This study was to examine the effects of individual and environmental character among adults with intellectual disabilities on self-determination and to address issue of self determination in practical terms. This study was analyzed by the Structural Equations Models with 219 individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential home in the Metropolitan area, the Yeongnam area, the Honam area. The results showed that individual factors such as adaptive behavior and provider-user relationship recognition, and environmental factors such as institution size and institution location were directly affected to the self-determination of them. The opportunity was a full mediating effect in this process. In conclusion, this study stated how importance of the consumerism. Also it was suggested that some practical strategies to improve their self-determination in changing residential environment and support methods of the service in way to emphasis their opportunities.

This study investigated the perceptions of librarians about Podcast and YouTube services in libraries. The study was designed by applying the Extended Technology Acceptance Model. Librarian's personal, organizational, and social awareness of library Podcast or YouTube services and the degree of understanding of users and their needs on services were mediated by perceived usefulness or ease of services= and influenced to having intentions and providing the services. First, we investigated the types of Podcast and YouTueb services provided by 39 libraries in Korea. Also, we collected data using an online survey method from 181 librarians and conducted hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Findings showed that libraries are using Podcast and YouTube appropriately considering features and functions of media, mainly for library event information/promotion, library programs, book recommendations, and author (librarian) lectures or interviews. Organizational or social awareness of librarians, i.e., library educational support, human resource supports, librarian recognition, job-related features, and understanding of user perceptions and needs, influenced the intention to provide library services. Also, there was a difference in perceived usefulness and ease of services between librarians who provided Podcast and YouTube services and those who did not. We expect that findings could be used as references to understand and support various aspects of librarians in charge of developing and providing Podcast or YouTube services in libraries.

기업 네트워크에서 안전하고 효과적이며 안정된 망 운영관리 환경 제공은 당면한 중요과제이며 기업 경쟁력의 핵심인 정보기술을 통한 생산성과도 연계성을 갖고 있다. 특히 전력통신망의 경우 전자메일, 회계관리, 전자결재, 도면자료관리 등의 데이터 통신망에서부터 IBM 온라인, 사내 방송망, 전력계통설비 원방 제어용 시스템들 간을 연결하는 EMS, SCADA 등 전력 수급용 전용 통신망에 이르기까지 다양한 종류의 통신망이 구축 운용되고 있다. 이러한 기업환경에 따라 네트워크를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 네트워크 관리 시스템에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있으며 많은 네트워크 관리 시스템들이 도입되어 운영되었으나 이들 관리 시스템들은 모니터링에 의한 통계값 제공과 같은 단순 평면적인 관리 기능만을 제공한 뿐 네트워크의 특성과 환경에 따른 분석, 진단 기능은 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이와 더불어 네트워크 관리자는 보다 손쉬운 방법으로 네트워크를 관리하고자 하며, 보다 지능적이고 효율적으로 관리하고자 한다. 하지만 관리 시스템이 모든 네트워크에 대해 효율적이고 지능적인 관리 기능을 제공하기는 매우 어려우며 이는 장기간의 관리 네트워크의 특성과 트래픽 형태를 파악한 후에나 가능하다. 결국 지능적이고 효율적인 네트워크 관리는 네트워크의 특성과 함께 이전에 관리자에 의해서 내려졌던 관리 행위 및 의견 그리고 조치에 대한 이력정보를 학습하고 있을 때만 가능하다. 본 논문은 전력통신망을 대상으로 전력통신망이 지닌 네트워크 특성을 반영하며 네트워크 운영 과정에서 축적된 관리자의 의견과 이에 대한 조치를 지식 데이터베이스화하여 지능적인 관리 시스템을 제공하기 위한 기반 시스템으로써 전력통신망 운용 관리 지원시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 향후 지식 정보를 학습하고 이를 바탕으로 논리적인 추론을 통해 관리 네트워크를 지능적이고 자동적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템으로 확대 개발될 것이다.

In-vehicle warning information systems(IWIS) is an effective countermeasure for preventing traffic crashes. It provides drivers with warnng messages about upcoming hazards to draw proper evasive maneuvering. This study developed a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of IWIS based on an integrated index to identify driver's responsive behavior. The proposed index consists of characteristics of longitudinal and lateral behavior of vehicle maneuverings. Also, a method to assign mixed-weights in the context of multi-criteria decision making framework was adopted to develop the evaluation method. It is expected that the outcome of this study is useful in designing more effective in-vehicle warning information systems.

One of the effective countermeasures for preventing traffic accidents is to provide traffic safety warning information to drivers. Provision of warning information would lead to safer driving to avoid accident occurrence. This study investigated the effects of in-vehicle warning information on driver's behavior. A variety of warning information contents using text, sound, and pictograms were prepared for the field experiments. Individual vehicle speed and acceleration data, which represent quantitative drivers' behavior in response to in-vehicle warning information, were collected using differential global positioning systems (DGPS). Statistical analyses including ANOVA and Tukey's pairwise comparison were conducted. It is expected that the results could be invaluable for designing more effective warning information.

