최근 4K UHD로 방송환경이 변화함에 따라 방송 제작 시스템도 기존의 SDI 전송에서 IP 전송을 이용한 시스템으로 변화하고 있다. 다양한 국내외 방송사들은 전송 대역폭을 높이고, 비용 효율화를 하고, 특정 벤더에 종속적이지 않고 시스템 유연성을 높이기 위해, 방송 제작 시스템을 IP 기반으로 구축하고 있다. 하지만 IP 기반 방송제작 시스템은 기존의 방송장비 하드웨어의 종속화로 인해 범용성과 확장성을 높이는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 정의 방송 제작 워크플로우의 필요성에 대해 기술하고, 관련 공개 표준의 표준화 동향 및 기술 동향에 대해 알아보고, 소프트웨어 정의 방송 제작 워크플로우와 그 세부요소들을 정의하고 향후 연구 과제를 도출한다.

Nd:YAG 레이저의 수동적 Q-switching을 위해서는 대부분 유기물인 dye를 포화흡수체로 이용해 왔으나, 장시간 사용시 dye 분자의 결합이 끓어지면서 생기는 photodegradation으로 인하여 안정성에 많은 문제를 가지고 있다. 최근에 Cr$^{4+}$ :YAG 단결정의 물리적인 특성과 열적 안정성이 밝혀지면서 Nd:YAG 레이저의 Q-switching용 포화흡수체로 대치되고 있다[1]. 본 실험에서는 Z-Scan 방법을 이용하여 입사광의 세기에 따른 Cr$^{4+}$ :YAG 단결정의 흡수변화를 측정하였으며, 또한 Cr$^{4+}$ :YAG 단결정의 성장이 진행될수록 결정성장 길이에 따라 Cr 이온의 농도가 낮아지는 현상이[2] 발생하는데 두가지 서로 다른 결정화분률에 대해서 비선형 흡수를 비교하였다. 컴포넌트 시장이 활성화됨에 따라 컴포넌트의 수는 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 컴포넌트들을 효과적으로 재사용하기 위해서는 컴포넌트 분류체계가 잘 정의되어질 필요성이 있다. 현재 컴포넌트 유통시장의 현황을 살펴보니, 대체적으로 구현과 관련된 실행가능모듈로서의 컴포넌트 들이 언어, 기능성, 플랫폼정도로 분류가 되어 사용되어지고 있었다. 앞으로 다양한 컴포넌트들이 많이 개발되어질 것이며, 이들을 위한 체계적인 분류방법이 필요하다고 생각되어, 본 논문에서는 효과적인 컴포넌트 재사용을 위한 컴포넌트 분류체계를 제시하였다. 또, 이를 컴포넌트 모델링에 적용하기 위해 제시한 분류체계를 UML의 스테레오타입으로 정의하여 시각화하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an elementary mathematics education program for social justice. In the two years of research including literature review and development of a teaching model, forty 6th grade elementary students at two schools in Seoul participated as participants for verification of the effectiveness of the program. Parents' SES in each group is in the high and average levels, respectively. The students participated in 12 mathematical classes for social justice, and the effects of mathematics education for social justice were tested by using mixed method. As a result of the study, students' perceptions of mathematics and tendency toward mathematics were changed positively. The results of this study showed that students' perceptions on mathematics and tendency toward mathematics were influenced by individual ability, inclination, and condition rather than parents' socio-economic environments. It is necessary to develop high qualified and diverse mathematical materials for social justice in order to cultivate creative convergence ability that flexibly copes with future society. It is also necessary for teachers to look at mathematics education in a broader and deeper perspective such as seeing mathematics with humanistic imagination.

Previous researches of organizational citizenship behavior have been focused mainly on organizations, and there have been only a few studies on the organizational citizenship behavior of nonprofit organizations. In particular, few empirical studies have been made on the relations among variables affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of profit and nonprofit organizations. Thus, this study attempted comparative analysis. According to the result of the analysis, in profit organizations, the fairness of procedure, emotional commitment and continuous commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the fairness of distribution and perception of organizational support. In nonprofit organizations, on the contrary, the fairness of distribution, the fairness of procedure, and perception of organizational support were insignificant, and only emotional commitment and continuous commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This study is meaningful in that it comparatively analyzed the effects of organization members' perception of fairness on organizational citizenship behavior in profit and nonprofit organizations, and its outcome may be utilized as a reference in future researches but it has a problem in external validity that poses a limitation in its generalization.

The derivation of optimal information from decision table is based on the concept of indiscernibility relation and approximation space in rough set. Because decision table is more likely to be susceptible to the superposition or inconsistency in decision table, the reduction of attributes is a important concept in knowledge representation. While complete subsets of the attribute's domain is considered in algebraic definition, incomplete subsets of the attribute's domain is considered in information-theoretic definition. Therefore there is a marked difference between algebraic and information-theoretic definition. This paper proposes a conditional entropy using rough set as information theoretical measures in order to deduct the optimal information which may contain condition attributes and decision attribute of information system and shows its effectiveness.

