본 고에서는 정보화사회로 이전하는 과정에 없어서는 안될 중요한 정보처리기술인 컴퓨터 소프트웨어와 관련된 기술을 지적재산권 즉 특허, 컴퓨터 프로그램 보호권, 저작권, 회로배치 설계권, 상표권 등의 지적재산권으로 어떻게 권리보호를 받아야 할 것인가를 살펴 보았다. 또한 이중에서 컴퓨터 프로그램 제도를 중심으로 주요국의 프로그램 보호제도의 상황과 우리나라의 프로그램 보호제도중 보호범위, 2차적프로그램의 개작기준, 프로그램 저작권, 복제의 범위, 프로그램 저작권 침해형태의 예시를 중점적으로 살펴보았고 아울러 프로그램 저작권 침해의 외국 판례기준을 토대로 살펴보았다.

이 연구의 목적은 자유학기제 학생을 대상으로 한 아두이노 프로그래밍 체험 프로그램의 개발 사례를 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 Lee(2020)의 저비용 마이크로컨트롤러 적용 교수학습 모형에 기반하여 아두이노 프로그래밍 체험 프로그래밍 2종을 개발하였다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발된 프로그램은 '아두이노 음악 연주 프로그램'과 '아두이노 자동차 만들기 프로그램'이다. 둘째, 개발된 프로그램은 각각 7개와 8개의 하위 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, 참여 중학교의 여건에 따라 전부 또는 일부를 선택하여 적용할 수 있다. 셋째, 개발된 프로그램을 통해 프로그램 참여 중학생들은 매크로, 반복문, 배열, 함수 등의 C 프로그래밍 내용 요소를 체험할 수 있었다. 개발된 프로그램은 자유학기제 학생들을 대상으로 짧은 시간내에 프로그래밍을 온라인 환경하에서 체험시켰다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 보다 검증된 설문지와 구체적인 실험 설계를 바탕으로 본 개발 프로그램의 교육 효과를 검증해 볼 필요가 있을 것이다.

The present study investigates the seventh and the eighth graders' perception of Free Learning Semester Programs offered by libraries by developing a survey questionnaire on students' needs for Free Learning Semester Programs of Libraries. The skills that middle school students want to improve in Free Learning Semesters are career exploration skills, and the type of Free Learning Semester that is most intensively implemented is career exploration activities. Programs are often offered in the form of experiential classes. Regarding the activities that the students want to participate during Free Learning Semester, the most preferred activities included field experience activity in the career exploration domain, cooking class in the student choice program, smartphone app development in club activities, design activity in the art domain, the badminton in the physical education domain, and using iPad in the information use skills. In addition, among the library programs in coordination with Free Learning Semester, the students liked the occupational experience program most. Future studies need to include the development and implementation of Free Learning Semester Programs based on students' opinions, and investigate their satisfaction with the Free Learning Semester Programs offered by libraries.

올해 7월부터 소프트웨어의 품질을 공인하는 '소프트웨어 품질인증제'가 도입된다. 또 컴퓨터프로그램의 저작권 뿐 아니라 발행권도 법으로 보장된다. 정보통신부는 급변하는 소프트웨어산업 환경에 대처하고 소프트웨어산업을 육성.발전하기 위해 마련한 '소프트웨어산업진흥법'과 '컴퓨터프로그램보호법개정안'이 지난 정기국회서 의결됨에 따라 금년 7월 1일부터 다음과같이 시행키로 했다.

The government introduced a free semester in 2013, current targets middle school education as a core policy for nurturing creative talent, the year 2016 has been carried out in front of all middle school. This purpose of this study was to develop and spread the library-based reading culture program model for free semester. In this study, for which students, teachers, parents, conducted a survey of the reading culture program requirements librarian. A library-based reading program of free cultural self-semester course four areas according to the configuration (career exploration activities, group activities, arts and sports activities, theme activities select) was developed.

Under the Chapter 1, Article 3(Protection of Rights and Interests of Viewers) of the Broadcasting Act, the viewers should be able to participate in decision-making with regard to planning, programming, or production of broadcast programs. For this, the public service broadcasting, KBS is operating two kinds of system such as 'viewer-evaluation program' and 'viewer-participation program' that televises the broadcasting programs directly produced by viewers. This study presented several improvement measures by analyzing the contents of viewer-participation programs televised through the of KBS, so KBS could work as an open public platform in which the people could freely express their own thinking, ideology, opinions, and ideas.

본 글에서는 21세기를 대비한 차세대생산시스템으로 일컬어지는 지능형생산시스템(IMS: Intelligent Manufacturing System)의 기술 개발을 위해 국제공동연구로 진행되고 있는 "국제 IMS 프로그램"을 소개하고 우리나라의 추진현황에 대해서도 설명한다. 제 2절에서는 국제 IMS 프로그램의 개요로서 추진배경, IMS의 목표, 참가국 및 추진체계, 자금운영 방법 등에 대해 설명한다. 제 3절에서는 국제 IMS 프로그램에서 수행하는 프로젝트들을 소개하며, 국내의 IMS 추진전략 및 주요활동 등을 제 4절에서 설명한다.

Calculation program to predict required pressurant mass for propellant tank was verified through flight test data. This program was already developed and verified through ground test data, but to increase reliability of program, it was compared with flight test data of KSR-III launched in 2002. Because pressurant temperature incoming to propellant tank was not measured in flight test, that was assumed in calculation program. Required pressurant mass and inside temperature of oxygen tank dome was compared. Validation of calculation program was verified by showing required pressurant mass accuracy of 6%.

The operation of the theater's seasonal program is an important service for the stability of theater management and audience development. However, the domestic theater season system has been around for 20 years, but still has not been established in practice compared to overseas theaters, and academic research is also lacking. Therefore, in this study, the government wanted to draw out elements of 'season system' program services and additional services provided by domestic and foreign theaters, and to calculate the importance of each attribute to suggest a plan to operate a seasonal service suitable for the actual conditions in Korea. Thus, through the analysis of seven theater seasonal programs, a study model consisting of two higher, seven median and 23 lower factors was derived. Based on this survey, 14 theater experts were asked to compare the priorities of each factor. Studies have shown that the composition of packages and works in program services is important, and that monetary factors are important in additional services. In other words, an important element in the seasonal system is judged to be the need to upgrade program services and selectively operate a small number of additional services with large audience needs to attract audiences.

본 논문에서는 국내 제조업 기업을 대상으로 한 $\ulcorner$기술혁신조사$\lrcorner$ 통계를 바탕으로 기업의 혁신 활동과 이를 지원하고 있는 각종 정부지원제도에 대한 실효성을 다루었다. 분석대상 기업의 수는 2,591개였고, 기술혁신지원 프로그램은 11개로 조세지원제도가 7개 기술지원제도가 6개였다. 기술혁신지원 프로그램의 실효성을 분석하는 실증모형에는 선택변수모형이 이용되었으며, 실증결과는 현재 시행중인 분석대상 기술혁신지원제도의 실효성이 실망스러운 것으로 나타났다. 이들 프로그램의 효과는 대체로 10% 미만이었고, 대기업과 중소기업에 대한 적절한 차등효과를 가져오지 못하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이에 따라 기술혁신지원제도에 대한 개선이 보다 현실성 있게 개선되어야 할 것으로 보인다.
