In this paper, the level of service (LOS) is defined for high-speed railway links and rolling stocks. Based on this LOS, how to manage high-speed railway facility is also suggested. The LOS is divided into 6 levels from A to F. The measurement of effectiveness (MOE) for railway links is derived from the relationship between a total delay time and a railway link utilization ratio. Another MOE, volume over capacity (V/C), is also proposed. On the other hand, the LOS for high-speed railway rolling stocks is based on the density of people in a rolling stock. Above all, LOS D is defined to the total number of seats. Then, LOS A is 50% of the LOS D, LOS B is 70% of the LOS D, LOS C is 90% of the LOS D and LOS D~F is defined as the maximum seats and standing people at the level of each. Finally, a method to manage high-speed railway links and rolling stocks is proposed in order to keep the level of service at the target by the government.

The purpose of this experiment was to obtain the basic information on heterosis and inbreeding depression of quantitative characters in the silkworm by diallel crosses of seven varieties differing widely in each character. Period of 5th instar cocoon weight, cocoon layer weight, cocoon layer ratio, boiling off ratio, raw silk percent, bave length, bave weight, bave size, weight of first molting larva and fourth molting larva were investigated. The results obtained were summarized as follows : The degrees of positive heterosis of cocoon weight and cocoon layer weight were higher. Period of 5th instar and boiling off ratio were negative heterosis. In F1 generation, cocoon weight and bave weight showed positive heterobeltiosis, while fifth instar-period, cocoon layer ratio and boiling off ratio showed negative heterobeltiosis in the F1 and F2 generation. Inbreeding depression was observed in cocoon layer ratio and boiling off ratio.

The purpose of this study is to interpret the landscape of Soyojeong, Taegeojeong, Chungeuijeong and Chwihanjeong in the Ongnyucheon region of the Changdeokgung Palace by analyzing the landscape elements using the pavilion's hanging couplets. Next, the landscape elements would be classified and interpreted by the Tang dynasty poet named Wang Changnyeong(王昌齡, 698-757) who put forward the range of aesthetics. According to the three kinds of classified boundaries, the results were as follows. First, the characteristics of the 'Wujing(物境)' described at spring dawn or in the moonlit night when the rain stopped, dew condensed, blooming flowers were in the quiet garden, fishes were drawn from the pond, and golden ogres sung in a dense pine forest. Second, the characteristics of 'Qingjing(情境)' described the emperor who held a grand ceremony: he sat in the jade throne, red curtains and gorgeous fans are propped up etc. All of these were used to praise the reign of a stable and peaceful nation. Third, the characteristics of 'Yijing(意境)' mainly described the Ongnyucheon region's scenery as an immortal world where people can experience and reach a high spiritual realm such as the 'integrated as one(物我一體)'.

The genetics analysis for weight of matured silkworm(WMS) and number of eggs produced per moth(NEM) was studied by the seven parents diallel. Mean squares of additive effect, dominant effect, maternal effect and reciprocal effect were significant for two characters observed. The component of genetic variance analysis for WMS and NEM showed that dominant effect was higher than additive effect. Narrow sense heritability(h2ns) estimates were 0.773 and 0.228, in the WMS and NEM. The estimate of broad sense heritability(h2bs) value was higher than that of h2ns because of the low importance of dominance effect. Incomplete dominance was shown by Vr-Wr graphic analysis in the weight of matured silkworm and overdominance in the number of eggs produced per moth. In general combining ability effect, Jam 107 and Jam 124 was showed positively high for WMS and Jam 107 and S1 was expressed positively high for NEM. In specific combining ability effect, hybrids in S1XC51, S1XJam124 and Jam 107XJam 108 were exhibited positively high for WMS and Jam 107XN63, S1XC51, N74XJam 108 and Jam 107XJam 108 were found positively high for NEM.

The purpose of this study was to investigate contents identification and brand community identification on the brand community. Analysis was performed for the empirical study where important variables of this framework included attractiveness, similarity, intimacy, information quality, contents identification, and community identification, loyalty. I collected the 184 data through survey and analyzed them. The data were recorded and analyzed using the SPSS 14.0 and LSREL 8.30. The brief findings of the study were as below: Given the finding of the study, users who have contents identification directly don't affect on purchase loyalty. Therefore, company intensifies users' visiting community. Users who consistently visit community have purchase loyalty. Existing studies on online brand community is a study for the identification. This study identified the dimensions of the content attribute of the content identification and brand community identification were examined by questionnaires. Accordingly, the company operating the brand community to provide more useful suggestions.