이 연구는 한국천문연구원에서 진행한 2019 하계 교원천문연수의 초급·중급과정 교육 프로그램에 대한 교사들의 인식 조사 및 개선방안을 찾는데 목적을 두었다. 교육청에서 인정한 직무연수프로그램인 2019 하계 교원천문연수는 현대 천문학의 동향과 지식을 일선 학교에 전달하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 연수는 초등교원을 주대상으로 한 초급과정은 2019년 8월 5일부터 7일까지, 중등교원을 주대상으로한 중급과정은 8월 7일부터 9일까지의 일정을 두고 실시되었다. 본 연구는 각각의 교육 과정이 교원 직무연수프로그램의 교육 목표를 충분히 따르고 있는지를 알아보자 사전, 사후조사 설문지를 개발하여 초급과정과 중급과정에서 각각 30여명, 20여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이때 사전조사 설문지는 기본 인적정보, 연수 참여 동기, 천문 관측 활동 경험 여부에 관한 것으로 10문항이, 사후조사 설문지는 교수 학습 프로그램의 내용면에서 지적 및 정의적 만족도, 진로지도 유용성, 향후 수업 활용성, 개선사항에 관한 것으로 20문항이 개발되었다. 설문조사 결과가 도출 된다면, 본 직무연수프로그램이 내용적인 면에서 교사들의 천문학에 대한 지적·정의적 향상 및 향후 일선 학교에서의 프로그램 보급 활용성을 높이기 위해 어떻게 수정·보완해야할지 개선점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

This study examined the role and relationship among cognitive response(attractiveness, familiarity, actual self-congruence, ideal self-congruence and sympathy) factors, emotional response(empathy, flow, affection) factors, identification mediating between cognitive and emotional response, and interactivity. Hypotheses based on literature reviews were analyzed and according to the results, all of hypotheses except two hypotheses were supported. Firstly, the results revealed that except characteristic attractiveness and actual self-congruence, story attractiveness, characteristic familiarity, story familiarity, and ideal self-congruence influenced on sympathy positively. Secondly, this study examined the role and relationship between identification mediating between cognitive and emotional response and interactivity. As a result, identification and interactivity mediated with sympathy and empathy had positive effects. Finally, in respect of emotional responses empathy, flow, and affection had positive effects.

본 연구에서는 홍수가 발생할 경우 그 피해에 대한 잠재위험도를 산정하는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 대상유역의 연간 홍수피해 잠재위험도의 기대치를 나타내는 홍수피해 잠재위험 기대치(Expected Potential Risks of Flood Damage, EPR)라는 새로운 개념을 정의하고 이 개념을 이용해 잠재위험도를 산정하도록 한다. 우선 EPR을 선장하기 위한 요소로 대상유역의 노출성(E)과 취약성(V)을 정의하고, 빈도-유량 곡선, 수위-유량 곡선, 수위-노출성$\cdot$취약성 곡선, 빈도-노출성$\cdot$취약성 곡선을 정의하도록 한다. 빈도-유량 곡선은 대상유역의 하천정비기본계획 자료와 실측자료를 이용해 산정하고,, 수위-유량 곡선은 HEC-G대RAS 모형을 이용하여 산정하였다. 대상유역은 경기도 용인시에 위치한 금학천 유역으로, 산정결과는 최대 노출성 및 취약성 지수를 각각 100으로 볼 때, 노출성 지수는 28, 취약성 지수는 32.25이고, 50년 빈도 홍수피해 잠재위험도는 30.13로 산정되었다.

In the moral culture of the West, love and justice are two commands with roots in ancient times. One is the heritage of Hebraism, and the other belongs to the tradition of Hebraism and Hellenism. The two concepts are the most important virtues required for preserving stability in society. These two commands are compatible, in an exclusive relationship to each other. To ultimately seek their reconciliation, the precise concept analysis and understanding of each of them should be premised on, due to the multi-layered meaning of implications of the two concepts. To this end, we first have started with a lexical meaning and have done a conceptual analysis of what these two concepts are expressing. We have looked at Paul $Ric{\oe}ur$ in his interpretation of the discourse of love and justice. Finally, we looked at how these two concepts are narrated in literature. Through the literary works of Stendal, Albert Camus, and Dostoevsky, we have seen examples of literary configurations that have been embodied in life. In this way, through conceptual analysis, discourse analysis, and narrative analysis of the two concepts, the following conclusions were drawn. Love and justice were not a matter of choice. We could see coldness and unrealism of a society lacking love or with a problem of unclean love, through Stendhal's and Albert Camus' novels and their actual debate. In addition, in unclean paternalism, risk of the power of love blocking certain a certain touch of justice was also confirmed. So, it was necessary for a healthy future society to explore the possibility of the coexistence of love and justice. We confirmed the possibility of compatibility in a 'considerate balance' wherein the 'moral judgment in situation' is required, as Paul $Ric{\oe}ur$ expressed. This ideal situation may be realized when forms of love involving solidarity, mutual care, and compassion with pain like Dostoevsky are combined with the principle of distributional justice. When Albert Camus pursued justice and eventually faced reality and mentioned the need for mercy, he could have made a moral judgment based on this situation. In the end, love protects justice, and justice contributes to the realization of love. Justice reduces super-ethical love to moral categories, and love plays a role in enabling justice to exert its full force.
