Today, the structure of terrorist organizations in the form of a variety of network complexity are evolving. However, terrorist organization not combining randomly generated network but preferential attachment a network. So, it's research should be preceded a better understanding about the characteristics and type of terror network for a effective counter-terrorism policy of law enforcement. In addition, the appropriate response strategy have to technique establish in an era of smart media. In particular, homegrown terrorist attacks on unspecified people without boundaries of countries and regions unlike the traditional terrorism. Also, homegrown terrorism are violence and criminal activity by new various of religion, politics, philosophy. Besides the extreme members of homegrown terror networks went grow up through the evolutionary process in the age of smart media. Law enforcement agencies must identify the terrorist network at the national level. Therefore, terror networks evolving in the online space, forming a radical homegrown terror organizations have access to the network. Intelligence community track terrorist networks and to block the negative aspects of the smart media outlets should be considered.

“The Japan Sea Rim Nations” is not one that was formed under a specific idea, as in the case of the European Community, in the respect of politics, economy and culture. At present, in particular after the Cold War, Japan has extended exchange on regional and private levels with the countries located on the other side of the Japan Sea from the first stages of friendship to economic relationships. In the future, it is necessary to promote the establishment of an international exchange network and traffic system for each of the traffic facilities in order to build up the Block that will mainly contribute to the economies of countries and regions in the area. For that purpose, it Is fundamental to reexamine the national land planning and the local development planning of each of the countries. From the standpoint of technology, the issues to be looked into are : study and development on marine civil engineering such as structures over straits : study and development on the construction engineering of express ways and express rail roads : development of vehiclessuch as cars and trains ; I propose approaches to my vision of these traffic systems from my standpoint as an engineer in this paper.

The independent groups, which were scattered all over the Korean Peninsula in the bronze age, may be called 'walled-town states' rather than 'chiefdoms'. Gi-Back Lee, a famous Korean historian, argued that 'the walled-town state' rulers kept themselves safe by staying inside a mud-walled or wood-walled castle on a hilltop and they governed the farmers living in the surrounding plains. Among the twenty-one castle sites found in Jinju region, five are believed to be 'walled-town state' sites. Inside the castle are found no well sites. The average altitude of the five castles is 189.4m and the average length of their circumferences is 250m. Archeological excavation research on the castle sites is expected for more scientific conclusion on the 'walled-town states'.

This study aimed to analyze the authenticity of dark tourism, and to discuss the possibilities and limitations of disaster tourism as an alternative type of tourism in post-modern society. For this purpose, disaster tourism related with the Great East Japan Earthquake was analyzed. After the disaster occurred, the boundaries between guests (tourists) and hosts (residents) dissolved and disaster communities emerged temporarily. This was followed by social contributive tourism, in which both guests and hosts shared their matter of life-and-death experiences, so existential authenticity became the most important motive and experience for tourism. As time passed, however, existential authenticity was reconstructed ideologically in the socioeconomic political context of disaster recovery, and replaced constructive authenticity. After all, the possibilities of disaster tourism as an alternative type of tourism based on the introspection of modernity were restricted. To discuss the underlying ethical issues of the commodification of disaster tourism, further researches should conducted to consider dark tourism as an alternative type of postmodern tourism.

China has had a long preference in red. The color, symbolizing the sun, has a special significance, which stems from ancient times. The worship of the sun in the primitive society has been inherited by means of the collective unconsciousness; the sun has represented a variety of values such as nobility, purity, integrity, prosperity, success, happiness, good fortune, auspiciousness, and still much more. This research studies how the Chinese artworks visualize the color 'red', emphasizing the image of China and her culture. To do this, "Red Color" in Chinese posters from the past to the present were analyzed. While the images in red were delivered with a strong political connotation in the middle of the 20th century, as time passes by, the world trend of globalization has led the recent poster design in China to present red as the color standing for Chinese tradition, culture and spirits, which have flown throughout the 5000-year-long history.