강우레이더는 넓은 공간에서의 조밀한 정보를 제공하여 돌발홍수 정보 제공에 많은 장점을 보유하고 있다. 이에 한국건설기술연구원은 강우레이더의 장점을 활용하여 행정동(읍면동) 단위로 3시간 전 3단계 돌발홍수 예측 정보(주의/경계/심각)를 제공하는 돌발홍수예측 시스템을 구축하였다. 행정동 단위의 돌발홍수 예측 정보가 제공됨으로써 기존 국가 하천 중심의 홍수 예보 시스템에서 제공되지 못했던 홍수예보 취약지역에서의 홍수 예보가 가능해졌다. 하지만 돌발홍수예측 시스템에서 제공되고 있는 돌발홍수 예측 정보의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 제공되고 있는 정보의 정확도가 확보 되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 돌발홍수 예측 정보의 실증을 위해 낙동강홍수통제소 유역 내에서의 홍수예보 취약지역 지점을 선정하였다. 취약지역은 도심지, 산지·소하천, 해안지역으로 구분하여 선정되었다. 또한 돌발홍수예측 시스템 내에서의 돌발홍수위험 기준은 전국 피해사례에 대한 통계적으로 추정한 값으로, 실제 홍수취약 지역에서의 위험 기준과 다소 차이가 나타날 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선정된 시범 지역에서의 돌발홍수 위험 기준을 추정하기 위해 시범 지역에서 발생한 강우 특성을 분석하였다.

사람은 성장 배경이나 학습에 따라 고유의 언어 사용 특성을 가지게 된다. 이러한 언어 사용 특성은 개인의 언어 유창성에 대한 지표를 제공하며, 언어 사용 특성에 대한 분석은 장애에 따른 변화에도 능동적으로 대처할 수 있게 한다. 그러나 어떤 특정인의 언어 사용 특성을 파악하는 연구는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 개인 언어 사용 특성 파악을 위하여 일차적으로 일반인들의 그림 설명글 데이터를 모았으며, 이에 대한 분석 결과에 기반하여 언어 장애 진단에 적용하기 위한 언어 사용 특성을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 형태소 단위, 단어 단위, 그리고 내용 전달의 방식에 따른 개인의 언어 사용특성을 일부 파악할 수 있었으며, 이와 같은 특성은 향후 치매와 같은 인지 기능 장애로 인한 언어 사용의 변화를 추적하는데 중요한 실마리를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 국내 기업들이 금융기관에서 제공하는 CMS(cash Management System) 를 도입하는 특성에 대해 이론적으로 고찰해보고, 실제 인터넷으로 제공하는 웹 CMS 서비스를 도입하여 이용하고 있는 기업의 특성을 기업 실무담장자에 대한 설문 조사를 통해 검증해 보고자 하였다.

Increasing the importance of Green IT brings low-power consumption requirements for embedded software into relief. This paper focus on the power analysis techniques of embedded software along with the trend. We survey the existing research on the power analysis techniques performed during the last decade, and find out some features or characteristics from the analysis approaches of those techniques. Also we summarize those characteristics into a systematic model, and then apply the model to embedded software development process using spider diagram. Our suggestion gives such benefits as improving the understanding of power analysis techniques, guiding the choice of an appropriate technique to their Power analysis, and forecasting the direction of technology changes in embedded software power analysis.

인터넷을 통해 정보를 쉽게 공유하게 되면서 소비자는 제품이나 서비스를 이용하기 전 효율적인 의사 결정을 위해 먼저 작성된 다른 사람의 의견을 참고한다. 또한 기업은 이러한 소비자의 의견을 수집하여 제품의 피드백이나 마케팅 등 비즈니스적인 측면으로 활용한다. 수많은 상품평과 후기에서 특정 제품 또는 서비스에 대한 감성을 식별할 수 있다는 점에서, 감성분석은 소비자와 기업 모두에게 주목받고 있는 기술이다. 합리적인 결정을 위해, 소비자는 해당 웹사이트에서 제공하는 데이터를 참고하며, 이 데이터는 웹사이트마다의 기준에 따라 필터링된다. 하지만 제품/서비스에 따라 개인이 중시하는 부분이 다르기 때문에, 실질적으로는 다른 사용자의 의견을 참고하여 합리적인 결정을 내린다. 본 논문은 호텔의 리뷰를 여덟 가지 특성으로 구분하고, 각 특성별로 극성을 분석한다. 또한 사용자가 선호하는 특성에 가중치를 부여하여 순위를 나타내는 시스템을 제안한다. 극성분석 단계에서는 주어진 리뷰를 여덟 가지 특성으로 분류하고, 긍정/부정의 극성으로 분류하는 기계학습 알고리즘을 사용한다. 각각의 특성에 대해 가중치를 적용하여 얻을 수 있는 순서는 기존에 제공되는 순서보다 사용자의 선호도를 정확히 반영한다, 또한 본 논문의 제안을 호텔뿐만 아니라 다양한 제품/서비스에 적용하여 선호도를 반영한 순위 정보를 제공한다면 소비자의 합리적인 의사 결정에 도움을 줄 것이다.
