Mediating Roles of General-Satisfaction Trust and Commitment on Word of Mouth and Repurchasing Intention of Relationship-oriented Customers (관계지향적 고객의 구전 및 재구매의도에 대한 전반적 만족과 신뢰 및 몰입의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구)

  • 기존의 관계마케팅에 대한 연구에 있어서 소비자 만족과 같은 고객의 평가에 대한 경험적 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔지만 기업에 대한 소비자들의 관계성이 강하고 약한 다양성을 구분하지 못하고, 대부분의 연구들이 상대적으로 단기적이거나 약한 관계에 대한 실증연구의 결과들을 제시하고 있기 때문에 상대적으로 관계지향성이 높은 고객에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 거래적 교환관계에서부터 관계지향적 교환관계까지의 연속적 고객관계선상에서 비교적 관계지향성이 높은 고객과의 관계구축을 구전의도와 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 먼저 관계마케팅에서 핵심적인 구성요소인 요인별 만족과 전반적 만족 그리고 몰입과 신뢰 개념을 검토하고, 이들 구성요소들간의 관계를 파악한 후, 재구매의도에 대한 몰입과 신뢰의 효과를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 5년이상 장기적인 관계를 유지하고 있는 심야전력고객을 대상으로 하여 실증연구를 실시하였는데, 분석 결과 전반적 만족은 요인별 만족과 구전의도에 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적 교환관계에 있어서 요인별 만족과 재구매의도는 신뢰와 몰입수준에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족이 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향도 다르게 나타났는데, 심야요금제도와 서비스맨에 대한 만족이 몰입에 영향을 미치며, 제품요인과 대리점 요인에 대한 만족이 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 과제를 통하여 기술적으로는 로봇 개발에 있어 기존 기술을 최대한 활용하고 새로운 기능을 추가하는 형태로 발전해 갈 수 있도록, 각 요소별 기능을 표준화 모듈화 하여 새로운 제품의 개발이 손쉽게 이루어 질 수 있는 기본 platform으로의 역할이 가능해졌다. 구동부 제작 및 설계, 금형 비용 등을 절감하기 위한 다목적 완구로봇 플랫폼을 확보할 수 있었다. 로봇이 복잡한 환경을 인식하고, 자율적으로 작업을 수행하며, 예측하지 못한 문제에 적절한 대처를 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 핵심 기술을 제공하게 될 것으로 생각된다. 로봇 개발에 있어 전문지식이 없는 초보자들이 직접 제작 구동해 볼 수 있는 비주얼한 개발환경을 지원할 뿐만 아니라 GUI 개발환경 및 TEXT Programming 으로 상호 전환이 가능한 코딩 방법을 지원(MSRS와의 차별화를 시도하였다. 기존 하드웨어 지식과 소프트웨어지식이 없는 상태에서도 제작자의 창의력에 따라 다양한 형태의 로봇을 제작 적용이 용의 하며 초보자들에 대한 로봇개발에 흥미를 유발할 수 있도록 하였다. 고급사용자를 위한 별도의 다운로딩 포트를 제공하였다. 로봇공학의 기본지식을 습득(아날로그/디지털 회로를 이해하고, 각종 센서의 이해하며, 스템/서보/DC모터의 제어기술, 펌웨어개발능력, 기본수준의 소프트웨어개발 능력) 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 경제 및 산업적 측면으로는 다음과 같은 장점이 있다. 기존 기술들의 장점을 취합하여 추가적인 기술을 적용할 수 있는 Base형태의 로봇을 개발할 경우 이를 활용한 제품 개발 및 Base자체로도 충분한 시장을 형성 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 인터넷기반 로봇 제어 기술의 확보로 로봇시스템의 생산비용을 낮추고 TTM (Time-to-Market) 제약을 해결시켜 준다. 다른 응용 시스템에 쉽게 적용이 가능하고 지식기반 로봇 서비스의 요소기술 개발은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠분야(교육/게임/오락 등)의 활성화가 가능하기 때문에 타 IT산업에의 파급효과가 예상된다. B2B를 통한 실질적인 판매를 통한 동종기업의 연구 개발비 및 개발 기간의 단축이 예상된다.

  • Pneumatic valves are widely used parts that have the ability to control the air supplied to automation systems. However, if failure occurs in a pneumatic valve, it may affect the entire system and could lead to huge losses, depending on the characteristics of the system at the time of failure. Because of this significant risk and the level of consumer demand for reliability, there has been much study on ensuring the reliability of products by predicting valve lifetime distributions and degradation characteristics. In this paper, in order to determine the main factors useful for predicting the lifetime of a pneumatic valve, the scale parameter and $B_{10}$ life time value of the widely used plug-in-type pneumatic manifold valves were measured using complete observational data on the valve lifetimes. And also the property of life distribution has been distribution-suitabilityreviewed by correlation coefficients, the degradation characteristics of valve has been presented by the result of analysis through dynamic response time test and leakage test.

