This research used a survey of 350 staff members working at Korail with the purpose of analyzing influence factors for the railway tourism policy for job satisfaction; results were presented for the proposed factor. First, we selected the influence factor through precedent research related to the railway tourism policy. Second, the selected influence factor and the extent of satisfaction were used to determine whether or not any kind of difference existed according to individual attributes of the railway employees. Finally, we analyzed what the influence factor was between the category factor and the sub-category factor. In conclusion, it was found that government subsidy had a meaningful correlation with infrastructure expansion and the improvement of the railway business as it is connected to tourism efficiency. Human resources have a meaningful correlation with the needs of educational institutions and the retaining of talent. Railway tourism production has a meaningful correlation with railway tour production as it is conducted to satisfy tourists and the consortium. The shift of viewpoint has a meaningful correlation with the escape from the peace-at-any price principle and demand forecasting.

The aim of this study was to empirically investigate the difference in life satisfaction between people with disabilities who utilize the Internet and those who do not. The study also found out through an interaction term analysis if there were differences in their life satisfaction and digital utilization by gender, age, education level, employment status, household income, as well as personal characteristics such as disability type and degree. While the existing studies have been mainly focused on the digital divide between the non-disabled and the disabled, this study attempts to further apply the advanced concept of digital divide - digital utilization divide - within the group of people with disabilities. Based on these research findings, this study shows that the digital utilization by people with disabilities has a statistically significant effect on their quality of life, and that life satisfaction of the people with disabilities who use the Internet is affected by their education level, residence, and disability degree. Consequently, these findings indicate implications that suggest an expanded form of digital divide policies for people with disabilities through broadening perspectives on policies for closing such divide.

The number of people with disabilities is increasing recently in Korea, in particular the proportion of children with disabilities is approximately above 5%. While there are many studies focusing on satisfaction of payment policy due to increased concern about children with disabilities, the studies on comparison and the effect factor of user satisfaction depending on the cash and voucher are not sufficient. Based on the need to recognize and research this issue, the ultimate goal of this study is to lead to implications for the payment policy by investigating user satisfaction depending on the type of payment of policy on children with disabilities. The result that analyzes the effect of general characteristics on user satisfaction shows that in case of in-cash, children and the degree of disability affect user satisfaction. In the case of voucher, the gender of parents, the degree of disability and the average income affect it. The implication of this study suggests practical implication and policy implication. Implications of the study is that provide a customized service considering general characteristics. Second, It needs to extend the range of amount of payment of in-cash. Third, extend and pay the amount of in-cash, and the service of voucher. Fourth, provide low-income group(including public aid recipients and near poverty group) with voucher to ease financial burden.

본 연구는 사회적 관광과 복지관광에 대한 선행연구 검토를 통해 해양휴양복지에 대한 개념을 정립하는 한편 국외 해양휴양복지사례 및 국내 문화 관광복지 정책 및 산림휴양복지 정책, 국내 해양휴양관광 실태 분석을 통해 국내 해양휴양복지 발전 여건을 파악했다. 우리나라 국민들은 해양을 통한 휴식 및 휴양에 대한 수요가 높으며 만족도 또한 높아 향후 해양휴양복지 서비스에 대한 수요 또한 높을 것으로 전망된다. 다만 해양관광 관련 정책 중 복지와 관련된 사항은 어업인, 연안 어촌에 집중해 추진되어 왔으며, 전 국민이 해양을 통해 보편적으로 누릴 수 있는 복지 서비스 측면에서는 다루어지지 않았다. 향후 우리나라 해양휴양복지 정책은 해양치유 및 해양휴양 자원을 발굴하고 관련 프로그램을 개발하는 한편, 해양치유를 통한 해양휴양복지 서비스를 누릴 수 있는 공간을 조성하고, 전국민이 해양휴양복지 혜택을 받을 수 있는 법제도적인 기반을 마련해야 한다.

인터넷의 사용증가는 전자정부 서비스 성장의 주요한 촉매제 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 전자정부 서비스의 증가에도 불구하고 사용자 만족에 대한 실증적인 연구는 시작단계이다. 본 연구에서는 실증 분석결과 전자정부 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 6가지 요인을 도출할 수 있었다. 즉, 전자정부 서비스의 구성(formation), 기능성(function), 신뢰성(reliability), 시각성(visibility ), 효율성(efficiency), 그리고 지속성 (substantiality)이라는 요인이다. 본 연구는 전자정부 서비스를 기획하고 구현하는데 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 도출된 전자정부 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 6가지 요인은 한국의 전자정부 서비스의 향상과 정책에 주요한 시사점을 제공할 것 이다.

본 연구는 효율적 인적자원관리의 실행과 유지에 있어서 '일과 삶 균형(WLB: Work-Life Balance)' 정책의 중요성을 이론적·실증적 접근방식으로 규명하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 WLB 정책을 유연근무제, 친가족정책, 개인신상지원 프로그램 등 3가지 차원으로 구분하여 제시하였으며, 분석대상을 공공조직과 민간조직으로 구분하여 기존 연구와의 차별화를 도모하였다. 연구모형 개발과 가설검증을 위해 제3차 여성가족패널(KLoWF) 자료를 바탕으로 WLB 정책과 정책 부합성, 직무만족도, 이직의도 간의 관계를 분석하였으며, 설문조사를 통한 양적 분석의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 공공조직 및 민간조직 여성 근로자와의 심층 인터뷰를 통한 질적 분석을 병행하였다. 분석결과, WLB 정책과 조직 효과성 간의 관계에 있어 공공조직과 민간조직 간의 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며 심층 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 결과가 공공조직과 민간조직의 상호 이질적인 조직 문화, 제도, 구조적 특성에 기인하고 각 영역 구성원들의 서로 다른 욕구 및 동기 유발 체계에 의한 것임을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 각각의 조직 특성에 맞는 수요자 친화형 WLB 정책 구축의 필요성을 제안하고, WLB 정책 시행 측면의 문제점 및 개선방안 등을 제시하였다.
