  • 본 연구는 조선 LNG선의 탱크를 제작하는 공장의 관리 및 운영을 지원하는 제조실행 시스템(MES : Manufacturing Execution Sys- tem)의 개발에 대한 내용이다. 본 연구대상 공장에는 가공과 조립라인이 있으며, 가공라인에서는 소재를 가공하고, 조립라인에서는 가공된 소재를 가공하고, 조립라인에서는 가공된 소재를 용접으로 최종 조립한다. 본 연구 대상 공장의 주요 관리 및 운영에 대한 관점은 장비의 고장 방지와 효율극대화, 납기 준수 및 최종 용접 후 결함 최소화 등이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공장을 체계적으로 관리 운영하기 위해 공정관리와 장비관리 기능을 통합한 제조실행 시스템을 개발하였다. 공정관리는 일정계획 수립, 관리에서부터 작업자 배치 및 입${\cdot}$출고 관리 등의 역할을 수행하고, 장비관리는 장비 모니터링, 장비와 작업 이력 데이터 추출 및 집계, 장비보전 관리, 장비별 작업지시 등의 역할을 수행한다. 본 연구의 개발 시스템은 MSSQL Sever 데이터베이스와 Visual Basic, C++ Builder로 개발되었다.

A Study of MES for the Product Tracking Based on RFID (제품추적을 위한 RFID기반 제조실행시스템에 대한 연구)

  • MES(Manufacturing Execution System) is a control system which supports basic activities(scheduling, working process and qualify management, etc) to execute working on the shop floor. As especially MES is a system to decrease the gap between production planning and operating, it executes functions that make decision between management and labor using real-time data. MES for real-time information processing requires certain conditions such as data modeling of RFID, which has recently attracted attentions, and monitoring of each product unit from manufacture to sales. However, in the middle of processing the unit with a RFID tag, transponders(readers) can't often read the tag due to reader's malfunctions, intentional damages, loss and the circumstantial effects; for that reason, users are unable to confirm the location of the product unit. In this case, users cannot avoid tracing the path of units with uncertain clues. In this paper, we suggest that the unique MES based on RFID and Bayesian Network can immediately track the product unit, and show how to evaluate it.

  • Main idea of this study is applying The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system to Confectionery. LB company, located in Gyeryong-si, Chungnam, provided main ingredients of confectionery, work facilities and workers between September 1, 2014 and January 15, 2015. The manufacturing process was made by Referring to the typical manufacturing process of confectionery manufacturers. Based on the microbiological hazard analysis, egg contained $6.2{\times}10^3CFU/g$ of bacteria, which has most amount of bacteria among agricultural materials. However, the Microbiological hazard analysis of the raw materials and after the baking process of confectionery showed a safe result. As a result, the microbiological hazard should be reduced by systematic cleaning, disinfection and improved sanitary education.

  • This study was conducted to monitor and evaluate microbial contamination during manufacturing process in 6 red pepper powder factories. Red pepper powder samples were taken from manufacturing facilitates, working area and workers' hands to determine sanitary indicator bacteria (SIB) such as aerobic bacteria and coliform group as well as pathogenic indicator bacteria (PIB) such as Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, and Bacillus cereus. The results indicated that SIB in primary materials was detected as low as 3 log units and E.coil and Staphylococcus aureus of PIB were detected. After grinding process, aerobic bacteria, fungi, and coliform group increased 52% and 108%, respectively. In final products, PIB was not detected except for one found Staphylococcus aureus by which workers' hands were contaminated. Moreover, UV detectors in all the manufacturers were not able to reduce bacteria. Thus, this data suggest that a stringent safety management be needed to prevent cross contamination, and also reconsider effectiveness of facility.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 검사공정 중의 하나인 MBT 공정의 Rework 투입정책에 관한 연구이다. MBT 공정에서는 제품의 신뢰성과는 상관없이 설비오류로 인한 불량품이 다량으로 발생한다. 이러한 불량품을 MBT 공정의 재검사 작업인 Rework을 통해 양품으로 전환하게 된다. MBT 공정의 Rework은 FAB 공정 이후의 많은 공정을 거치지 않고 단일공정 진행으로 새로운 양품을 얻을 수 있는 이점을 가진다. 반면에 Rework 비용 및 공정재고비용이 발생하는 특징이 있다. 현재 MBT 공정의 Rework 작업은 정해진 규칙 없이 작업자 경험에 의존하여 진행하며, 제품의 중요도 및 재고량에 따라 투입이 정해진다. 또한 주문 작업의 투입일정과 납기를 고려하지 않은 Rework 작업으로 인해 납기차질이 발생하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 Rework 작업이 생산계획에 영향을 주지 않는 범위 안에서의 투입계획을 제안한다. 또한 MBT 공정의 Rework 이익인 제조원가 절감이익과 비용인 Rework 비용, 재고비용을 고려한 Rework 제품 투입정책을 제안한다.

