This study was conducted to identify nutrition knowledge, eating behaviors, and the need for an integrated program to improve eating behaviors according to residential type of female college students. Data were collected from March 16 to April 16, 2021, using online self-report questionnaires and the final 217 data were used. To analyze data, frequencies and percentages, means and standard deviations, independent sample t-test, and ANOVA were conducted using SPSS WIN 26.0. The results showed that home residents had better eating behaviors than those living in rented rooms. Moreover, the demand for an integrated eating behavior improvement program for disease and health information topic was higher among home residents and participants in rented rooms than among those living in dormitories. When developing an integrated program for improving eating behaviors among female college students, it is essential to apply a differentiated intervention program that considers residential type.

The purpose of this study was to investigate drinking habits of employees and to provide basic descriptive data for effective drinking prevention programs, therapies and rehabilitation services for the health improvement of employees. Data were collected from 500 employees living in Gangwondo, from June 12 to August 25, 2010. The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS 10.1 program. The mean score of positive views on alcohol was 2.93 and the mean score of negative views on alcohol was 3.18. Among alcohol abuse people who answered 'yes' on more than 2 variables out of 4 CAGE variables were 25.1% of the subjects. Problem drinkers with more than 8 points from AUDIT accounted for 64.8% of the subjects. The most common disease due to alcohol drinking was gastrointestinal tract disease. The study aimed to investigate the effects of differences between personal income and social deprivation on the association between cardio-cerebrovascular disease (hypertension, stroke) and periodontal disease. This study used 12 years of cohort data from the Korea National Health Insurance Service covering the years 2002 to 2013. Among the patients aged more than 40 years who had received treatment for periodontal disease 224,067 and 284,730 who had not received treatment for hypertension and stroke, respectively, were included in the analysis. The Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed differences in the rate of treatment for cardio-cerebrovascular disease (hypertension, stroke) according to regional differences, the rate of treatment increased as the composite deprivation index value increased. The difference in treatment rates for cardio-cerebrovascular disease (hypertension, stroke) according to income was found to be higher in the treatment group with low income. This study empirically proved that the association between systemic disease and periodontal disease varies depending on personal income and the regional socioeconomic deprivation level. This shows that the clinical influence of periodontal illness on systemic disease differs according to the personal socio-demographic characteristic and residential area and that an individual's characteristic (income and the regional) needs to be considered along with the patient's clinical intervention in the disease treatment process.

This research aim is to investigate the rate and pattern of re-using the four-digit personal identification numbers(PINs). 1313 types of PINs were observed by 224 students who took this author's classes from last 2006 to 2011 at A-university. Some students used PINs as few as 3-4 and as many as 12-13. The average is 5.86 per person. The rates of re-using PINs were calculated by each student. 87%(195/224) of students reused PINs and 64% of them reused with just only one type of PINs, 20% reused with 2 types, and about 3% reused with 3-4 types. With respect to PINs, 884 out of the total 1313 PINs were reused, that is around 64.3%. In a broad sense, a pair of slight modification of PINs were also observed, that is, new PINs were partly matched in position or size of numbers of previous PINs. And if the reuse rate falling under the slight modification of PINs, 10.4% is added, about 75% of the PINs were reused in a broad sense. The re-using rate of male students is higher than the one of female students. This paper's results may provide to make plan for hacks of passwords.

This study aims at examining the extent to which older people participating in the Seniors' Job Programme do involve in policy-making and implementation processes of the programme. The study is based on qualitative interviews with seven experts among those involved in the policy process in District A of Seoul. They include civil servants of central and local governments and social workers of implementing bodies such as seniors' welfare centres and job centres. The results show that firstly, practically no direct involvement of participants is being made at the policy-making level, due mainly to the traditional top-down approach of policy process in Korea and also to prejudices of public servants concerned on the current senior citizens' capability as contributor to public policy-making. User-involvement is being made, however, at the implementation level: participants are making, although minor, suggestions for improvements of working conditions and they are being listened to by frontline social workers. Support by the implementing institutions turns out to be necessary for this. Lastly, in contrast with the present, many interview participants are expecting a more active participation from the future generation, i.e. the baby-boom generation when they would have retired. The study concludes by calling for enhancement of institutional and capacity-building support for active user involvement in the future.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the policy and programs of the Seoul50Plus Foundation and to propose policies and programs to promote active aging of middle-aged and elderly people. A single case study was utilized as a research method. The analysis framework of case was approached with four frameworks: the context of policy and program, ideology-goal analysis of policy and program, supplier and customer analysis of policy and program, and process and domain analysis of policy and program. The analysis data included the homepage content of the Seoul50Plus Foundation, related 50+ policy and program data, active aging research papers at home and abroad, and presentation and meeting materials. The results of the research showed that the policy and program background and environment were essential elements for responding to environmental changes in the aging society. In terms of the philosophy-goal, job creation, social participation, and approach to life design were systematically carried out for the ideology of 'creating a new life vision' and promoting active aging. In terms of subject-target, the subject of policy implementation is systematically composed of three stages: 50+ foundation, 50+ campus, and 50+ center. The target was limited to 50+ generations(age 50~64) and had a problem that is limited to applicants. In the process-area analysis, programs such as educational support, work and entrepreneurship support, counseling information, and new-age cultural creation activities were designed to increase added value according to the characteristics of the middle-aged people. In conclusion, the future Seoul50Plus Foundation's policy and lifelong learning programs need to be systematically promoted through cooperation with businesses and universities, expanding the target audience, matching the characteristics of the middle-aged and elderly, and linkage among programs.
