본 고에서는 미해군을 비롯한 유럽의 선진 군사 강국들이 현재 사용하고 있는 함정용 탑재 장비의 내충격 성능 평가 방법을 살펴보고, 동 기술 개발 분야에 대한 국내의 현황및 향후 기술개발에 대한 국내의 현황및 향후 기술개발 방향에 대해 개괄하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study on the control of a self-activated cable spooling system for towed away handling winch using a hydraulic servo driving unit and a cable position measurement mechanism. To design a controller of the cable spooling system, it is carried out the analysis of the hydraulic servo system and derived the relationship of a parameters through the control theory. Also, it is derived from the control specfications using settling rotation angle and spooling safety ratio proposed to the analysis for the behavior of the system. The cable spooling system is tested and evaluated to validate the performance of the controller.

일반적으로 신에너지전원(분산전원)이 설치되면, 연계지점 위치와 사고발생 위치에 따라 % 임피던스의 병렬화로 사고전류가 감소하는 분류효과가 발생할 수 있다. 이 때, 보호기기의 최소 정정치 이하로 사고전류가 감소하여 보호기기가 부 동작(동작해야 하는데 동작하지 않은 경우)하는 문제점이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 현행 분산전원 연계기준 및 선로운영기준을 토대로 어떤 경우에 각 보호기기의 최소 정정치에 미달하는 지 사례 및 최악조건을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 대칭좌표법을 이용하여 보호기기의 부 동작의 주요 원인이 되는 분류효과에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 이에 대한 대책방안을 제시한다.

In this paper, we explain about an outline of the decoding method for double encoding system using the error correcting capacitance and a simple decoding method. We have been taken formation two-dimension code word of doubly-encoded code using $C_1$(32, 28, 5) and $C_2$(32, 26, 7) Reed-Solomon codes, and had computer simulation of the erroe correcting processes in frequency domain. On these processes, the newly developed digital signal processing technology such as error correction using Berlekamp-Massey algorithm in frequency domain have been proven.

In this paper, a novel method is proposed how the ECC(Error Correction Code) in server system can be investigated and the robustness of each system against noisy environment and element failure in memory module has been verified. Chipset manufacturers have hided the algorithm of their Hamming code and the user has difficulty in verification of the robustness of each system. The proposed method is very simple, but the outputs of the experiment explain the core ability of error correction in server system and helps the detection of the failure element. On the basis of these results, we could expect the robustness of digitalized weapon system and the efficient design of our own error correction code.

유비쿼터스 사회로 발전하기 위한 핵심 기술 중 하나인 RFID는 다양한 분야에 활발하게 적용되고 있다. 본고에서는 RFID 서비스 제공을 위한 RFID 서비스 네트워크 구조에 대하여 살펴보고 RFID 태그가 부착된 객체를 식별하기 위한 식별자인 RFID 코드체계 현황을 분석하였다. 개별적으로 구축된 RFID 네트워크의 상호 연동을 위한 RFID 검색서비스 구조에 대한 기술 사항을 검토하였다.
