Orthoscopic real image reconstruction in integral imaging by modifying coordinate of elemental image (집적영상에서 요소영상의 좌표변환을 이용한 정치실영상 구현)

  • In this paper, we propose a depth conversion method for orthoscopic real image reconstruction in integral imaging. Pseudoscopic image has been regarded a problem in conventional integral imaging. the depth of reconstructed image is depending on a coordinate of an elemental image. The conversion from pseudoscopic to orthoscopic may be possible by analysing the geometrical relation between pickup and reconstruction system of elemental image. The feasibility of the proposed method has been confirmed through preliminary experiments as well as ray optical analysis.

  • 정치망은 어군의 자연적인 이동 경로를 길그물로써 차단하여 어군을 운동장으로 유도한 후, 비탈그물을 통해 원통으로 들어가게 하여 어획하는 소극적 어구이다. 정치망이 수중에 형성하고 있는 공간의 규모와 형태는 해면에 떠있는 뜸의 형상 및 각 부분의 부설 깊이와 침강 수심을 조사하여 추정하고 있으나, 정치망이 설치된 해역의 조류 방향과 유속에 따라 수중 형상의 크기나 형태가 변형되어 어획량에 영향을 주는 요인이 될 뿐만 아니라 강한조류나 악천후에 의한 파손 등으로 조업 손실을 초래하기도 한다. (중략)

Emplacement Depth of Cretaceous Granites in Kyeongsang Basin, E Korea (경상분지내 백악기 화강암류의 정치 깊이에 관한 연구)

  • In Kyeongsang basin, there were very dynamic magmatic activities, resulting to form volcanic and plutonic rocks. A plutonic recycle appeared in this region. Presumption of the pressure for hornblende-bearing granitic rock among the plutonic rocks, can support important informations for the emplacement depth of Cretaceous Bulgugsa granites in Kyeongsang basin. $Al^T$(Al total) contents of hornblende is related to the pressure, oxygen fugacity, and compositions of other minerals having the solid solution. So we apply the $Al^T$ content of hornblende to several empirical and experimental geobarometer systems to presume the pressure and to determine the emplacement depth of Cretaceous Bulgugsa granites in Kyeongsang basin from the inferred pressure. With the result that we applied the $Al^T$ contents of hornblende to the various geobarometers, there was a positive relationship between the pressure and $Al^T$. The minimum pressure value ranges from 0.73 to 1.70kbar in Kyeongju and the maximum value from 2.02 to 3.16kbar in Kimhae. And then the tectonic setting in Kyeongsang basin has no relation to the emplacement depth of Cretaceous granites and means variations with the movement of vertical component in each area. As we suppose that the density of earth's crust is $2.8g/cm^3$, the average values of the emplacement depth ranges in each area range from 2.6 to 11.4km. These data confirm the previous idea about the emplacement depth of Cretaceous granites in Kyeongsang basin, and these geobarometers using the $Al^T$ contents of hornblende is available though they have much limits. Therefore Cretaceous Bulgugsa granites in Kyeongsang basin was the shallow depth intrusive rut and the exposed granites was the shallow depth crust.

Petrological characteristics of the Yeongdeok granite (영덕화강암의 암석학적 특징)

  • The Yeongdeok granite emplaced in the eastern Yeongyang subbasin is typically a medium- to coarse-grained massive biotite granite. It intruded into Precambrian schist & gneiss complex and is unconformably overlain by Cretaceous sedimentary rocks. In this study, we attempt to investigate the magma type which formed Yeongdeok granite and estimate the emplacement depth using Al-in-hornblende geobarometer to mineral composition. According to the magma fractionation, $TiO_2$, $Al_2O_3$, $Fe_2O_3{^*}$, FeO, $Fe_2O_3$, MnO, MgO, CaO, $Na_2O$ and $P_2O_5$ show positive trend but $K_2O$ indicate negative trend with $SiO_2$ contents. Those are identified as calc-alkaline series in AFM diagram and show the chemical characteristics of the I-type magma through the oxidation tendency of the iron ion and the portion of the alkaline composition. When calculated using the equation of Hollister et al. (1987), the emplacement depths of the Yeongdeok granite range from 8.98 to 17.19 km and average depth was estimated 13.03 km approximately.

  • We have studied depth conversion of a reconstructed image by means of recombination of the elemental images in the integral imaging system for 3D display. With the recombination, depth conversion to the pseudoscopic, the orthoscopic, the real or the virtual as well as to arbitrary depth without any distortion is possible under proper conditions. The conditions on the recombinations for the depth conversion are theoretically derived. The reconstructed images using the converted elemental images are presented.

