There has been many studies to explore what is the best multimedia tools for English learning by internet, but the students are still thirsty for the lack of practical and effective learning method which may lead them to stimulate their motivations to learn English with technological new media. The purpose of this study is to design Flash Animation as a new approach to learn language acquisition for those students who are learning English as a second language. This second is to show the validity for the introduction of Flash Animation into the English class. The third is to describe the effectiveness of the application of multimedia tools used in English communication such as java script programming and power point presentation.

In this study, in order to secure the necessity of introducing the safety certification system for the assembled temporary equipment and materials, the feasibility of the introduction was analyzed through literature review, structural analysis, and actual experiments and surveys related to the assembled temporary equipment and materials. In the previous studies, it was found that the research on the assembled temporary equipment and materials was insufficient, and it was possible to grasp the necessity of introducing the safety certification system for the assembled temporary equipment and materials. In addition, in the results of the serious accident analysis, it was found that the soundness of the temporary equipment and materials is determined by the structural characteristics after it was assembled. As a result of the feasibility analysis of the introduction of the safety certification of the assembled temporary equipment and materials through structural analysis, it is possible to effectively and rationally reflect the main geometrical influence factors, and to introduce the safety certification system that can test the procedures and procedures of the assembled temporary equipment and materials and based on it. It was found that there is a need. As a result of feasibility analysis on the necessity of introducing the safety certification system for assembled temporary equipment and materials through actual experiments, the existing single member performance evaluation has limitations in evaluating the structural performance of the assembled temporary equipment and materials. It was found that there is a need to introduce a safety certification system. As a result of gathering opinions on the feasibility of introducing the safety certification system for assembled temporary equipment and materials of manufacturers and users through the survey, it was found that the overall positive response result was high and the effectiveness was high.

The aim of this study is to review the improvement method of Korea capital gains tax according to the alienation of the real estate, and to suggest an improvement plan. The study has been carried out by reviewing the related literatures. Capital gains tax could be calculated either using the actual price of sale or the standard prices. Korea capital gains tax has been revised many times since 1975 when it was first enacted. Initially the actual price of sale was the default rule and the standard prices was allowed only exceptionally if the actual price of sale could not be detected. The actual price of sale rather than the standard prices should be used for determining the capital gains tax on the transfer. By doing so, the desired principles of taxation such as "principle of taxation on tax paying ability". In conclusion, the present capital gains tax of Korea should be improved in many aspects in order to promote income redistribution function and efficient allocation of resources.

A full bridge type double resonant high frequency resonant inverter to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one and this paper also realize the output control of independence irrespective of the switching frequency using Phase-shift. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operating and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters, such as switching frequency, the variation of phase angle ($\phi$) of Phase-shift.

Present private infrastructure investment in SOC investment has increased up to $11\%$ compared to the year 2003 and it is expected to increase in the future. In spite of its rapid increasement we don't have definite standard or system on distinctly presented rate of return for domestic private infrastructure investment yet, and practical and scientific research is not sufficient, compared to its necessity and importance. Hence, in this study we tried to build theories systematically, which are related to rate of return of private infrastructure investment to promote SOC private infrastructure investment to last successfully and present the proper level of rate of return of private infrastructure we investment appropriate in domestic situations through diverse analysis. Therefore, to present reasonable rate of return, we used 5 methods: existing research analysis, case study, financial index analysis, analysis of investors rate of return, and analysis of rate of return in a real estate market. After comparing and analyzing these methods, Ive presented in the end the appropriate level of rate of return of private infrastructure investment, which can be applied in a domestic market.

In indexing and organizing Web resources, there have been two basic methods: automatic indexing by extracting key words and library classification schemes or subject directories of search engines. But, both methods have failed to satisfy the user's information needs, due to the lack of standard criteria and the irrationality of its structural system. In this paper I have examined the limits of library classification scheme's structures and the problems related to the nature of Web resources such as specificity and exhaustivity. I have also attempted to explain the logicality of Web resources organization by facet analysis and its strengths and limitations. In so doing, I have proposed three specific methods in using facet analysis: firstly, indexing system by facet analysis; secondly, the alternative transformation of the enumerative classification scheme into facet classification scheme; and finally, the facet model of subject directory of domestic search engine. After examining the three methods, my study concludes that a controlled vocabulary by facet analysis can be employed as a useful method in organizing Web resources.

The purpose of this study is to diminish the risk through identifying the risk factors occurring in the process of real estate development projects, and analyzing and coping with the risk factors, and enable stable advance in the development process by improving the roles and work distribution of the project investor. The results of this study are as follows : 1) identifying the risks of contractions from the step of selecting the sites must be made possible through supplemental human resources expertise in plan and construction of the operation 2) as an improvement scheme, heightening the penetration wall of development projects from the investors, proposing a registration law and a selection standard of construction companies to investors' cooperating companies enabling the growth of superior investors.

It has taken a growing interest about environmental problems such as global warming and water pollution. Because of intensified environmental problems, it would be going on the research about environmental preservation and harmful factor reduction. Also, it makes ISO to show the quantitative data about LCA analysis. The research of LCA method in the domestic construction industry has advanced stealing from a national point of view. In this study, it would be possible to confirm the feasibility of a plan by LCA analysis. Moreover, the result of life cycle cost which deliberate the influence cost of environment in the steps of material production, construction, maintenance, and disposal has made to be 74,819,560,776 won in a plan and 78,979.469,602won in alternative. That is, it would analysis for a plan to reduce 4,159,908,826 won for alternative.

It is being resulted from that the policies of the general principles of accounting standards which is subjected to ask an objective data and evidence, and the denial system as a debt derived from imperfect legal theory applied by current law. Therefore, it is necessitated to find if any irrationality in the positive system is and further to draw an improved reasonable measures to adopt by review of constant system preparing tile reasonableness with the method of suitable quantification devices provided that any time-delay is induced by the party.
