본 연구는 식품제조산업 현장에서 원료육으로 많이 사용되는 제주산 돼지고기 중 제주흑돼지가 제주일반돼지에 비해서 돼지도체 등급판정 기준에 의한 비교시 높은 등급이 나오지 않음에도 불구하고 가격이 높게 나오는 현상에 대한 원인을 규명하고자, 제주흑돼지와 제주일반돼지를 구입하여 도체상태의 육질 특성과 정육상태에서의 물성특성을 조사하였다. 도체상태에서 제주흑돼지는 제주일반돼지에 비해 육색의 적색도는 유의적으로 높았다. 돼지고기 정육의 물성을 조사하기 위해 제주흑돼지와 제주일반돼지 중 도체중량이 유사한 도체를 선별하여 분석하였다. 돼지 껍데기에 대한 물성을 조사한 결과 제주흑돼지와 제주일반돼지에서 차이점은 탄력성(springness), 응집성(cohesiveness), 탄성(Resilience)에 유의적인 차이가 있었고, 돼지 생육에 있어서는 탄력성(springness), 응집성(cohesiveness), 탄성(Resilience)에서 유의적인 차이점을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 식품제조 원료로써 제주산 돼지고기를 구매할 때 제주흑돼지는 제주일반돼지에 비해서 도체상태에서 육색의 적색도가 유의적으로 높고, 돼지고기 껍데기와 고기의 탄력성(springness)이 높고, 응집성(cohesiveness), 탄성(Resilience)에서는 낮은 값을 나타냈다. 따라서 생육상태에서 식품제조 원료육으로 돼지고기를 구매할 때 물성항목이 품질평가에 중요한 지표로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The Jeju Olle Trail Route No. 1 has opened in 2007, and over one million visitors per year trek total of 26 Olle trails throughout the island of Jeju as of 2017. The Olle trekking is one of eco-friendly tourism activities in the era of social issues with environmental collapse and threats. Up until now, studies on the Jeju Olle trail are focused on the visitors while the studies on residents who are the other major pillar of Jeju Olle trail have been limited. The study aims to compare the visit types, satisfaction level and pro-environmental behaviors between the visitors and residents on Jeju Olle trails. Total of 290 survey was collected in three month period from December, 2016 to February, 2017. The survey result indicates the Jeju residents trek the Jeju Olle in a larger group than the Jeju Olle visiting trekkers and show lower level in the visit satisfaction and pro-environmental behaviors. The noticeable lower level in the pro-environmental behaviors of residents can directly connect to the issue of Jeju environment as a whole, and the continuing environmental education program and promotion for residents to improve the pro-environmental behavior level is essential.

최근에 웰빙 열풍에 의해 사람들이 기능성 음료, 건강 차, 마시는 물 등에 대한 관심도가 나날이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 사람들이 웰빙 열풍에 따라 건강에 좋은 물에 높은 관심을 갖고 있기는 하지만 실제로 자신들이 마시고 있는 물의 웰빙성에 대한 정보는 피상적인 수준에 머물고 있다. 왜냐하면, 물에 대한 기존 홍보 방법들이 단방향 형태의 단편 정보를 전달하는 수준에 그치고 있기 때문이다. 특히, 최근에 각광을 받고 있는 UCC를 활용하여 물의 브랜드를 제고시키는 연구는 아직 미미한 상태에 머물고 있으며, 상호작용성이나 체험성 형태를 제대로 갖추지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 제주 물에 대한 효과적인 브랜딩 방안으로 첨단 정보 기술과 제주 물의 특성을 융합하는 접근으로 체험형 UCC를 어떻게 제작할 것인지를 알아본다. 다양한 물 종류 중에서도 국내에서 우수한 물로 인정받고 있는 제주 물의 브랜드 제고를 위해 정보 기술과의 효과적인 융합에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 제주 물은 지하수로 화산 암반수이기 때문에 제주를 다녀갔던 관광객을 비롯한 대부분 일반 사람들은 제주 물의 실체를 직접 보거나 체험해 볼 수 없다. 그러므로 단순히 제주 물을 홍보하는 UCC 형태를 탈피하여 상호작용적 체험을 통해 제주 물의 우수성과 브랜드를 보다 효율적으로 전달할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 3D 기술을 이용하여 입체적으로 제주의 물의 웰빙성을 느껴볼 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims to analyze a cafe built by reflecting the characteristics of Jeju among the cafes in Jeju. This is to provide practical help to prospective prep entrepreneurs who want to start a cafe in Jeju. The cafe reflecting the characteristics of Jeju maintains its own competitiveness and constant interest of tourists by securing differentiation and uniqueness. In addition, by looking at the characteristics of Jeju applied to cafe architecture, the academic foundation for understanding the Jeju and applicable characteristics of Jeju were summarized. The study was conducted in parallel with literature analysis and on-site analysis, and as a result, the following contents were found. First, it is a reflection of Jeju's phenomenal materiality. Second, it is a reflection of Jeju's interpretive everyday life. Third, it is a reflection of Jeju's materiality time. In this regard, if prep entrepreneurs start a cafe that reflects the characteristics of Jeju, they can create a cafe with very specific characteristics if they integrate the three characteristics above.

본 연구는 우리나라 제주도의 운송수단별 물동량을 중심으로 제주물류 현황을 분석하였으며 이로부터 제주 물류의 문제점을 식별하여 제주물류의 효율성을 개선하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.
