The Study on the Effect of Outdoor Experiential Marketing on Brand and Purchase Intentions (아웃도어 체험 마케팅이 브랜드와 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of experiential marketing on brand loyalty through brand image and brand attitude, and to ultimately understand the relationship between experiential marketing and purchase intentions. The subjects of the study were first-time participants of the 'Salomon Outdoor City Trail Run' sponsored by the brand Salomon Outdoor. Out of 223 questionnaires given to the subjects, 195 responses were used as the sample for analysis. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used as the analysis tools. The study results showed that, of the elements of marketing including sensation, emotion, recognition, action, and relation, feel and action positively influenced brand image. Sensation and relation positively influenced brand attitude. Brand image and brand attitude positively influenced brand loyalty and brand loyalty positively influenced purchase intention. The study is significant in that it explores the effects of experiential marketing all the way up to the purchase intention, and how this is influenced by brand image, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. Implications of these findings for experiential marketing as well as future research directions are also provided.

A Comparative Study on the influences of COO image and Brand Association Knowledge to customer's buying intention between Korea and China - Focused on the moderating effect of Consumers' ethnocentrism - (한.중 소비자의 브랜드 원산지이미지와 브랜드 연상지식이 구매의도에 미치는 영향관계에 관한 비교연구 - 소비자 자민족중심주의성향 정도에 따른 상호조절효과 중심으로 -)

  • This comparative study conducted to examine the differences between Korean and Chinese consumers. The specific goals of the study were as follows; First, It was to investigate the influences of COO(Country of Origin) image on the customer…s buying intention through the brand association knowledge. It is also aimed at analyzing the moderating effects of consumer's ethnocentrism on the influence of brand association knowledge on the buying intention. To test the hypotheses, 117 questionnaires were collected from university students in Korea and 119 questionnaires did from China and put to the test with SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results indicated the followings: For consumers in both countries, the COO image had not influences on the buying intention. For Korean consumers the COO image had positive impacts on the brand association knowledge, which in turn had positive impacts on the buying intention. For Chinese consumer, COO image did not have influences on the brand association knowledge, but the brand association knowledge had positive impact on the buying intention. In addition, the consumer's ethnocentrism had moderating effects on the influences of the brand association knowledge on the buying intention.

The Effect of Brand Storytelling based on the Subject of Story (스토리의 주체에 따른 브랜드 스토리텔링 광고효과)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of storytelling ads. To find out the effect, three different ads were created; one is no storytelling in ads, another is corporate storytelling ads, and the other is client storytelling ads. Each ads was exposed to high school students, and we analyzed their response to the ads such as ads recall, attitude toward ads, emotional response to ads, purchase intention, and the intention of word-of-mouth. The results showed that corporate storytelling ads among three ads was the most effective to recall the ads, and there was significant difference between corporate storytelling ads and no storytelling ads. In terms of attitude toward ads, there was significant difference between client storytelling and no storytelling ads. There were significant difference in positive emotion between client storytelling ads and no storytelling ads and between client storytelling ads and corporate storytelling ads, but no significant between corporate storytelling ads and no storytelling ads. Regarding emotion, students who were exposed to no storytelling ads showed the highest negative emotion, but the lowest negative emotion in client storytelling ads. There was significant difference in purchase intention between client storytelling and no storytelling ads and in the intention of word-of-mouth between corporate storytelling ads and no storytelling ads.

  • 최근 들어 기업에서는 제품을 유지하고 보수하는데 드는 비용을 절감하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로써 부품관리 기능과 외주 관리 기능을 통합적으로 운영 할 수 있는 CITIS시스템의 도입을 적극 생각해볼 수 있다 본 연구에서는 제품의 라이프 사이클을 통해 발생되는 외주관련 비지니스 및 부품기술 정보를 기업 간에 효율적으로 교환함으로써 외주업무 자동화와 효율증대를 기할 수 있는 CITIS형 외주 및 부품관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 기존 전자업계의 외주 및 부품관리 프로세스의 현황을 파악하여 업무를 분석하였고, 외주 및 부품관리 프로세스를 정의하였다. 그에 따른 각각의 하부프로세스를 정의하여 외주 및 부품관리 업무의 TO-BE 모델을 개발하였다. 이것의 실제적 구현을 위하여 필요한 요소기술체계를 정립하여 기본적인 아키텍쳐 모델을 개발하였다.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷쇼핑몰 B2C 거래자의 라이프스타일과 고객만족의 관계를 알아보려는 의도로 설문지 측정도구를 이용하였으며 선행연구와 실증분석을 시행하였다. 인터넷쇼핑몰 고객만족은 어떠한 인지적인 상황이나 태도에서 나아가 사후 행동과 연관지어 생각한다면 제품에 대한 재구매나 높은 애호도, 호의적인 구매행위 둥의 결정하는 원인으로 나타나기 때문에 인터넷쇼핑몰 관리자에게 B2C 거래의 성공적으로 이끌기 위한 필요한 마케팅정보를 제공할 수 있다. 분석결과 라이프스타일 유형중에서 열광매니아형이 고객만족에 긍정적으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 구매한 사이버소비자 집단의 구성원의 생활의식과 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치고 그 결과로 라이프스타일과 소비자행동의 관계를 파악해 줌으로써 체계적인 시장세분화에 접근할 수 있는 프레임웍(framework)을 제공해 줄 것이다.

