A Study of the Effectiveness and Status of the Information Security Disclosure System (정보보호 공시제도의 운영실태와 효과성 분석)

  • The information security disclosure system (ISDS) has been implemented since 2016 to ensure the protection of stakeholders and the right to know, and to promote voluntary investment in information protection by companies. Regarding the information security disclosure system, there have been studies that urge the implementation of the system, but studies that analyze the contents disclosed after the implementation of the system or suggest improvement directions are few. In this study, the contents of the information security disclosure system that had been announced on the information security industry promotion portal until 2019 were analyzed, the current status was summarized, and the direction of system improvement was suggested. In some cases, companies that disclosed information through the disclosure system increased the number of personnel in charge and obtained certifications related to information security, but did not find any effect on the increase/decrease in investment. The current disclosure system has not been activated because it has difficulty in giving individual companies incentives to disclose. Thus, this study suggests the inclusion of ISDS to information security management system (ISMS), which is currently mandatory for certain companies. In the current disclosure system, it is difficult for the company's stakeholders or customers to check the contents of the disclosure. As a way to do this, a method of including in the contents of the personal information processing policy or the notification of the use of personal information was suggested.

  • 교통주제도는 건설교통부와 한국교통연구원이 ${\ulcorner}$국가교통DB구축사업${\lrcorner}$의 일환으로 제작한 것으로, 국토지리정보원의 NGIS 수치지도(축척 1:5,000)를 기반으로 하여 현장조사 및 문헌조사를 통해 갱신, 보완하여 교통 분야의 활용에 적합하도록 구축한 GIS 수치지도이다. 교통주제도는 현장조사와 문헌조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 기반으로 구축되며 이중 교통시설물조사는 문헌자료(준공도로현황 등)를 참고하여 산정된 조사대상에 대하여 GPS 조사시스템을 활용, 도형 및 속성정보를 취득하는 것을 말한다. 조사항목은 도형정보(노드, 링크) 및 속성정보(차선수, 도로번호 등)이며 GPS 조사시스템과 조사원장(도면)을 이용하여 조사한다. 교통시설물조사와 문헌자료조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 단위도엽(1:5,000기준)별로 교통주제도에 반영되며 최종적으로 전국단위의 통합자료로 구축된다 교통주제도는 사용목적과 축척기준에 따라 단순화되며 이를 교통주제도 레벨이라 한다. 교통주제도의 레벨은 총 4단계로 구분되며 현재 레벨2에서 레벨4까지 구축되고 있다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통시설투자계획, 수요분석, 타당성 평가와 같은 교통분야의 연구를 수행하기 위해 반드시 필요한 자료이다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도보다 더 단순화된 도로망 모델로서 구성요소는 노드(시점, 종점, 죤 센트로이드)와 링크(도로망, 센트로이드 커넥터)이며 도로의 기하구조보다는 논리적 구조(방향성, 노드/링크 연결성 등)에 중점을 둔 데이터이다 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도의 도형과 속성정보를 기반으로 하며 각종 통계자료(도로교통량통계연보 등)를 활용, 구축된다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 구축시점에 따라 현재 및 장래 네트워크로 구분되며 장래 네트워크는 기준년도부터 2031년까지 5년 단위로 계획된 장래도로를 반영하여 구축된다. 교통주제도 및 교통분석용 네트워크는 국가교통DB구축사업을 통해 구축된 자료로서 교통체계효율화법 제9조의4에 따라 공공기관이 교통정책 및 계획수립 등에 활용할 수 있도록 제공하고 있다. 건설교통부의 승인절차를 거쳐 제공하며 활용 후에는 갱신자료 및 활용결과를 통보하는 과정을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다.

Current Status of Cardiopulmonary Perfusionists in the Republic of Korea (한국 체외순환사의 현황과 문제점 - 주요 외국 국가들과의 비교 분석 -)

  • The primary responsibility of a perfusionist is to operate the heart-lung bypass machine during open heart surgery, which is vital for the successful operative outcome. However, despite the perfusionist's crucial role on the cardiac surgical team, no relevant studies have not yet been conducted in our country. In this regard, this study was performed about the current status of perfusionists in Korea with comparative analysis on the certification and education system of perfusionists in foreign countries. Material and Method: We analyzed the demographic data on the Korean perfusionists conducted in 1994 and 2003, with comparison of recent data on the perfusionists of the nineteen foreign countries. Result and Conclusion: Although all agree that professionalism and responsibility of the perfusionist are essential in conducting a cardiac procedure and bringing about successful outcome, the formally approved training and certification system for perfusionists have not yet been established in Korea. Adequate measures should be done as soon as possible in order to try to obtain the adequate recognition of the profession.

Determination of Plasticizers included in Balloon by Solid Phase Microextraction and Gas Chromatography with Mass Spectrometric Detection (SPME-GC-MS를 이용하여 풍선에 포함된 가소제의 분석)

  • Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with $85{\mu}m$ polyacrylate fiber, coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the plasticizers contained in balloon samples. The balloons were identified to be made of polyisoprene by IR spectroscopy. The plasticizers extracted from the balloon samples soaked in acetone-added water solvent for an hour were quantified by external standard method using nine kinds of plasticizers. The quantification method was validated for standard plasticizers in the range of $0.25-25{\mu}g/g$. The detection limits were $0.11-0.38{\mu}g/g$ for different plasticizers. The RSDs for the reproducibility of this quantitation method were 3.7-14.2%. A few of balloons included risky level of plasticizer concerned as and endocrine disrupter, and it is necessary to regulate these products.

