우리나라는 현재 세계 10대강국으로, 전쟁이후 짧은 시간에 모든 분야에서 세계를 놀랄만한 발전을 이루었으나, 항로표지 분야에서는 상대적으로 발전의 속도가 늦은 문제에 대하여 분석하고, 향후 세계에서 항로표지 산업분야도 경쟁력있는 국가 산업으로 성장할 수 있도록 법적, 제도적 지원방안 및 지구노력에 대하여 연구한 결과를 기술하였다.

노인장기요양보험 체계의 캐어매니지먼트 발달 배경과 제도적 문제점을 파악하여 이에 근거한 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 기존의 케어매니지먼트는 선진국의 대인 서비스 기관에서 널리 보급되고 있는 사회복지실천의 분야이다. 특히 캐어매니지먼트 활성화를 위해 기존의 케어 대상자들이 양질의 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 케어매니저의 종합적인 지원체계와 교육훈련 및 업무에 관한 제도적 조항이 설정되어야 한다.

This study suggested the necessity of efficient volunteer management plan and continuous volunteer expansion plan to enhance the continuity of volunteer activity by local government and induce more systematic and stable volunteer activity. As a prior concrete plans for volunteer expansion, this study suggested establishing the incentive for expanding continuous volunteers through coexisting and cooperation, enhancing the propulsion will and providing an institutional strategy of local and metropolitan government heads, improving volunteer's internal capability, and reinforcing administrative support and financial aid. Also this study emphasized the effectiveness of various volunteer-related matters such as daring support and investment to drastically expand continuous volunteers and their activities.

이러닝 학습은 다양한 목적을 지닌 많은 대상들에게 눈부실만한 기여를 하고 있음에도 불구하고 이러닝의 특성을 가장 절실히 필요로 하는 장애인과 노인 등의 소외된 사람들에게 혜택을 주지 못하고 있다는 점은 안타까운 일이다. 이러한 현실에 대하여, 그동안 정보통신기술분야에서도 소외된 대상들을 고려한 접근성 관련 제도적 개선이 이루어져 왔다는 점을 상기한다면, 자성만이 아니라 그 이유를 조사할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이러닝 기업 CEO의 인식을 조사하여 웹 접근성과 관련한 제도적인 여건 속에서도 학습 환경에서는 여전히 접근성 개선이 이루어지지 않는 이유를 찾아보고 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 위의 목적을 위하여 현업에 종사하는 운영자와 개발자들을 대상으로 보편적 교수 설계을 위한 이러닝의 접근성 관련 인식을 조사하였다, 그 결과 이러닝 접근성에 대한 CEO의 인식은 매우 저조하며, 중요성에 대해서는 공감하나 비용적인 부담으로 인해 보편적 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발은 불가능하다고 생각하고 있었다. 이러닝 기업 CEO의 낮은 인식은 곧 개발자와 교수설계자들에게 접근성 기술 적용의 필요성을 강조하지 않는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 이에 대한 개선을 위해서는 우선 정부와 관련기관의 적극적인 홍보와 제도적 장치가 필수적이며, 현재 제공되는 이러닝의 접근성 개선을 위한 연구와 지원방안이 필요하며, 구체적으로는 보편적 학습설계와 접근성에 대한 교육과 확산을 위한 대안이 필요하다.

Even though there is an increasing recognition that "the disability comes from the ambient environment" and the increasing number of the disabled population, the housing environment for disabled people has not improved, though, having the existing inconvenient housing situation as it was before. Accordingly, have studied on the current situation of domestic housing adaptation projects to find out their problems and limits. Also studied on foreign housing support systems find out the operation system and organization factors which can be utilized when the housing adaptation support system is introduced. As this study has focused on the systematic support such as operation system in housing adaptation but not handled on the physical solutions such as the standard and method of housing adaptation, it has some limits as far as the comprehensive support system is concerned.

