클라우드 시장에서는 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델의 우위 선점을 위한 글로벌 경쟁이 치열하게 진행되고 있으며, 이와 마찬가지로 국가간 클라우드 관련 정책 또한 빠르게 개발되고 있다. 이러한 클라우드 관련 정책의 일환에 있는 클라우드 서비스 인증제에 대해 살펴보고 발전 방향에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

In this study, we suggest a policy for setting the direction of Jeju Music Education with implications from the process of arranging philosophical theories related to music education and analyzing advanced cases. The philosophical theories of music education were examined by Schiller, Steiner, Dewey, Bourdieu, Reimer, and Elliotts. In addition, this study checked the lessons in music education programs in Germany, Venezuela, and Finland, and we make policy suggestions in four contexts to set the direction of music education in the Jeju community based on interviews with 10 experts. Suggestions for improving social awareness of music education, suggestions for music education in the elementary and secondary public school sectors, in the proposals for music education in the lifelong education sector, and the suggestions for institutional policy all included music education professionals recruited from among the culture and art sectors within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province's Cultural Policy Division. Music advisors were also recruited from the music and sector music councils within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council.

This paper proposes Korean national science and ICT policies in artificial intelligence (AI) field. After analyzing the AI trends in major countries as an initiative for global competitiveness, we suggest for new solutions for nutcracker threats and provide policy recommendations for strengthening competitiveness and commercialization in AI field of Korea. Korea's AI status was diagnosed in the order of governance, research and development (R&D), technology commercialization, law and legislation, and human resources strategy. In conclusion, it proposes improvement of governance, procession of long term future market initiative R&D, development of AI commercialization platforms, preparation of research friendly law and environment, and the nurturing of practical and converging human resources system.

본 연구는 한국, 미국, 일본의 ITS 표준추진체계 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)을 통해, 국가 ITS표준 추진체계의 운영효율화방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS표준추진체계의 문제점을 파악하고, 국외사례분석을 통해 이를 개선할 수 있는 대응방안을 제언하였다. 미국, 일본사례 비교분석결과, 국가ITS표준화추진체계의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 관.민협력적, 범부처적 국가ITS표준추진체계 모델을 정립하고, 국제표준과 연계하여 국가표준, 부처표준, 단체표준을 추진하되, 해당표준이 표준의 기능과 역할에 부합하도록 개발.제정되어야한다. 사업자와 수요자의 다양한 요구(Need)를 신속히 표준화할 수 있도록 단체표준화육성을 통해 국가 표준화하고, 특히 교통안전과 공공성에 관련된 ITS기술은 정부부터가 강력히 규제할 수 있는 기술기준(Technical Regulation)을 도입하도록 하였다. 아울러 표준제정 뿐만 아니라 데이터등록소(Data Registry) 및 웹기반의 표준화활동 등 표준화구축사업을 통해 표준화의 활동을 활성화하도록 제언하였다.

작년 11월에 시작된 (일본)총합자원에너지 조사회 전기분과회에서의 $\ulcorner$일본 전력자유화 논의$\lrcorner$가 절정을 맞이한 가운데, 전력중앙연구소는 같은 11월에 $\ulcorner$에너지미래기술포럼$\lrcorner$을 개최하여 정책, 기술 양면에서 자유화 논의에 파문을 일으키는 제언(提言)을 하였다. 경제사회연구소를 중심으로 한 정책적 관점에서의 발표도 화제를 끌었으나, 기술적 관점에서의 과제 검토는 단순한 정책 논의가 아닌, 새로운 재료가 전력관계자에게 제시되었다고 할 수 있다. 경제분야에서 기술분야까지 폭넓게 커버 하고 있는 전력중앙연구소가 종합적으로 전력자유화의 과제를 평가한 것을 계기로, 앞으로 더욱 활발한 논의가 전개될 것으로 예상된다. 여기서는 특히 기술분야에 있어서 전력자유화에 대한 (일본)전력중앙연구소의 제언을 간추려 소개한다.

본 연구는 문헌정보학 학술지 논문의 결론 장(chapter)의 특색을 분석하기 위하여 결론의 분석도구를 개발하고, 결론의 구조와 경향성을 파악하는데 있다. 연구 결과, 문정학 학술지 논문의 결론 장은 평균 4.2개의 구성요소로 구성되었다. 결론 제목은 '결론'이 절반 이상이며, 그 다음은 '결론 및 제언' 이었다. 각 구성요소별 출현빈도는 '연구결과 요약'이 단연 우세하며, '연구전체 요약', '후속연구 제언', '연구 의의' 순이었다. 서술 분량은 '연구결과 요약'이 가장 우세하며, 결론의 절반 이상을 차지하였다. 결론을 시작하는 첫 번째 요소로 가장 우세한 요소는 '연구결과 요약'이며, 결론을 마무리하는 최종 요소로 가장 우세한 것은 '후속연구 제언'이었다. 문헌정보학 학술지 논문 결론 구조의 핵심 구성요소이자 핵심기능은 '요약하기'의 구성요소인 '연구결과 요약'과 '연구전체 과정 요약'이다. 이는 결론을 기술하는데 필수 요소로 밝혀졌다. '적용하기','확대하기'에 포함된 여타의 요인은 선별적 요인으로 적용하고 있었다.

현재 공공도서관에서는 홈페이지를 통한 이용자 교육 프로그램이 미비한 실정으로, 이 연구에서는 현재 도서관 홈페이지에서 제공하는 이용자 교육관련 항목들을 분석하여 향후 공공도서관 홈페이지를 이용한 이용자 교육 프로그램의 발전을 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기존 문헌에서의 평가 기준과 전문가의 자문을 통하여 공공도서관 홈페이지의 이용자 교육관련 항목에 대한 분석기준을 확립하고, 이에 따라 공공도서관 홈페이지의 이용자 교육관련 항목들을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 홈페이지 이용자 교육에서 필요한 사항들에 대해 제언하고자 한다.