Representation of an entity starts with recognition of its existence, and recording is mutually circular in that it acts as a means to enable the recognition of the existence. No record is left on an unrecognized entity, record is distorted if any, and the distorted reproduction represents the entity, reinforcing its invisibility. Spivak describes those who cannot speak on their own and cannot be represented as subaltern. This paper examines public record, the media and research records of female restaurant workers, identifies the subaltern characteristics and limitations of their records, and suggests the points to be considered and specific roles required for recording the subalterns. If it is possible to increase the possibility of representation by completely recording a person as an entity that contains the times and society, the accountability of the record to provide an account will extend beyond institutions to the times and society, and individuals and community will be established as political subjects.

The aim of this paper is to expound upon the concept of mental health and disease in Plato. In ancient Greece, philosophy was to care for the health of the soul and to pursue the happiness of the life, while medicine was to care for the health of the body. It is the role of philosophy that defines what the mental disease is, rather than the realm of medicine, and the practical function of philosophy is the life of caring for our souls. In order to take care of the soul, it is important to diagnose what the mental disease is and where it comes from. In ancient Greek, medicine disease was initially regarded as a divine punishment and healing as, quite literally, a gift from the gods. Plato, however, insists that mental illness is not just brain problem but a human whole problem, (2) it is caused by imbalance and discord, and (3) ignorance is also a mental disease, (4) and furthermore, injustice and vice are mental diseases as well. Therefore Plato argues that the aim of philosophy is to practice a virtue as the mental health and further to achieve political justice to maintain the health of the soul.

The purpose of this thesis was to re-examine the utopian socialism of George Sand. In brief, her socialism is Christian socialism. She was heavily influenced by Leroux and Ramennais who insisted on Christian socialism at the time. This was socialism that differed from other utopian socialists of the time such as Saint Simon and Fourier. In addition, the socialism of Sand was similar to communism that was popular at the time. We can see in many writings portraying Sand as a Communist. Her novels were also written to spread her communicative ideas. However, the Communism of Sand is different from that of Marx. In this thesis, her novels, her letters, and her political pamphlets will be analyzed in comparison with Marxism in three ways. 1. If Marx's communism justified violence, her ideology is based on nonviolence. 2. Sand's Communism asserts equality for workers and capitalists. She says that if it is not the equality for all, we are not qualified to argue. 3. Finally, her Communism is based entirely on Christian values, love and solidarity.

Recently in the field of archival science, a variety of documentation issues about community, everyday life, political and social movement and human rights are under discussion focusing on minorities' documentation and implementation of social justice. Those issues are especially focused on documentation about minorities and implementation of social justice. These Archival Activism is evolved from academic and social influence since the late 1960s rather than recent changes. The recent Archival Activism is under way in various fields and forms that encompasses both aspects of the mainstream/fringe groups over the world beyond organizations and areas. 4.16 disaster put archival community in korea many challenges. Now is the time to approach with reflections on records of evidence and heal. This study seeks contemporary documentation's assignments through the documentation case of Occupy Wall Street Movement. Firstly, it examines on concept of Archival Activism, origins, and developments. And Based on the documentation case of Occupy Wall Street Movement, it investigates a role of the archival profession carrying out Archival Activism.

The sinking of the Sewol ferry has not only induced an intense conflict in Korean society but also been developed into a sociopolitical issue. This paper divides this accident into five stages and examines the records produced at each stage. The Sewolho Citizen Archive Network and the Ansan Citizen Record Committee began the archiving of Sewol and created the 416 Archives. The records of Sewol are social and political records that hold envidencial and historical value. They can be used to rebuild and recover the wounded community as well as to investigate the truth behind the case. Accident archiving collects materials different to the ones which public archiving does, allowing people to view the incident from a different standpoint. It is also characterized as an archiving of the current issue, social movement and regional community. Accident archiving is a method which ensures credibility and impartiality in memory. In light of Sewol archives, accident archiving can contribute to form mature democracy.