이 글에서는 그 동안 단년도 예산회계제도를 적용함으로써 발생되어 온 조달관리상의 한계를 극복하고 군수지원부대와 사용부대간 무상거래형태로 운영되는 보급거래제도를 제한된 시장거래 개념의 유상거래 형태로 전환함으로써 군수자원관리의 책임성.효율성을 제고하는 한편 예산사용의 투명성을 보장하고 기존의 국방관리 회계제도의 실효성도 확보할 수 있는 제도적인 장치로써 군수분야에 회전기금 성격의 기금을 설치하는 방안을 나름대로 제시하고자 한다

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for renewing old public buildings by incorporating mobility technology into them for the convenience of citizens' transportation and the enhancement of public services, and to propose support measures to improve the direction of implementation. The main contents and results of this study are as follows. First, the renewal target site was selected based on the technical considerations and evaluation criteria required for the renewal of public buildings incorporating mobility technology, and the construction was planned by analyzing the necessary mobility technology based on the size, area, and district unit plan of the selected target site. Second, the expected cost was calculated based on the construction plan and the financial support plan necessary for reflecting mobility technology was proposed. Third, the improvement plan of the building code system required for the development of public building renewal incorporating mobility technology was proposed. This study had limitations in that it could not reflect detailed construction costs due to the lack of design standards and experience, and it was difficult to identify specific problems due to the lack of specific operation methods and implementation cases.

The purpose of this study is to establish strategic suggestions for the direction of the drone-related business by Gyeonggi-do through a survey on the operation and actual conditions of the drone geospatial information service business experienced by Gyeonggi-do civil servants. For this purpose, as a result of surveying the demand survey of 219 people in charge of drone field work, it was analyzed by dividing it into four categories: technology-based operation support, business discovery and support, legal and institutional support, and education and public relations. As an improvement measure, technology-based operation support is to secure service operation efficiency by establishing a dedicated manpower and a dedicated organization and securing drone-related experts.The plan for improvement of project discovery and support is as follows. 1) The government proactively discovers prior research projects for project discovery and support; 2) Legal and institutional support requires support services for simplification of administration such as drone geospatial data shooting schedules and permits, 3) legal and institutional review on improving the scope and restrictions for using drone geospatial data. In the field of education and publicity, it is necessary to operate an education program on the overall operation of drones, and to conduct seminars for each field and use, and to seek activation methods through practical application guidelines for the application process and system. The limitation of this study is that the survey subjects are related to Gyeonggi-do, and in the future, survey analysis through a wide range of participants is required.

관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본연구는 우리나라의 창업보육센터가 태동기, 양적 기반 확충기를 거쳐 이제 질적인 성장을 고려해야 할 성숙기의 단계에 접어들고 있는 시점에서 중소 벤처기업의 가장 어려운 난관인 Marketing 취약점을 제도적으로 지원함으로써 BI 입주기업의 성공을 도와 지역경제를 회생시키고 나아가 국가경제의 부흥을 도모할 필요가 있어 BI입주기업들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석 하였으며, 그 결과를 토대로 해결방안을 모색하였다. 조사 분석 결과 BI입주기업은 기술력과 사업성은 우수하나, 대외 인지도 및 마케팅능력 부족 등으로 매출신장은 미흡한 실정이고, 일부 BI 입주업체를 위한 마케팅 교육, 전시회 참가 및 홈페이지 제작 등을 지원하고 있으나, 그 성과는 극히 미홉하며, 기존 중소기업을 위한 판로지원 시책은 그 지원규모가 영세하고 또한, 기업의 성장단계 면에서 볼 때 초기 단계에 있는 BI입주기업이 이들 시책을 활용하기에는 애로가 있다. 경영자원의 부족에 따른 판매성과 미흡, 이에 따른 신규 경영자원 확보 실패와 계속적 판매 부진의 악순환을 탈피하기 어려울 것으로 판단되어진다. 이에 해결방안으로는 BI 입주기업에 대한 마케팅 지원을 활성화하기 위해서는 BI 입주기업만을 대상으로 하는 사업과 예산의 확보가 절대 필요하며 이를 시행함에 있어서는 수요자인 BI 입주기업이 필요로하는 서비스에 최우선을 두면서 소요 예산을 감안하는 것이 필요하다. 지원대상에 있어서는 BI 입주기업 전체를 지원하는 것은 예상되는 사업 비용상 불가능하며 차등적 지원을 통해 성공모델을 육성하는 것이 필요하리라고 전망된다.