The single crystal $Nd_3Se_4$ with the $bcc-Th_3P_4$ type structure is grown and the temperature dependent magnetic susceptibilities are measured between 4 K and 300 K. The experimental data are compared with the theoretically calculated susceptibilities which depend on the splitting energies of the $Nd^{3+}$ ground state under the crystal field effect. We find that the magnetic susceptibility of the $Nd^{3+}$ ion in $Nd_3Se_4$ is not affected by the crystal field effect. The spontaneous magnetization curve below $T_c\;=\;53\;K$ of $Nd_3Se_4$ corresponds to the Brillouin function of $Nd_3Se_4$ with J=9/2.

문제: 소화기병검사실에서 대장내시경 검사의 부도건수가 최근 월 200명 정도로 예약인원의 16%에 달한다. 이는 본원 외래진료 부도율이 평균 10%인 것과 비교할 때 상당히 높은 결과이므로 대장내시경 예약환자를 대상으로 부도율 관리를 위한 활동이 필요하였다. 목적: 외래 및 입원환자의 부도건수 및 부도환자의 특성을 분석하고, 개선활동을 통하여 대장내시경 검사의 부도율을 줄인다. 의료기관: 서울 아산병원. 질 향상 활동: 부도관리를 위한 개선활동으로 SMS 횟수를 2주전, 4일전, 1일전 3회로 변경하고, 내용도 각 시기마다 차별화하였다. 대장내시경 검사 예약을 하고 기다리는 환자를 대상으로 처방일 순, 예약 날짜순서 등 필요한 항목 순으로 볼 수 있는 리스트가 필요하여 예약대기 프로그램을 개발하였고, 처방일로부터 2주 이내 자동예약을 금지하였다.(7월 10일부터 시작) 예약대기명단에 있는 환자를 대상으로 전화로 예약 변경을 하여 2주 이내에는 예약의 빈자리가 없도록 하였다. 미리 부도를 예측하여 추가로 예약하던 방법에서 정원조정을 하여 정원 외 추가 예약을 하지 않았다. 입원환자 일정관리를 위하여 일정관리 프로그램을 개발하여 타과의뢰 회신을 하는 전임의가 직접 날짜를 전산에 입력하여 회신과 동시에 검사실, 담당주치의, 담당 간호사가 모두 일정을 확인할 수 있도록 하였으나 프로그램이 늦어져 9월 12일부터 시행하였다. 개선효과: 부도건수가 개선 전 8주 동안 385건(예약인원 대비 16%) 에서 개선 후 6주의 평가기간 동안 256건(예약인원대비 14.1%)으로 129건이 감소하였으며, 검사 1-2일전 일정 변경 연락 환자 감소 및 검사 비용 수납 환자의 부도건수가 감소하였다. 대장내시경 검사 예약대기 프로그램 운영 및 예약 변경 전화 활동으로 2달씩 기다리던 환자의 예약일을 약 한 달 정도 단축하여 줄 수 있었다. 검사 정원 관리의 결과로 검사 예약 시 예약기준이 명확해지고, 부적절한 예약으로 인한 검사지연 등이 확실히 줄었다. 또한 입원환자 일정관리 프로그램 적용으로 입원환자의 검사일정과 관련된 전화업무는 확실히 줄어들 것으로 예상된다.

Cell differentiation and ultrastructural characteristics in the seminiferous epithelium of Myotis macrodactylus was investigated with the light and electron microscopes. Spermatogenesis has begun at April and finished at September. The nuclei of A spermatogonia (dark and pale type of spermatogonia) were oval, applied to the basal lamina, and surrounded by Sertoli cells. By comparison with other types of spermatogonia, the cell and nucleus of B type of spermatogonium is globular and larger than A types of spermatogonia. The nucleolus appears as a coarse and touches the nuclear membrane. The cell and nucleus of spermatocytes was globular and larger, but primary spematocyte is larger than secondary spermatocyte. Spermiogenesis was divided according to the level of fine structural difference, into Golgi, cap, acrosomal, maturation and spermiation phases; Golgi, cap, acrosomal and spermiation phases were further subdivided into steps of early and late phase respectively, and maturation phase has only one step. Hence, the spermiogenesis has been divided into a total of nine phases. In the change of karyoplasm, the chromatin granules are condensed at late Golgi phase and completed at spermiation phase. The sperm tail began to develop in early Golgi phase and completed in spermiation phase. The process of degeneration of spermatogenic cells in the seminiferous tubules was continually observed from October, before the beginning of hibernation, to hibernation phase (November, December, January, February, March). Immatured spermatogenic cells in the seminiferous tubules have been engulfed by phagocytosis of Sertoli cells during period of degeneration. It is deduced that the adaptative strategy serves as the mechanism to regulate the effective use of energy to prepare for long hibernation and regulation of breeding cycle.

