편성물은 신축성이 좋으므로 의류용 소재로써 다양하게 사용되어지고 있다. 편성물의 장점으로는 직물과는 달리 루프 형태로 얽힌 편환으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 제편 과정에서 필요한 형태로의 성형이 용이해서 제품의 다양화를 기대할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 신축성과 유연성, 다공성, 구김안정성 등이 우수하여 인체의 여러 가지 활동에 따른 구속감이 적으며 인체의 굴곡을 아름답게 나타내어 주는 등의 장점이 있어 의복 소재로써 차지하는 비중이 높다. (중략)

편성물은 느슨한 루프에 의해 구성되어 있으므로, 직물에 비해 신축성이 커서, 체형에 밀착되며, 인체의 움직임에 따라 쉽게 움직인다. 그러나 높은 신축성 때문에 편성물을 재단할 때 결을 벗어나면서 자르기 쉽다. 보통 직물의 신도는 10-20%이나 위편성물은 100-200%, 경편성물은 40-100%의 신도를 나타낸다. 편성물의 높은 신축성은 신축성과 함께 유연성을 주지만, 착용과 세탁 후의 외관을 해치게 되는 결과를 낳을 수도 있다. (중략)

섬유산업의 발달로 정방공정이 자동화, 고속화되고 있으며 국제적 경쟁이 치열하게 전개됨에 따라 방적공정에서의 생산성이 매우 중요해 졌다. 링 정방법은 링위를 회전하는 traveller에 의한 꼬임부여와 중앙에 위치한 spindle의 회전에 의하여 권취가 이루어진다는 간단한 작동 원리를 바탕으로 하고 있으며 현재 개발된 정방공법중 생산 유연성이 가장 크고 제품의 물성이 우수하여 널리 이용되고 있는 공법이다.(중략)

Packaging is thought to contribute to the consumers' purchasing choice of the powdered infant formula products. In Asian market, the products of international and local brands are competing. Evaluation and analysis of food package functions for a variety of brand products will be helpful for the innovative packaging development. Thus, the packaged products of powdered infant formula were collected in Chinese, Indonesian and Korean supermarkets as a typical Asian market and examined in terms of main food packaging functions. Metal cans were the most dominant type of big size package (800-1000 g) while flexible bags were often the common one of medium size (400 g). In general, convenience function was provided in forms of easy opening device and portioning take-out spoon. Information on primary and secondary shelf lives was given besides nutritional facts and use instruction for communication function. The combination of $N_2$ and $CO_2$ was usually employed to protect powdered infant formula in rigid packages, whereas only $N_2$ was used to protect product in most flexible packages.

공급망상에서 ATP는 단순히 고객에게 납기를 확약해 주는 고객 서비스 기능이 아니다. 이것은 공급 망상에서 ATP Rule을 기반으로 하여 수요와 공급 일치에 도달하기 위한 핵심 기능이다 따라서 SCM Solution을 이용하여 공급 체인 전반에 걸쳐 제품 가용성에 대한 즉시 및 동시 엑세스를 관리하여 기업의 납기 일의 정확도에 대한 최고의 확신을 가져올 수 있으며, SCM Solution을 통해 주문이나 예측 수주로 인하여 새로운 수요가 제품 가용성에 미칠 영향을 결정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 공급체인 전체의 통합관리 솔루션을 통하여 SCM에 대한 필요성을 정리하고 ATP관련 데이터를 분석을 수행한다. 이 것을 바탕으로 고객관계 관리( Customer Relationship Management)와 연계하여 세부데이터의 흐름 및 고객 가치를 향상 할 수 있는 ATP Rule을 정의한 후, 본 논문에서는 공급망상에 ATP Rule을 적용하여 ATP관련 데이터를 유연성 있게 취합할 수 있는 방안과 분류체계를 제시한 다단계 ATP모형을 제시 한다.

전자부품산업이 빠르게 발전하고 있기 때문에 고기능성 PCB의 수요 또한 많이 늘고 있다. 이러한 PCB는 전자제품의 굴곡성(flexibility) 있는 형태로 발전하여 전자제품의 소형화 및 고밀도화가 가능하고, 반복적인 굴곡에 높은 내구성을 갖는 연성(flexible) PCB(FPCB)의 사용이 증가하고 있으며, 이런 시장의 요구에 맞춰 연성 다층 구조의 FPCB에 대한 정밀 고속 가공 기술에 대한 수요도 급격히 확대되고 있다. 따라서 장비 운영의 효율성 극대화 및 설비 투자를 최소화하고 단일 장비로 절단(half cut, full cut), 제거, 트리밍, 리페어 고정 등을 수행할 수 있는 장비 개발을 위한 스캐너/스테이지 고정밀 제어, Z축 스텝가공, 멀티포인트 비전 인식을 통한 왜곡 최소화 등의 요소기술 개발관련 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

This paper alms to examine the impact of R&D organization culture to Technology Innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 250 employees at R&D Gumi Industrial Complex. We conducted exploratory factor analysis for four constructs (diversity, autonomy, connectivity and flexibility) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of organizational culture in R&D organization were grouped together by four factors. The results of this study are as followings; First, three factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the product innovation and except autonomy. Second, two factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the process innovation except autonomy and flexibility. it is shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management for successful Technology Innovation in small and medium enterprises.

기존 할로겐프리 제품은 PVC와 비교하여 유연성이 크게 떨어져 PVC 사용에 대한 규제가 강화되고 있음에도 불구하고, 이를 쉽게 대체하기 곤란하다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 할로겐프리 재료만 사용하여 고난연성, 예를 들면 UL 1581 에 따른 VW-1 규정을 충족하는 고난연성을 가지면서도 경도가 낮아(경도 70수준, Shore A) 재질의 유연성이 확보된 고분자 재료를 개발하는 것이 요구된다. 실험 결과로부터 인장강도 11[Mpa], 신장율 720[%], 가열후 인장강도 잔율 90[%], 가열후 신장잔율 88[%], 산소지수 38.0, 수직난연시험 합격, 경도(Shore A) 70, 백화현상이 나타나지 않는 등 우수한 특성을 보였다.

IP VPN의 사용은 현재 보편화 되었고 네트워크 장비의 통합 추세에 따라 IP VPN과 방화벽 통합제품의 생산이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 통합 보안 제품은 비용 효율성과 관리의 편리성, 확장성, 유연성과 같은 장점을 제공하지만 높은 성능 지원을 요구한다. 방화벽의 성능 인자의 하나로서 정책의 개수는 그 수에 비례하여 검색 시간이 지연되는 문제를 발생시키고, 이러한 성능 저하 문제는 VPN과 통합 시 더욱 가중된다. 더욱이 차세대 네트워크인 IPv6로 환경에서는 IP의 비트수가 증가하여 검색 성능 문제 해결이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 통합 제품의 검색 성능 문제에 관한 해결 방안으로 IPv6 주소의 특성을 사용한 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제시한 메커니즘은 보안 정책 테이블의 주소 필드를 IPv6 주소에 포함된 인터페이스 식별자로 대체하여 보안 정책 테이블의 검색 속도를 향상시키는 방법이다. 이 방법은 차세대 네트워크 환경에서 주목 되고 있는 보안 및 성능 문제에 대해 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
