In this paper, two reconstructed point cloud sets with the information of 3D features are analyzed. For a certain 3D reconstruction of the interior of a building, the first image set is taken from the sequential passive camera movement along the regular grid path and the second set is from the application of the laser scanning process. Matched key points over all images are obtained by the SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transformation) algorithm and are used for the registration of the point cloud data. The obtained results are point cloud number, average density of point cloud and the generating time for point cloud. Experimental results show the necessity of images from the additional sensors as well as the images from the camera for the more accurate 3D reconstruction of the interior of a building.

A pen name Chuman(秋巒; a mountain of Fall), Jeong Ji-wun(1509-1561) is a famous person wrote "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" which made two men, Yi Hwang and Ki Dae-$s{\breve{u}}ng$ dispute Sachil-Nobyeon(traditional argument about heart/mind). But except this point, few people of nowadays know who Jeong Ji-wun was. Therefore this paper is made for understanding Jeong Ji-wun in the point of view in history of thought. "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" by Jeong Ji-wun had systemized traditional theory of Cheonil-Habil(sky and human are an organic body), through this theory, Jeong Ji-wun had taken an important role who developed the Neo-Confucian theory in the field of political thought at that time. All Neo-Confucian literati used the theory of heart/mind as a sole useful method in political field from after King Myeonjong and Seonjo. "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" by Jeong Ji-wun was a first step to this scene. Especially "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" was got famous by arguments of Yi Hwang and Ki $Dae-s{\breve{u}}ng$, great scholars in the history of Chosun Dynasty. They firstly developed Sachil-Nobyeon, Sandan(pure morality) comes from li, Chiljeong(emotions) comes from Ch'i, is it right or not? This argument with "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" raised up the level of Neo-Confucian theory at that time. Like this, "Cheonmyeong-Doseol" was on the first step for Neo-Confucian literati to study and develop their theory of political thought which covered politics in Chosun Dynasty.

멀티터치 스크린 상에서의 접촉식 제스처 UI(User Interface)는 사용자가 안정적으로 손을 사용할 수 있는 정적인 상황에서 편리하게 사용할 수 있다. 하지만, 조깅을 한다거나 운전을 하는 등의 동적인 상황에서는 접촉식의 제스처 인터페이스는 심각한 사용성 문제를 야기 시킬 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정지 및 운동 상황 모두에서 사용할 수 있는 비접촉성 제스처 기반 인터랙션을 개발하고자 하였다. 비접촉성 제스처 UI 인식 방식은 컴퓨터 센서 제스처, 멀티 터치 제스처, 자이로 센서 세 가지로 제한하였다. 그리고 본 연구를 통해 정지 상황과 운동 상황에서 MP3 플레이어를 시용할 수 있는 제스처의 어휘 목록을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 시사점을 논의하였다.

A program for LAE (liquid Apogee Engine) firing strategy calculation was developed. This program can be used as the first stage of transfer orbit analysis, which process receives input parameters as like initial orbit elements, ground TT&C stations positions, satellite performances and makes firing user-selectable strategies. The developed program is dedicated to GEO satellites which using LAE generally and it can calculate six back-up strategies and deals situation its maximum firing number is six. The MS-EXCEL software was used for the input and output process. And the numerical calculation part was embodied with MATLAB functions.

In this study, the rise throughput and the stability in fabrication of device can be obtained by applying of CMP process to STI structure in 0.18um semiconductor device. To employ in STI CMP, the reverse moat process has been added thus the process became complex and the defects were seriously increased. Removal rates of each thin films in STI CMP was not equal hence the devices must to be effected, that is, the damage was occured in the device dimension in the case of excessive CMP process and the nitride film was remained on the device dimension in the case of insufficient CMP process than these defects affect the device characteristics. To resolve these problems, the development of slurry for CMP with high removal rate and high selectivity between each thin films was studied then it can be prevent the reasons of many defects by reasons of many defects by simplification of process that directly apply CMP process to STI structure without the reverse moat pattern process.

This paper presents two strategies to refute clock cycles when using stopping rule in VHDL model verification. The first method is that a semi-random variable is defined and the data that stay in the range of semi-random variable are skipped when stopping rule is running. The second one is to keep the old values of parameters when phases are changed. 12 VHDL models are examined to observe the effectiveness of strategies.

문제의 심각성은 단순한 프로그램의 수정으로 될 수 없다는 점이고, 현재까지 구축된 관련 데이타베이스를 동시에 수정하지 않으면 안 된다는 점이며, 가동중인 정보 시스템을 정지시키고 이러한 문제를 동시 다발적으로 해결할 수 있다면 문제는 간단하게 의외로 쉽게 해결될 수 있을 것이지만 현실은 이를 허용하지 않는다는 점에서 2000년 문제의 심각성을 인식하여야 한다.

본 연구는 GPS를 이용하여 위성 영상의 입체 해석으로 산출된 SPOT영상의 기준점 및 수치 표고 모형의 평가에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 삼각점 및 상시관측소를 고정으로 한 GPS 해석을 수행하였으며 정지측량과 이동측량의 정확도를 비교함으로써 위성 영상의 기준점과 수치 표고 모형의 평가를 위한 측량 방법을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, SPOT영상의 해상력을 고려할 때, 이동 GPS측량기법으로도 수치 표고 모형의 정확도 평가가 가능하였으며, 기준점 좌표 산출에 있어서 고정점에 삼각점 대신 상시관측점들을 사용함으로써 경제적인 GPS 측량을 꾀할 수 있었다.

JPEG 2000 is used as an alternative to solve the blocking artifact problem with the existing still image compression JPEG algorithm. However, it has shortcomings such as longer floating point computation time and more complexity in the procedure of enhancing the image compression rate and decompression rate. To compensate for these we implemented with hardware the JPEG 2000 algorithm's filter part which requires a lot of floating point computation. This DWT Filter[1] chip is designed on the basis of Daubechies 9/7 filter[6] and is composed of 3-stage pipeline system to optimize the performance and chip size. Our implemented Filter was 7 times faster than software based Filter in the floating point computation.

항만국통제는(Port State Control)은 자국 항만 또는 수역 내에서 기준미달선을 제거하기 위하여 선박이 외국항에 기항하였을 때 해당 항만국의 검사관(Port State Control Officer)이 승선하여 그 선박이 국제협약 또는 항만국의 규정에 적합하게 건조, 정비 및 운용되고 있는지를 확인하고 결함사항이 발견된 선박에 대하여 억류 등의 제제조치를 가하는 제도이다. 최근의 항만국통제는 기항 선박에 대한 Target Matrix를 활용한 점검대상 선박 선정, 집중점검프로그램 운용 및 목표 점검율 상향조정 등으로 항만국통제 활동은 점점 더 강화되고 있다. 우리공단 검사선박의 경우 PSC에 의한 출항정지 척수가 2006년 1척, 2007년 2척 그리고 2008년 4척으로 점차 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 따라서 공단 검사선박의 출항정지율 저감을 위한 방안을 개발하기 위하여 Paris MOU, Tokyo MOU 그리고 USCG의 최근 PSC 점검동향과 우리 공단의 검사선박중 출항정지 선박 및 지적된 결함사항에 대하여 조사 분석한 결과 최근 7년간 출항정지 당한 선박 10척중 6척이 도입선과 2척이 탈급선이고 그리고 주요 지적사항으로는 만재흘수선 관련 결함사항이 가장 많이 지적되었음으로 분석되었다. 따라서 그러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 공단 검사선박의 출항정지율 저감을 위한 대책을 검토하고 새로 도입되거나 개선되어야 할 점 등에 대한 안을 제시하였다.