  • No one can deny that information technology has enormously contributed to the recent economic growth of Korea. Software serves as an essential part of most products and services today. However, economic treatments and social status of software technicians, who are the key players and core elements of the software industry, are in a very unsatisfactory situation. Despite this circumstance, discussion or study on the productivity of software people and approaches to raise value of technical manpower in software industry is scarce. The purpose of this study is to suggest a policy program to uplift the value of technical manpower in the software industry. To achieve this purpose, this paper will examine the present status of software manpower, analyze the productivity of software technicians, and suggest policy programs to improve the value of technical manpower in the software field.

  • South Korea is advancing the unmanned aircraft private commercial business. Unmanned aerial vehciles industry has been developing for several years also abroad. However, unmanned aerial vehciles industry, can be an accident occurs. Accident of unmanned aerial vehciles to occur material damage and casualties. Particularly if an accident because of a defect in the unmanned aerial vehciles has occurred, it is necessary to analyze the liability for this. The defect accidents unmanned aerial vehciles has been the different manufacturing and design product is intended, whether it is important how to prove to this. This is because, unmanned aerial vehciles are designed in any intent of the original, it is impossible to victims know. So imposing a responsibility to prove the design by the manufacturer intended consumer is not fair. Moreover, the consumer, it is necessary to prove only that the product is one that normally dangerous lacked safety can be expected. This is a detailed issue of judgment of defects of unmanned aerial vehciles, the manufacturer to bear the accountability. In the case where the defect on the display of the unmanned aircraft is a problem, and if it reasonable indication, it is not appropriate to be required to prove that it was possible to prevent damage to the victim.

  • It is a quite quality concerning to control the temperature of single crystalline growth as it does when we get most of heat treating products. It is also important factor to control the temperature when we make the $Al_2O_3$(single crystalline) used to artificial jewels, glass of watches, and heat resistant transparent glasses. Thus, it is a major interest to get the proper temperature in accordance with the time process while we are making mixture of oxygen and hydrogen to have the right temperature. In this paper, we will study of electrical valve positioning system with DC-Motor for the gas mixture to improve the quality of products.

  • Automotive parts distribution industry focused on increasing sales by product quality until early 2010, but as competition has recently intensified, each company has become interested in core values such as customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty. Therefore, effect of customer-oriented service mindset should be analyzed for the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty in this industry. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 342 distributors. Structural equation models were analyzed using AMOS 23.0. Empirical results show service quality has positive effects on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction and trust mediate between service quality and customer loyalty. The service quality became a key factor to elicit customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty. Following studies, it is expected to enhance service quality focusing on extending region coverages.

  • Sharing of product and process information with partners is a basic activity and key requirement which ensures success of distribution. ePedigree that encapsulates all of the event data from manufacturer to retail shop provides a flexible mechanism of storing and sharing traceable information to the partners of supply chain and credibility of shared information through digital signature based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). To generate the signature that can be authenticated through PKI, the partners of supply chain should pay for PKI certificates from Certificate Authority (CA). In case of agrifood cooperatives which consist of petty merchants or farmers, it is hard to pay for the PKI certificate for all members and is a big obstacle for the ePedigree to be applied to the supply chain. This paper proposes a private certification method of ePedigree for cooperatives. Cooperatives can apply the ePedigree using the proposed method to all the members at small cost and the proposed method can assure the credibility of information at the same level of the previous ePedigree.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the standardization of the core business process in the chemical manufacturing industry and to establish a production information management system for the purpose of establishing the production information management system that can achieve mid -To be applied. The development methodology for the standardization of the chemical manufacturing information system is applied to the production information management system development methodology (PSDM) that was developed and developed by the Agency for Technology and Information Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises. The standardization target is the system structure, It is a core business process that becomes a skeleton during construction. In this study, the chemical manufacturing SMEs and related professional IT companies who want to build the production information management system can apply the standardized core business process more effectively to build the system more effectively, and provide ease of installation and reliability to the system, In order to maximize the utilization of processes, follow-up education training and maintenance measures are suggested. Applying the results of this study, it is possible to eliminate the unreasonable elements of the production process, improve the quality of production product, and reduce production cost.

  • The 21st century could be called the age of Experience Economy associated with the importance to external and internal experience of product users. It needs the understanding of customer's needs in new point of view. In the area of design development, it requires the extensive application of experience from traditional method that was based on the style and usability to more advanced concept. To correspond to these changes, we need to explore new customer's value system for knowledge-information design and systematic approaches to experience system. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of 'experience' newly in the importance side of customer's life, form a clear definition of experience design and present the model of application system. Theoretical frameworks of this research are based on the Empiricism and John Dewey's theory. By applying these frameworks make dear the concept of experience concept and reanalysis the meaning and style in the perspective of design. In this process, we can extract the main factors that inducing the experience, create new application system and model again to the field of design. Application model can creates various experiences through supplying different experience style and factors for customer, make customer realize experience object. Experience designs offer optimal experience to users by making a plan and design experience to user's goal.
