In this study, the selected waste plastic waste logistics used for cement sintering were classified into two types through the process of sorting and crushing, analyzing the characteristics of each, and analyzing the correlation of the strength after cement manufacturing. The experimental variables were classified into soft and hard waste plastic waste, and the correlations between calorific value, chlorine, and moisture were analyzed. In addition, some of each waste was selected and melted, and the basic characteristics were evaluated by analyzing the structure and calorific value. The results of the experiment showed that it was evaluated that it is suitable to obtain a heat source by separating soft waste plastic wastes and sintering them with materials having similar properties. As a result of examining the wastes by strength after cement manufacturing, it was analyzed that the use of hard plastics greatly contributes to the compressive strength on the 1st and 28th, and the use of soft plastics contributes to the compressive strength on the 28th. However, these characteristics are evaluated by collecting only a part of the waste, and since the deviation of the waste occurs, continuous management is required, and a follow-up study on the environmental problems caused by the use of waste is required.
In the shipbuilding and marine industry, as a technology for reducing the weight of parts to reduce energy and improve operational efficiency of ships is required, a method of applying fibers-reinforced composites which is high-strength lightweight materials, as part materials can be considered. In this study, the possibility of applying fibers-reinforced composites to the pipe support clamps was evaluated to reduce the weight of LNGC. The fibers-reinforced composites were manufactured using carbon fibers and glass fibers as reinforcing fibers. Through the computer simulation program, the properties of the reinforcing materials and the matrix materials of the composites were inversely calculated, and the performance prediction was performed according to the change in the properties of each fiber lamination pattern. In addition, the structural analysis of the clamps according to the thickness of the composites was performed through the finite element analysis program. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that attention is needed in selecting the thickness when applying the fibers-reinforced composites of the clamp for weight reduction. It is considered that it will be easy to change the shape of the structure and change the structure for weight reduction in future supplementary design.
In this study, vinegar was prepared using black raspberry pomace to increase its utilization capacity. As a result of alcohol fermentation, the final alcohol content was 8.90% and the sugar content was 7.03°Brix. The total acid content after acetic acid fermentation was 4.44%, which was 0.38% higher than that of the juice. Among the organic acid content, the acetic acid content was higher in the pomace than in the juice. The total polyphenol (51.58 TAE mg/mL), total flavonoid (9.55 RUE mg/mL), and total anthocyanin (6.05 CYE mg/mL) contents of vinegar produced using black raspberry residue were higher than those of the juice. In addition, 2,2'-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging activity, reducing power, and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) activity were higher than those of the juice, indicating strong antioxidant properties. Thus, black raspberry pomace has excellent acetic acid fermentation ability and high antioxidant activity, indicating that it can be used as a functional fermented vinegar.

This study analyzed the physicochemical properties and combustion characteristics of dry food waste to evaluate the possibility of using food waste as a solid refuse fuel (SRF). The characteristics of dry food waste as a fuel were analyzed by comparing the difference in properties with SRF, and the combustion characteristics after conversion into fuel were identified. Ultimate analysis, proximate analysis, calorific value analysis, and TGA analysis were conducted using two types of food waste and two types of SRF, and the following results were obtained. The moisture content and ash content of dry food waste were 1.7~10.0 wt.% and 7.8~11.7 wt.%, respectively, which satisfied the quality standards for SRF. The low calorific value of dry food waste was 4,000 ~ 4,720 kcal/kg, which was higher than the quality standard of 3,500 kcal/kg for SRF. As a result of TGA analysis of dry food waste, the combustion reaction started at about 200 ℃ and the highest burning rate was at about 500 ℃. After moisture evaporation between 100 and 200 ℃, initial volatile matter, carbon and residual volatile matter were released and burned between 200 and 500 ℃. Based on the high calorific value and low moisture and ash content of dry food waste, it is considered that it is possible to convert dry food waste into SRF through the application of efficient drying technology and strict quality standard inspection in the future.
This study is to examine the current situation of the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) and analyze macroeconomic situation of Vietnam since the launch of AEC. According to recent trade indicators, Vietnam is expected to be more productive in the manufacturing and processing sectors because it is at the heart of the global value chains (GVCs) in electronics, telephones, and textiles and shoes industry. Vietnam has signed or is negotiating free trade agreements with various countries around the world including Korea, Israel, EU and RCEP and so on. Therefore, it is expected that Vietnam's trade dependency and FDI inflows to Vietnam increase more and more. However, the fact that the proportion of exports by foreign-invested companies accounts for about 70% of the total exports implies the uncertainty of Vietnam's economy in the future. Attracting FDI investment can further reduce the competitiveness of domestic companies in Vietnam. Therefore, in order for Vietnam to maintain sustainable development in the future, it is necessary to reform the momentum of foreign-invested enterprises to the development of Vietnamese companies.

