The Effects of Using Consumers' Risk Perception and Service Quality on the Intention of Repurchase in the Rental Service (렌탈 서비스 이용고객의 위험지각 및 서비스품질이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study can be helpful in establishing and establishing company-wide marketing strategies from the supplier's point of view by analyzing the effects of rental service users' risk perception and service quality on customers' re-use intentions, and revealing differences according to demographic characteristics. It was intended to provide valid results. A total of 218 data were used as analysis data. Frequency, factor, mean, reliability and regression analysis, ANOVA, and t-test were performed through SPSS program (statistics). As a result of the study, first, as a result of analyzing the effect of risk perception on rental service quality, functional and psychological risks have a negative (-) effect on service quality. Second, in the relationship between service quality and re-use intention, the empathy factor has a high positive (+) effect, and as a result of analyzing the effect of risk perception on re-use intention, functional and psychological risk have the greatest influence, and financial Risk perception was also highly influential. In conclusion, the research results suggest that increasing the concentration of marketing strategies by reducing the negative (-) effect related to risk perception for short-term customers and housewives and enhancing the reliability and empathy for service quality can maximize the sales of suppliers.

  • This study explores the effects of standardized management processes such as COBIT and ITIL on the success of IT outsourcing by utilizing an exploratory case study. The exploratory model includes the maturity of ITIL and COBIT process and success of IT outsourcing. For each construct of the model, several measures are developed from preceding researches and confirmed in the context of the cases utilized for this study. It is found that the maturity of the processes supported by ITIL and COBIT is critical for the success of IT outsourcing in this study. This results confirm the current popularity of the standardized process adopted in practice and also require further research endeavors in this control or management process in the future. It should include any other processes and related activities to the control process in the relationship of IT outsourcing.

Improvement through Analysis of Current Open Book Policy for the Korean CM at Risk (국내 시공책임형 CM 오픈북 정책 현황 분석을 통한 개선방안)

  • CM at Risk has been introduced in Korea to keep up with the global standards of construction management and provide a higher quality of cm service in line with a rapid change of the construction industry recently. However, it is widely considered that more time would required to settle down the system due to a lack of understanding towards CM at Risk, shortage of reliability and low capability to manage and undertake CM at Risk. Therefore, this research is analyzed problems of contract types, open book policies, and contract conditions of 33 numbers of projects undertaken by a bespoke domestic construction management firm in this research. Moreover, this research is suggested a method to establish an open book policy of CM at Risk aiming a better customers satisfaction through staff training, simplifying and improving a payment system, and a way to settle down an open book policy by improving a performance management system on site. It's expected that this research will contribute to a more competitive system with more dominating the market and a differentiation of the service so as clients to rely more on the CM at Risk.

  • 행정자치부(장관 박명재)가 지역예산을 집행하는 계약과정에서 발생하는 문제의 해결을 돕기 위해 마포구 공덕동에 소재한 한국지방재정회관에서「지방계약민원 종합상담센타」를 개설, 지난 1월 22일부터 민원상담서비스에 들어갔다. 이 센타는 2006년‘지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법령’시행 이후 폭발적으로 증가하는 민원상담을 소화하는 한편, 서비스의 질을 높여 체계적·능동적인 민원서비스를 위해 개설 됐으며 △상담신청 → 1차상담서비스 → 진행상황 파악 → 미진한부분에 대한 사후 서비스 → 수범사례 전파의 순으로 서비스가 진행된다.「지방계약민원 종합상담센타」는 앞으로 자치단체, 교육행정기관, 건설업체 등에 대한 신속하고 품질 높은 민원상담서를 제공, 고객만족을 확대하고 제도적 건의사항이나 문제점을 즉시 파악해 정책에 반영할 계획이다. 한편 이날 현판 제막식에는 김경회 대한설비건설협회 상임이사를 비롯한 건설단체 임원 및 지방자치단체 시·도 계약담당 사무관, 시·도 교육청 계약담당 사무관, 행자부 산하기관 임원 등이 참석했다.

  • 본 연구는 OTT 서비스에 대한 선택요인들을 기존 연구를 바탕으로 도출하고, 각 평가 요소에 대한 가중치를 산출하기 위하여 AHP 분석모형을 제시하였다. OTT 서비스를 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 먼저 OTT 서비스의 1단계 선택요인에서는 다양성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 각 단계별 가중치를 종합화한 결과에서는 오락이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 소비자들이 OTT 서비스를 이용할 때 어떤 요인을 중요하게 고려하는지를 파악할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Korea's social economy promotion policy is a government-led policy, and its success or failure depends on how well it is known to the residents. The Jeonnam Social Economy Internet Shopping Mall was also established as a government-led road, but its popularity is low. This study examines the influence between reliability and loyalty of the 'Jeonnam Social Economy Shopping Mall'. 267 samples were used and verified with the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the characteristics of shopping malls had a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty, and played a mediating role between reliability and loyalty. The residential area and the purpose of purchase had a moderating effect. The limitation of research is that comparative research with other shopping malls is insufficient. In the future, comparative evaluation should be carried out in relation to research on social economy enterprise products by region.