  • The conclusions shown by this study are as follows: Firstly, Despite the similarity of the objective distance caused by the geographic distance and cultural similarities. it is found that the psychic distance factor still exists. Secondly, a new affective factor of psychic distance has been noted. As to the shaping method, even though culture and psychic distance involve homeogenic factors, psychic distance is more complex in that it is affected not only by cultural changes but also by other affective factors. Culture is a very significant factor, which can have an effect on forming psychic distance, but it is short of being a measurement variable for measuring psychic distance. Thirdly, psychic distance can have a direct effect on customers' buying response. If it is just a belief shared among the people of a nation, it can't become an important notion.

  • In this survey we have studied the opinions of housewives to understand of the preferences of domestic consumers. This survey was conducted using a Questionnaire with 30 questions answered by 1,009 housewives. The following are the main findings. 1. The favorite beverages of housewives were coffee, yulmu tea, ginseng tea and black tea in decreasing order. Over 80% of the housewives recognized ginseng as an excellent and effective food . 2. The over 90% of the housewives had experience in taking ginseng. Their highest expectation of ginseng was its efficacy as a remedy for the hang-over syndrom. 3. The majority of housewives boiled it in water when take ginseng and indicated that ginseng was expensive in general. 4. They knew well about ginseng drink and tea whereas most of the housewives didn't know about ginseng capsules and tablets. 5. The preference for ginseng products differs greatly by the age of the housewife. Therefore, to make ginseng more favorable as a perfect tonic food, new ginseng products must be developed which appeal to the preference of the consumers.

  • With the increasing of service robots, human-robot interaction for natural communication between user and robots is becoming more and more important. Especially, face recognition is a key issue of HRI. Even though robots mainly use face detection and recognition to provide various services, it is still difficult to guarantee of performance due to insufficient test methods in real service environment. Now, face recognition performance of most robots is evaluation for engine without consideration for robots. In this paper, we show validity of test method using LED monitor through performance comparison of real images with from images LED monitor.

  • Program similarity analysis consists of substantial similarity and access. Substantial similarity is a judgment of how similarly the program source code is quantitatively. Access determines the degree of similarity by analyzing comments in the program or other contextual evidence. In the case of manuals, it may be the subject of legitimacy analysis. Manuals can be divided into three types as follows. First, a master manual is a document created during the development stage of a product. It is a user manual that contains all the functionality of the product and its derivatives. Second, the customer manual is a manual that is open only to the primary customer and orderer. Third, the user manual is a document that is applied to the final OEM production stage and is open to the end purchaser. In this paper, we compare the master manual seized from the suspect and the master manual provided by the suspect on the Internet. It then determines how similar this master manual is and includes the victim company's original and property values.

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the images on the alpha numeric brand name of fashion products, to identify the influences of clothing pursuit benefit on the brand name image and to determine the significant images on the attitude and purchasing intention. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 270 male and female students of undergraduate school in Kyongnam province during the March, 2004. Using SPSS 12.0 package, Cronbach's a, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results could be summarized as follows: First, the image dimensions of alpha-numeric brand name were composed of natural, new, active, urban, impactive and interesting image. Clothing pursuit benefits were composed of the brand value, attractiveness, fashion, individuality and economic value pursuit, Second, Clothing pursuit benefits had an significant effect on the image preference of alpha-numeric brand name. Especially, individuality pursuit and attractiveness pursuit have influenced on the natural, new, active, urban images. Third, the new, active, impactive, natural images had significant effects on the attitude, purchasing intention and conformity of products.