  • The robot is the creation of new markets and various cooperation according to the manufacturing paradigm shift. Cooperative management easy for existing industrial robots, robots work on productivity, manpower to replace the robot in every industry cooperation for the purpose of and demand increases.to exist But the industrial robot at the scene of the cooperation working due to accidents are frequent, threatening the safety of the operator. Of industrial site is configured with a robot in an environment ensuring the safety of the operator to and confidence to communicate that can do the possibility of action.Robot guard system of the need for development cooperation. The robot's cooperation through the sensors and computer vision task within a radius of the double to prevent accidents and accidents should reduce the risk. International protocol for a variety of industrial production equipment and communications opc ua system based on ultrasonic sensors and cnn to (Convolution Neural Network) for video analytics. We suggest the cooperation with the robot guard system. Robots in a proposed system is unsafe situation of workers evaluating the possibility of control.

Experimental Implementation of Digital Twin Simulation for Physical System Optimization (물리시스템 최적화를 위한 디지털 트윈 시뮬레이션의 실험적 구현)

  • This study proposes a digital twin implementation method through simulation so that the manufacturing process can be optimized in a manual manufacturing site. The scope of the proposal is a knowledge management mechanism that collects manual motion with a sensor and optimizes the manufacturing process with repetitive experimental data for motion recognition. In order to achieve the research purpose, a simulation of the distribution site was conducted, and a plan to create an optimized digital twin was prepared by repeatedly experiencing the work simulation based on the basic knowledge expressed by the worker's experience. As a result of the experiment, it was found that it is possible to continuously improve the manufacturing process by transmitting the result of configuring the optimized resources to the physical system by generating the characteristics of the work space configuration and working step within a faster time with the simulation that creates the digital twin.

Detection of the Defected Regions in Manufacturing Process Data using DBSCAN (DBSCAN 기반의 제조 공정 데이터 불량 위치의 검출)

  • Recently, there is an increasing interest in analysis of big data that is coming from manufacturing industry. In this paper, we use PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing data to provide manufacturers with information on areas with high PCB defect rates, and to visualize them to facilitate production and quality control. We use the K-means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms to derive the high fraction of PCB defects, and compare which of the two algorithms provides more accurate results. Finally, we develop a system of MVC structure to visualize the information about bad clusters obtained through clustering, and visualize the defected areas on actual PCB images.

  • The clothing by bias-cut fabric are outstanding in their shilluettes mainly due to their high level of drapability. The clothing, however, need a specific cutting process for being even trimming line skirts. The 3-D trimming system developed in the study has been successful in making high-quality skirts with extremely even trimming line. The system is expected to make quality apparel in shorter manufacturing time.

  • 고분자물질의 용도는 다양하다. 그러나, 열에 약한 것이 고분자물질의 가장 큰 단점으로서 이러한 열화현상은 피하거나 예방되어야 할 과제이다. 이런 과정을 제거하거나 지연시키는 작업 즉, 안정화가 필요하다. 따라서 공중합물질을 제조하는 과정은 안정화에 큰 영향을 미치고, 특히 유리전이온도나 기계적 강도를 높이기 위하여는 공중합에 의한 조성변화가 필요하다. 그 외에 형태학적 입자나 오염물질들도 안정화에 영향을 미치고, 고분자의 입체규칙도 역시 안정화에 영향을 미친다.(중략)