  • This study applied Q methodology to graduate students of food service management department in Seoul to grasp subjective perception of customers using Michelin guide restaurant. Six types of analysis result were obtained. Specifically, the first type (N = 3): Restaurant hygiene-seeking type, the second type (N = 6): Restaurant taste-seeking type, the third type N = 5): Select Restaurant Compare Prices type, 4th type (N = 3): Pursuing taste for restaurant price type, 5th type (N = 2) Restaurant full service select type, and 6th type (N = 3): Restaurant menu configuration Select. In the future, the research on the Michelin guide restaurant will be revised and supplemented with more detailed Q methodological questions and analytical techniques based on many documents and empirical studies, to analyze the various opinions of respondents more concrete and objectively.

전기화학적 방법을 이용한 One-Step CIGS 박막 제조

  • 최근 친환경의 재생 가능한 에너지에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 태양전지에 대한 연구가 국내외에서 활발히 진행중이다. 특히 기존 태양전지 시장을 장악하던 실리콘 태양전지를 대체하고 새로운 기능을 부여하기 위해 박막형 태양전지의 필요성과 새로운 태양전지용 소재 개발에 관심이 집중되고 있다. CIGS는 이러한 요구에 부합하는 소재로써 진공증착법을 통한 CIGS 박막 태양전지에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이와 함께, 경제성과 대면적화의 용이성을 목표로 CIGS의 비진공증착법에 대한 연구도 병행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비진공증착법중 전기화학적 전착방법을 이용하여 CIGS박막을 형성하는 기초연구를 진행하였다. CIGS 박막의 표면 및 결정립 제어를 위하여 젤라틴을 첨가제로 이용하여 CIGS 박막을 제조하였으며 첨가제의 농도, 전착 인가전압 등을 변수로 박막을 형성시켜 특성을 분석하였다. 첨가제가 박막의 특성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 첨가제의 양에 따른 박막의 결정성과 표면 구조를 각각 XRD 및 FE-SEM (EDS)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 첨가제의 농도와 전착 인가전압에 따라 상대적으로 매우 우수한 표면 특성을 가지는 박막을 얻을 수 있었고 특히 특정농도의 젤라틴은 기존의 CIGS 박막의 결정성을 유지시켜 주는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 일정한 첨가제 농도 조건에서 인가전압을 변화시키며 증착한 필름의 CIGS 원소비를 분석함으로서 첨가제를 이용한 전기화학적 전착법에서 인가전압이 박막의 조성비에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첨가제를 이용한 낮은 전압에서의 전착을 통해 우수한 표면 특성을 유지하면서 동시에 희귀원소인 In과 Ga의 증착을 더욱 용이하게 하는 새로운 방법에 대해 고찰하였다.

Competition in the Life Insurance Market: Evidence from Korea using the Panzar - Rosse Model (국내 생명보험산업의 경쟁도 변화에 대한 융합적 연구: 방카슈랑스와 퇴직연금제도의 시행을 중심으로)

  • This paper uses the Panzar Rosse model to investigate the competitive conditions in the Korean life insurance companies over the period of 1999 2012. We break down the entire sample period into four distinctive groups and analyze the competitiveness of each period. The results indicate that for the pre-introduction of Bancassurance period, the H-statistic is -1.3984 and the life insurance market is found to be in monopoly or cartel. However, for the post-introduction of Bancassurance period, the H-statistic is 0.9107 and the life insurance market appears to be in monopolistic competition. The results from the introduction of retirement pension system are very similar to those of the introduction of Bancassurance. Overall, the findings indicate that the Korean life insurance market is in long-run equilibrium before the new system introduction, but make adjustments to the new equilibrium.

  • Current environment in civil and construction industry has changed to actively adopt construction management (CM) in various areas. While it is found that exemplary CM projects have been carried out in many civil engineering sectors, concrete system framework has not been suggested due to ambiguous boundary between CM and supervision system, unclear perception of CM's role, and inexperienced organization and regime. This paper investigated the challenges faced in civil and construction industry, and analyzed the strategy that could improve the current immature CM system by conducting questionnaire survey from experts in various construction sectors. The results could provide valuable information that can involve diverse opinions and view points in project participants.

  • This study investigated the manufacturing process and characteristics of $BKNO_3$ (Boron Potassium Nitrate) as a pyrotechnic propellant that is commonly used in the aerospace, defense, and automobile industries. The solid mixture was composed of oxidizing agent, fuel, and binder. Evaporation process was used to uniformly mix the raw materials. The optimal ratio of composition was designed through the CEA program analysis of the material characteristics and thermal responses. Further the size, shape, sensitivity, and calorimetry characteristics were studied.

  • A simultaneous and rapid gas chromatographic determination of organophosphorus, organo-chlorine, carbamate, and pyrethroid pesticides in polished rice was developed. The pesticides were extracted from samples with acetone by automated soxhlet apparatus and this extract was evaporated to dryness. The residue was dissolved in hexane, the solvent was applied to a Sep-Pak florisil catridge, was eluted with 50% ethyl acetate in n-hexane, and was injected to dual GC-ECD/NPD system. This simple method affords a high recovery of hydrophilic pesticides, allows rapid analysis, and is cheap to perform. Except for dichlorvos and captan, recoveries of 46 pesticides were over 60%.