  • This study aims to suggest ways of experiential marketing management plan that the virtual tour service in the internet shopping mall is as a agents and the role of the physical interface of the internet virtual experience. It is a empirical analysis to analyze the relationship among Schmitt's five experiential Marketing elements. By the result, the rankings for high impact experiential marketing feedback relationship of cognitive creativity, composition, relationship between social intimacy, behavioral lifestyle, providing a sense of the acoustic auditory effect, a sense of dimensional visual effects in order. This result means that the intimacy and creativity, giving feedback that the opinion of consumers actively prefer internet shopping mall. In addition, it means more visual rather than auditory experience to provide marketing services and provide the lifestyle behaviors that the customer want in the Internet shopping mall. It is needs to make virtual experiential marketing relationships, strengthen the recognition specificity of these results because of experiential marketing relationship's ultimate purpose is to make the relationship between brand and customer service satisfaction of the Internet shopping mall through strengthening the relationship.

Effect of Mobile Devices on the Use Intention and Use of Mobile Banking Service in Myanmar (미얀마에서의 모바일기기 특성이 모바일 뱅킹 서비스 사용의도와 실제 사용에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Most banks in Myanmar have begun to provide their services via mobile phones. However, few studies investigated the factors that may help to set mobile services from a customer perspective. So, this study aims to propose and test a conceptual research model to predict the user's intention to use and actual use level of mobile banking service by combining UTAUT and DeLone-Mclean IS model. Data were collected from 206 citizens who had experienced mobile banking in various regions of Myanmar. The study found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, information quality and service quality influence the user 's intention to adopt mobile banking services which directly affects the user's actual use of them. However, social influence, facilitating condition and system quality don't influence the user's intention. The study results contribute to meeting customer's needs and reducing customer risk in Myanmar's mobile banking industry, suggesting to seamlessly provide the necessary resources like technology improvements, organizational infrastructure and service centers. Another future study are required to include service's security and trust factors so that the service providers could gain their customers' reliability and trust.

The Effects of online shopping mall Usage Motives in e-commerce on Repurchase Intention: Centered on international Chinese students (온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국 유학생을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the influence of online shopping motives on repurchase intentions with Chinese students studying in South Korea. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 255 Chinese students studying abroad. The SPSS 23.0 analysis clarified the structural relationship between the online shopping mall's motivation and customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. First, in the motivation of online shopping, product perception, customer service and shopping experience have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Second, in the motivation of use, product perception, customer service, and shopping experience have a positive impact on repurchase intentions. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intentions. The results show that the motivation of using online shopping for Chinese students in South Korea is an important factor affecting satisfaction and repurchase intentions. In future research, further research is needed according to the type of online shopping mall.

서비스 기업의 연구개발 활동에 관한 연구

  • 선진국의 경제구조가 서비스경제로 전환됨에 따라 고부가가치를 낼 수 있는 지식기반 (Knowledge-based) 또는 기술기반 (Technology-based) 서비스의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 서비스 기업들간의 경쟁도 매우 치열해지고 있다. 서비스 기업들은 보다 차별화 된 고객가치를 창출하고 미래의 핵심역량을 확보하기 위해 다양한 활동을 전개하고 있으나 제조기업과는 달리 대부분의 서비스 기업들에게 연구개발 (Research and Development, R&D)이라는 개념은 매우 생소한 상태이다. 최근 유럽을 중심으로 서비스기업의 연구개발에 관한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 서비스기업의 특성을 포괄하는 연구개발에 대한 정의를 내리는 수준에 머물고 있다. 최근 우리나라 정부에서도 서비스 연구개발에 관한 정책입안을 위해 연구를 진행하고 있는바, 서비스기업에서의 연구개발에 대한 정의, 조직, 예산, 활동영역, 산출물 및 이에 따른 정책적 지원 등에 관한 학계에서의 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 서비스기업의 연구개발활동을 도출하고 연구개발투자와 기업성과와의 관계를 분석함으로써 효과적인 연구개발 투자규모를 도출하는 것이 목표이다. 이 때 서비스기업의 연구개발활동이라 함은 연구개발 대상, 수행조직, 연구개발의 중요성이 포함된다. 또한 연구개발투자와 1-2년 후의 매출 및 순이익의 변화를 분석한다. 실증분석을 위해 기술기반 서비스를 대표하는 국내 IT서비스 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 다양한 통계분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과 대부분의 서비스 기업 응답자가 연구개발의 중요성을 크게 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기업마다 부서별 또는 중앙 연구개발센터를 중심으로 다양한 연구개발활동을 수행하고 있으며 연구개발투자가 기업성과로 연계되기 위해서는 최고경영자의 관심이 가장 중요한 요인인 것으로 지적되었다. 가장 효과적인 연구개발 투자규모는 매출액 대비 15-19%인 것으로 분석되었는데 이는 벤처기업의 특성을 갖는 중소 IT서비스 기업들의 참여가 많았기 때문일 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 서비스기업들이 미래준비를 위한 활동을 전개함에 있어 고려해야 할 주요 요인들을 제시해 줄 것이다.
