A Study on the Machine Learning Model for Product Faulty Prediction in Internet of Things Environment (사물인터넷 환경에서 제품 불량 예측을 위한 기계 학습 모델에 관한 연구)

  • In order to provide intelligent services without human intervention in the Internet of Things environment, it is necessary to analyze the big data generated by the IoT device and learn the normal pattern, and to predict the abnormal symptoms such as faulty or malfunction based on the learned normal pattern. The purpose of this study is to implement a machine learning model that can predict product failure by analyzing big data generated in various devices of product process. The machine learning model uses the big data analysis tool R because it needs to analyze based on existing data with a large volume. The data collected in the product process include the information about product faulty, so supervised learning model is used. As a result of the study, I classify the variables and variable conditions affecting the product failure, and proposed a prediction model for the product failure based on the decision tree. In addition, the predictive power of the model was significantly higher in the conformity and performance evaluation analysis of the model using the ROC curve.

  • The purpose of this study is to make an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of consumer purchase intention of ginseng products, one of the specialties of jilin province in china, on the basis of expanding the theoretical model of planned action at the level of perceived value, so as to better grasp consumer purchase behavior of ginseng products. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among ginseng product consumers living in jilin, and 360 valid samples were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0.The analysis results show that behavioral attitude, subjective norms, cognitive behavior control, price value, emotional value and social value have considerable influence on consumers' intention to buy ginseng products, and the influence of perceived value is significantly greater than the three factors of planned action theory. Moreover, the functional value has little influence on consumers' intention to buy ginseng products.

  • The Big Data, the element of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is drawing attention as the 4th Industrial Revolution is mentioned in the 2016 World Economic Forum. Big Data is being used in various fields because it predicts the near future and can create new business. However, utilization and research in the field of packaging are lacking. Today packaging has been demanded marketing elements that effect on consumer choice. Big data is actively used in marketing. In the marketing field, big data can be used to analyze sales information and consumer reactions to produce meaningful results. Therefore, this study proposed a method of applying big data in the field of packaging focusing on marketing. In this study suggest that try to utilize the private data and community data to analyze interaction between consumers and products. Using social big data will enable to understand the preferred packaging and consumer perceptions and emotions in the same product line. It can also be used to analyze the effects of packaging among various components of the product. Packaging is one of the many components of the product. Therefore, it is not easy to understand the impact of a single packaging element. However, this study presents the possibility of using Big Data to analyze the perceptions and feelings of consumers about packaging.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sport sponsorship on the advertising effectiveness by distinguishing products of high sponsorship products from low sponsorship products. For this study, 450 samples who directly spectated their game were selected using convenience sampling method, finally 426 data were used except data which didn't respond or trustlessly responded. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data was analyzed through PASW 19.0 version frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis paired sample t-test analysis was performed. All tests were performed using a .05 significance level. The results are as follows. First, This is the Result of T-test between brand effectiveness and gender. There is a non difference between male and female. Second, The results showed that there was statistically significant difference between the low perception perceived quality and low perceived sponsor familiarity according to current level of Education. Thirdly, This is the Result of T-test between low involvement perceptual quality, low sponsor friendly image and high involvement perceptual quality, high sponsor friendly image. There is a difference.

  • In order to come up with satisfying product and improvement, firms use traditional marketing research methods to obtain consumers' opinions and further try to reflect them. Recently, gathering data from consumer communication platforms like internet and SNS has become popular methods. Meanwhile, with the development of information technology, mobile companies are launching new digital products for children to protect them from harmful content and provide them with necessary functions and information. Among these digital products, Kids Phone, which is a wearable device with safe functions that enable parents to learn childern's location. Kids phone is relatively cheaper and simpler than smartphone but it is noted that there are several problems such as some useless functions and frequent breakdowns. This study analyzes the reviews of Kids phones from domestic mobile companies, identifies the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the products, proposes improvement methods strategies for devices and services through SNS consumer analysis. In order to do that customer review data from online shopping malls was gathered and was further analyzed through text mining methods such as TF/IDF, Sentiment Analysis, and network analysis. Customer review data was gathered through crawling Online shopping Mall and Naver Blog/$Caf\acute{e}$. Data analysis and visualization was done using 'R', 'Textom', and 'Python'. Such analysis allowed us to figure out main issues and recent trends regarding kids phones and to suggest possible service improvement strategies based on sentiment analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 케이스에 제품디자인에 있어서 패턴 디자인 활용사례를 알아보고 주조색 분석을 통해 패턴디자인 트렌드를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 주조색 추출에 사용된 스마트폰 케이스는 +D프로젝트에 출시된 자료를 활용해 9명 디자이너 별 대표제품 2개를 분석했으며, 분석은 한국 표준색 색채분석, KSCA (Korea Standard Color Analysis) 프로그램을사용하여 각각의 이미지에서 5%이상 쓰인 주조색을 추출 하였고, Hue&Tone 분포를 통해 스마트폰케이스 패턴디자인에 사용된 색채 트렌드를 알아보고자 한다. 스마트폰케이스에 사용된 전체 주조색들을 살펴보면 색상에 있어서는 붉은색(R) 과 보라색-파랑색(PB) 의 분포가 상대적으로 높게 나타났고, 색조에 있어서는 밝은(B), 옅은(P) 톤이 가장 많이 사용 된 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 색채를 통한 감성분석을 연구해 스마트폰 케이스 제품디자인에 있어서 색채와 감성 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다.

