in the process of multicultural, family, and gender legislation. First, I analyzed the Legislative cosponsorship networks centered on the proposed bills in the Women and Family Committee. Second, Analyze the network of joint initiatives for multicultural, family, gender related legislation and representative laws in each field. In this process, we analyze who participates in the Legislative cosponsorship networks and who is the leader of the political coalition. Finally, Understand the shared characteristics and differentiated characteristics of policy networks according to policy issues.

A triplexer based on a silica planar lightwave circuit Mach-Zehnder nterferometer(MZI) is proposed and its characteristics are analyzed through simulations. To separate 1310 nm band and $1480{\sim}1560nm$ band properly, the path length difference of an MZI is set to be the multiple and half of the wavelength 1310 nm and the balance of the directional coupler is optimized in the $1480{\sim}1560nm$ band. The same MZI is additionally cascaded to provide good crosstalk characteristics. The 1490 nm band and 1550 nm band are further separated using additional two stage MZI's. A three-dimensional BPM and transfer matrix method analysis predicts the low crosstalk characteristics and the fabrication-error-tolerance of the proposed triplexer.

This study aims to find a way to realize gender identity in product design. After reviewing the present research, it was found out that it is necessary to extend notion of gender and to redefine the concept of gender design. Specific products were selected in order to analyze the characteristics of femininity. Refrigerators, which represent the femininity the best, were chosen and analyzed based on the graphic elements. As a result, the concept of gender have been used quite limitedly in a refrigerator. Since the stereotype of women has already been implicit, it was considered difficult to propose an alternative plan for realizing the extended concept of gender. Therefore, digital devices have been proposed for a potential alternative group. This product group, of course, has a limitation like the refrigerators. However, when functions, frequency of use, and use of space are considered in depth, It can be a possible group that holds the meaning of gender in design. This study is significant that it attempted to examine the possibility of convergence in identity and usability when the graphic elements of a product are constructed by gender design that considers the identity of a user through redefining the concept of gender.