Evaluation of Dosimetric Leaf Gap (DLG) at Different Depths for Dynamic IMRT (동적 세기조절방사선치료에서 깊이에 따른 DLG변화 분석)

  • This study is to evaluate thedosiemtric leaf gap (DLG) at different depths for dynamic intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in order to evaluate the absolute dose and dose distribution according to the different positions of tumors and compare the measured and planned the multileaf collimator (MLC) transmission factor (T.F.) and DLG values. We used the 6 MV and 15 MV photon beam from linear accelerator with a Millenium 120 MLC system. After the import the DICOM RT files, we measured the absolute dose at different depths (2 cm, 5 cm, 10 cm, and 15 cm) to calculate the MLC T. F. and DLG. For 6 MV photon beam, the measured both MLC T. F. and DLG were increased with the increase the measured depths. When applying to treatment planning systemas fixed transmission factor with its value measured under the reference condition at depth of 5 cm, although the difference fixed and varied transmission factor is not significant, the dosiemtric effect could be presented according to the depth that the tumor is placed. Therefore, we are planning to investigate the treatment planning system whichthe T. F. and DLG factor according to at the different depths can be applied in the patient-specific treatment plan.

Behavior of Yellow Tail , Seriola quinqueradiata and File Fish , Navodon Modestus to the Model Set Net (모형정치망에 대한 방어 및 말쥐치의 행동)

  • To examine the behavior of yellow tail Seriola quinqueradiata and of file fish Navodon modestus to set net, the 1/30 scale model net of the actual set net used in the east coast of Korea was made of netting and set in the indoor experimental tank(700cm W$\times$700cm L$\times$100cm D), of which the water depth was kept 70cm. Total length of yellow tail examined were 37~45cm and file fish were 18~21cm. The fishes were released as groups of 3 to 20 individuals. The number of fish entered into the pound net or the bag net, escaped from the net was counted every minute and accumulated for 10minutes to check the ratio entered and the ratio escaped. The result obtained can be summarized as follows: 1. In case of yellow tail, even though the ratio entered into the pound net was not so high, that into the bag net was comparatively high. Traces of the fish swimming were comparatively smooth and both entering into the pound net and escaping from it was easily done. 2. In case of file fish, even though the ratio entered into the pound net was higher than that of yellow tail, that into the bag net was lower than that into the pound net. Traces of the fish swimming were roundly meandered. Entering into the bag net was not so smoothly done, even though that into the playground was smoothly done. 3. Both yellow tail and file fish, the ratio escaped from the bag net was almost0 and that from the pound net was less than 10%.

  • The main research question of this paper is as follows: How can broadcasting both cause the crisis in democratic participation and yet also offer the solution? The contradiction in broadcast localism has never been adequately resolved in spite of regulation at all in practice, in that localism simply cannot account for the diversity of modern life and for the external forces that incorporate local communities into much larger economic and communications network. The concept of locality in local television, however, has been multiplied and enlarged in order to adjust to "time-space compression". Recently the local television have been "interface" combining and negotiating the globalization of media market and the decentralization of political power, the economies of scale and the activation of local democracy, consequently aiming at the horizontal-cooperative network instead of old vertical-dependent one.

  • A pen name Chuman(秋巒; a mountain of Fall), Jeong Ji-wun(1509-1561) is a famous person wrote "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" which made two men, Yi Hwang and Ki Dae-$s{\breve{u}}ng$ dispute Sachil-Nobyeon(traditional argument about heart/mind). But except this point, few people of nowadays know who Jeong Ji-wun was. Therefore this paper is made for understanding Jeong Ji-wun in the point of view in history of thought. "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" by Jeong Ji-wun had systemized traditional theory of Cheonil-Habil(sky and human are an organic body), through this theory, Jeong Ji-wun had taken an important role who developed the Neo-Confucian theory in the field of political thought at that time. All Neo-Confucian literati used the theory of heart/mind as a sole useful method in political field from after King Myeonjong and Seonjo. "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" by Jeong Ji-wun was a first step to this scene. Especially "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" was got famous by arguments of Yi Hwang and Ki $Dae-s{\breve{u}}ng$, great scholars in the history of Chosun Dynasty. They firstly developed Sachil-Nobyeon, Sandan(pure morality) comes from li, Chiljeong(emotions) comes from Ch'i, is it right or not? This argument with "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" raised up the level of Neo-Confucian theory at that time. Like this, "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" was on the first step for Neo-Confucian literati to study and develop their theory of political thought which covered politics in Chosun Dynasty.