Thermally sprayed tungsten carbide-based powder coatings are being widely used for a variety of wear resistance applications. The coating deposited by high velocity processes such as high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) thermal spraying is known to provide improved wear resistant property. In this study, optimal coating process (OCP) is obtained by the study of coating properties such as surface hardness, porosity, surface roughness and microstructure of 9 coatings prepared by Taguchi program for 3 levels of four spray parameters. The Friction and wear behaviors of HVOF WC-CoCr coating prepared by OCP, electrolytic hard chrome (EHC) plating and Inconel718 (In718) are investigated by reciprocating sliding wear test at $25^{\circ}C$, $450^{\circ}C$. Friction coefficients (FC) of all of the 3 samples are decreased as increasing sliding surface temperature from $25^{\circ}C$ to $450^{\circ}C$. FC of WC-CoCr decreases as increasing the surface temperature from $0.33{\pm}0.02$ at $25^{\circ}C$ to $0.26{\pm}0.02$ at $450^{\circ}C$, showing the lowest FC among the 3 samples. Wear trace (WT) and wear depth (WD) of WC-CoCr are smaller than those of EHC and In718 both at $25^{\circ}C$ and $450^{\circ}C$. These show that WC-CoCr is highly recommendable for protective coating on In718 and other metal components.
Effects of chitosan as a mesopore directing agent of SAPO-34 catalysts were investigated to improve the catalytic lifetime in DTO reaction. The synthesized catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm and NH3-temperature programmed desorption (TPD). The modified SAPO-34 catalysts prepared by varying the added amount of chitosan showed the same cubic morphology and chabazite structure as the conventional SAPO-34 catalyst. As the added amount of chitosan increased to 3 wt%, the surface area, mesopore volume and concentration of weak acid sites of modified SAPO-34 catalysts increased. The modified SAPO-34 catalysts showed enhanced catalytic lifetime and high selectivity for light olefins in the DTO reaction. In particular, the SAPO-CHI 3 catalyst (3 wt%) exhibited the longest catalytic lifetime than that of the conventional SAPO-34. Therefore, it was confirmed that chitosan was a suitable material as a mesopore directing agent to delay deactivation of the SAPO-34 catalyst.
This study evaluated the recyclability of waste plastics in used coffee capsules disposed of as municipal waste. For recycling, a new material separation process was developed to remove the coffee grounds through primary crushing, washing, sieving, and secondary crushing, followed by corona discharge electrostatic separation. Furthermore, for the under 10 mm size fraction samples, the aluminum removal and the plastic recovery were 95.4% and 98.3%, respectively, under optimal conditions. In addition, for the 15 mm fraction samples, the aluminum removal and the plastic recovery were 91.3% and 97.2%, respectively. To evaluate the recyclability of the separated waste plastics, the samples were pelleted, and their material properties were analyzed. No hazardous substances were detected, and the results were similar to those for homo-PP. Therefore, it was confirmed tha t sufficient functiona lity existed a s recycled PP. However, owing to the da rk color of the pellets, limited applications to black or dark products are expected.

In this paper, a solid capsule was prepared using a crystal growth type inorganic material capable of hydration reaction, the quality and mechanical healing properties of self-healing mortar with solid capsules were evaluated. Solid capsules were mixed 5% by mass of cement. Reloading test results of compressive load, it was found to improve about 20% on average for the natural healing effect of Plain, in the case of the elastic range, the healing rate was about 79% at the 7 days of healing age and 98% at the 28 days of healing age. Reload test results of flexural load, in the case of the elastic range, the healing rate was about 79% at the 7 days of healing age and 98% at the 28 days of healing age. Through these results, it is judged that the healing performance of solid capsules has also an effect on mechanical healing properties such as strength in addition to the durability properties obtained by the permeability test. Since the strength tends to decrease as the solid capsules are mixed, it is considered necessary to compensate.

The cement clinker, the main raw material of cement, is manufactured using limestone as the main material. Depending on the quality of limestone, the use of subsidiary materials changes, and has a great influence on the production of cement clinkers. In this study, the effect of CaO content of limestone, a cement clinker material, on Raw Mill grinding and sintering of cement clinker was investigated. The grinding time of the union materials changed in the content of limestone CaO was measured to identify the grinding properties. The raw material combination was cleaned within a range of 1,350-1,500℃. The sintering performance of cement clinker by Burnability index calculation was identified. The lower the grade of limestone, the lower the grinding quality of the raw material combination. The lower the CaO content of limestone, the greater the variation in F-CaO for sintering temperature. The lower the class of limestone, the higher B. I. value was calculated, indicating the lower cement clinker sintering. In addition, the mineral analysis results of cement clinker showed that if the F-CaO value was low due to the increase in sintering temperature, the Belite content decreased and the Alite content increased. In the case of Alite, the ratio of R-type decreased and that of M-type increased as the content of limestone CaO increased.