Fusion Analytical Sensitivity of Rapid Influenza Antigen Limit of Detection Tests for Human Influenza virus (인플루엔자 바이러스에 대한 신속 항원 검출 검사 검출한계의 융합적 분석)

  • In this study, to analyze the detection of limit for sensitivity of the influenza rapid antigen test kit, the positive detection of limits were analyzed by serial dilution of influenza virus A and B type for five influenza rapid antigen test kits in Korea. As a result of analysis, visual measurement of type A were up to 1:8192 for the Wellsbio product and up to 1:4096 for the II product, up to 1:512 for the I and III products, and only 1:128 for the IV product, and type B were positive for up to 1:8192 for the Wellsbio product, up to 1: 4096 for the II product and up to 1:1024 for the I, III and IV products. For instrument readings with the same specimen, both A and B types were found to be positive for up to 1:8192 for the Wellsbio product, up to 1: 4096 for the II product, and up to 1:2048 for the I product. The sensitivity of the rapid antigen test for influenza differs greatly depending on the sampling area of the patient, infection period, specimen volume, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to observe exactly the collection timing and method of the specimen. And it is necessary further study to improve the sensitivity for influenza rapid antigen test.

Structural Relationships Among Innovativeness, Perceived Risk, Product Purchase Intention of Internet Shopping Mall Users: With Focus on Multi-group Analysis by Product Type (인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자들의 소비자 혁신성, 지각된 위험, 제품 구매의도 간의 구조적 관계: 제품유형에 따른 다중집단분석을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to verify the mediating effect of perceived risk of internet shopping mall users' innovativeness on product purchase intention. Research subjects included consumers with prior experience of using internet shopping malls, and 405 respondents were used for final analysis. The major findings of the study are as follows: First, as a result of the investigation on the relationships among users' innovativeness, perceived risk, and product purchase intention, all correlation coefficients were positive. Second, consumer innovativeness was found to significantly influence perceived risk and purchase intention, and perceived risk mediated the relationship between consumer innovativeness and purchase intention. Third, when we performed sub-group analysis on the research model by dividing products into hedonic and utilitarian products, it was found that hedonic products revealed path coefficients which are statistically more significant compared with those for utilitarian products. We can draw the conclusion that in terms of internet shopping mall purchases, hedonic products exert a greater influence on the effect of consumer innovativeness on purchase intention compared to utilitarian products.

Analysis of Quality Change Based on Storage Conditions to Set the Use-by date of Bakery Breads (베이커리 식빵의 소비기한 설정을 위한 보관 방법에 따른 품질 변화 연구)

  • In this study, the quality safety limit period of seven types of bakery bread was analyzed, and their use-by date was calculated. For evaluating product quality, storage conditions were set as 5, 15, 25, and 35℃ for 50 days, and moisture, microorganisms, sensory characteristics, and dominant bacteria were examined. The quality and safety standards followed the Korea Food Code and Korean industrial standards (KS). The results showed that all products stored at 5℃ satisfied the standard for bacterial count for day 50, but the sensory quality was below the standard level. Samples stored at 15℃ showed high variability from 3-39 days. At 25℃, a quality safety limit period of 2-20 days was set, and one sample was found to have the same shelf life. Bread stored at 35 ℃ had the shortest quality safety limit period. Considering a safety factor of 0.87, a use-by date period of 1.7-13.1 days was calculated. Therefore, setting the use-by date according to the product type is necessary, even for the same product category. Among the bread products sold in bakeries, those managed as room temperature products (1-35℃) can be distributed and stored in a temperature range of up to 35℃. Overall, this study demonstrates the importance of setting a quality retention period based on the product characteristics and carefully considering the safety factor.
