The aims of this research are to grasp the supporting volition of the government as increasing multicultural family and discussing direction of the work and program for them. Therefore, this article inquired into the structure and the view through the supporting the law in 2008 and policy in 2009 of multicultural family and the contents of the work and program divided into the fields of essentiality and speciality for the multicultural family support center. As a result, this article implied three directions ; first, the practicality of contents based on the needs and requirement of multicultural family, second, the connection of multicultural family life cycle based on circumstances and resources, third, the mutual direction of effect based on promoting the character of a nation between multicultural family and others.

This research used a survey of 350 staff members working at Korail with the purpose of analyzing influence factors for the railway tourism policy for job satisfaction; results were presented for the proposed factor. First, we selected the influence factor through precedent research related to the railway tourism policy. Second, the selected influence factor and the extent of satisfaction were used to determine whether or not any kind of difference existed according to individual attributes of the railway employees. Finally, we analyzed what the influence factor was between the category factor and the sub-category factor. In conclusion, it was found that government subsidy had a meaningful correlation with infrastructure expansion and the improvement of the railway business as it is connected to tourism efficiency. Human resources have a meaningful correlation with the needs of educational institutions and the retaining of talent. Railway tourism production has a meaningful correlation with railway tour production as it is conducted to satisfy tourists and the consortium. The shift of viewpoint has a meaningful correlation with the escape from the peace-at-any price principle and demand forecasting.

Despite efforts to expand public care services as social demands increase, the problem of the after-school self-care of elementary school students who were in the situation of care cliff remains. Thus, this study focused on community-based childcare to solve the issue of school-age childcare in Korea. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of community-based childcare of participants who had school-aged children who lived in Seoul and GyeongGi province (Korea). Focus group interviews were conducted with ten married working mothers among clients of a community-based childcare provider that has been operating for more than five years. Based on the findings of this study, it is clear that community-based childcare is a useful welfare resource. In addition, the results of this study can be used as data for developing policies and programs for school-age childcare or the after-school self-care of elementary school students. Furthermore, it may broaden the horizons of research related to community-based childcare.

정보기술(IT) 산업의 발달은 인터넷 활용을 급속도로 증가시켰으며, 인터넷 사용자의 수가 기하급수적으로 늘어감에 따라 인터넷을 상업적으로 활용하려는 욕구 또한 커져 가고 있다. 아울러 인터넷 관련 정보 기술의 발전속도가 매우 빠르게 발전되고 있다. 그러나 그 이면에는 개인정보의 무단유출, 사생활 노출 등의 역기능도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 오늘날 정보 유출로 인한 개인적 피해는 사회 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 개인의 프라이버시 침해에 대한 우려는 인터넷과 전자상거래 발달에 가장 큰 장애중의 하나로 대두되게 되었다. 온라인에서 비즈니스를 행하는 기업들은 이러한 사용자들의 프라이버시 침해에 대한 우려를 줄이고자 하는 다양한 노력들을 행하고 있다. 우선 프라이버시 보호에 관한 정책이나 규약을 홈페이지에 명시함으로써 사용자들을 안심시키려 하고 있으며, 동시에 금전적 인센티브나 편의를 제공함으로써 사용자들의 참여를 증가시키고 자신들의 비즈니스를 활성화시키고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업의 어떠한 전략들이 사용자의 프라이버시 침해 우려를 낮추고 사용자들의 참여를 활성화시키는지를 동기부여의 기대이론에 근거하여 분석하고자 한다. 아울러 기업뿐만 아니라 사회적으로도 도움이 될 수 있는 프라이버시에 관한 전략들을 제안하고자 한다.

중소유통업에 종사하는 대부분의 사람들은 평생 생계수단으로 동네 상권에 자리잡고 그간 외부의 큰 영향 없이 자생적인 영업을 수행해 왔다. 그러나 삶의 질 향상 등에 따른 소비자 욕구의 다양화, 사업 환경의 변화는 유통시장에도 많은 변화를 가져오게 되었다. 대기업 자분의 대형할인 마트가 우후죽순처럼 생겨나면서 전통재래시장 및 골목슈퍼 등은 생존의 위기에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 정부에서는 전통시장 및 골목상권 살리기에 많은 정책지원을 하고 있으나, 최근 골목상권에 대기업의 SSM(직영점, 가맹점 형태)이 생기면서 대기업과 중소상인 간 갈등과 지역적 마찰이 지속되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SSM과 경쟁을 위한 영세중소유통업체의 취약 요인들의 분석을 시도하였다.

정보기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 산업 전반에 걸쳐 기존의 경계가 흐려지는 통합(Convergence)시대가 도래하고 있다. 특히, 통신서비스산업은 유선 및 무선통신 서비스가 성숙기에 접어들면서 다른 산업에 비하여 통합의 속도가 두드러지게 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이미 서비스$\cdot$단말$\cdot$인프라의 통합을 통해 시간과 장소 및 단말기의 종류에 관계없이 일관된 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 욕구가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 국내 각 사업자들은 기존시장을 방어하고 나아가 새로운 시장을 개척하기 위한 방안의 하나로 유무선 통합 서비스 제공에 나서고 있는 가운데, 정부규제 정책들을 둘러싼 이해관계자들간의 첨예한 대립이 계속되고 있어 유무선통합서비스의 제공에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 고에서는 유무선통합서비스의 최근 동향을 살펴봄으로써 국내 유무선통합 서비스의 활성화를 위한 지표로 삼고자 한다.

최근까지 환경에 대한 정책진행과 많은 노력에도 불구하고 환경오염에 따른 건강 위해요인은 완전히 규명되지 않은 상태인 반면에 국민들의 환경에 대한 인식은 날로 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 국민생활 환경에 대한 삶의 질 향상 욕구가 증가하고 있다. 한편, 국내에서 수행된 기존의 환경에 관한 대부분의 연구들은 환경오염 발생원에 대한 추적 및 규명을 토대로 연구를 수행했을뿐 직접적인 인체영향의 대상이 되는 수용체에 대한 구체적인 연구는 미비한 실정이어서 수용체 중심의 연구 및 환경관리대책 마련이 필요한 시기이다. (중략)

음성 인식 기술은 상당 기간 연구 개발이 계속적으로 되었는데 최근에 이르러 스마트 폰이 급속히 확산되면서 그 필요성, 즉, 고품질의 상용 서비스에 대한 욕구가 널리 확산되고 있다. 이런 환경에서도 사실 한국어는 상대적으로 소홀히 다뤄 질 수 있는 가능성이 매우 높다. 이러한 소외는 기술적인 문제로만 남겨지는 것이 아니라 언어라는 측면에서 문화와 직결된다. 이에 한국어 음성 인식 연구는 꼭 필요한 것이고 많은 부분 국가가 정책적으로 지원을 하는 것이 마땅하나 현 상황은 많이 미흡하나 아마도 곧 그 필요성이 대두 될 것이라 예상하며 그를 준비하는 연구로 특화된 분야, 즉, 표준어와 방언들 그리고 감정 표현 언어에 관한 연구를 한다.

Job satisfaction can affect not only physical and mental health in an individual's life but also productivity and job performance in an organzational setting. This study investigate the level of the academic librarians' job satisfaction in Korea. As the results of this investigation, the librarian or the university administrator and futhermore the government autorities must attempt to know of needs of academic librarians to improve of job satisfaction. Consequence of this study is conducive to the establishment of the academic librarians's personnel management and the advancement of academic library in Korea.

최근 첨단기술의 발달로 인해 기존의 생산업들보다 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 아이디어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 창업은 참신한 아이디어로 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다 할 수 있고 국가의 정책적으로도 많은 창업을 이끌어 내려는 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 창업 중 스포츠 창업의 분야에서 체육동호인의 개인적 특성 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 이러한 관계에 창업에 대한 자기효능감 요인의 조절효과 영향에 대하여 밝히고자 한다. 창업의지의 결정 요인으로서 개인적 특성 요인과 네트워크 요인, 창업지원 인식 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이 요인들은 창업효능감의 조절로 인하여 더욱 활동력이 강화될 것으로 보고 창업효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 독립변수로 잠재적 창업자의 개인적 특성 요인(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 혁신성), 네트워크 요인(온라인 교류, 오프라인교류), 창업지원 인식 요인(동호회 창업지원 인식, 정부 창업지원 인식), 조절변수로는 창업효능감, 종속변수로는 창업의지의 내용으로 연구모형을 구성하였다.