The purpose of this study was to re-examine the neglected and forgotten Cheongdo Geoyeonjeong, to correct the wrong contents, examine the changes and conditions of the garden, and to establish basic data on the components of the forest in the future. In addition, it was extended to the Gongampungbyeog Cliff, the influence area of the Geoyeonjeongwonlim, and the results of the study were as follows; First, Based on the recitation of "Seonyu pungryu(仙遊風流)" in the "Cheongsuheon-yugo(聽水軒遺稿),", Dongchangcheon Stream and Gongampungbyeog(孔巖楓壁) were influenced by the outer gardens of the Georyeonjeongwonrim. Second, Small pavilion was built and arranged under the rock of Byeongam(Byeongpungbawi) in the management history of Geoyeonjeong Pavilion. The records show that Cheongsuheon used the Geoyeonjeong Pavilion as the original forest and even recognized Oewon, which is a scenic influence, as the Gongampungbyeog Cliff. Third, Many of the poems related to Gongam were recognized as Seunggyeong, which represents the Unmun area, and the eight scenery of Cheongdo and Unmungugok were established here as proof that Gongampungbyeog Cliff was very faithful to the traditional Seunggyeong aspect of Gongampungbyeog Cliff, and the crystalline structure of the location was implied as an external source of Geoyeonjeongwonlim. Fourth, The lower part of Dongchangcheon Stream, which stretches from Geoyeonjeongwonrim to Gongam, is filled with attractions consisting of cancerous areas such as Punghodae, Moseongam, Buangdae, Gokcheondae, Saganjeong, Hakgadae, and Hyeongjeam, which provide a clearer picture of the space and landscape of the Geyeonjeongwonrim Outer Garden. Fifth, The expression "dragging water, spilling it into the courtyard, and sending it back to the downtown of the field" of the Cheongsuheon-yugo suggests that the site of Geoyeonjeong Pavilion was originally a prevention. It is also inferred that Cheng Shu-heon also wanted to respect runners and pursue natural views like runners. Sixth, The record of planting a description of spring water and willow trees in "Geoyeonjeong Manyeong(居然亭晩影)」" and "Sanggukseol(霜菊說)」" suggests that the chrysanthemum was planted and planted, and that the chrysanthemum was used to describe the Osanggojeol(傲霜孤節), which means that he would not yield and keep his incision alone despite severe frost. Seventh, It is believed that the writing was written by Cheongsuheon in 1844 during the period of the creation of the Wonrim. The rock letters on the floor of Geoyeonjeong suggest the names of the receiving and the winning prizes. Most of the passages are based on nuclear power plants, including Muidogyo of the Zhuzi, and most of them incorporate the virtues of the Gunja and the natural views of the Eunja. In addition, the rock writing 'Gyeong(敬)' or 'Uidang(義堂)' is a substitute for special worship objects or introspection, adding to the significance and scenic properties of the Georyeon Garden Forest.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational status of dental hygiene process of care and to provide foundation for introducing curriculums focused on it. Questionnaire (14 questions) on educational status of clinical dental hygiene based on dental hygiene process of care was distributed in 50 dental hygiene schools with full classes. Research was performed with structured questionnaires on the basis of previous literatures, and interview and email survey was conducted. Collected data were analyzed with Frequency analysis, Descriptive statistics, and Chi-square test using SPSS 12.0, and the results were as follows. The average student to clinical dental hygiene faculty ratio of 22 to one regardless of year of curriculum. Sixty two point five percent of dental hygiene school reported having a curriculum about comprehensive dental hygiene process. Regarding the distribution of lecture and practical curriculums, they were less focused on dental hygiene diagnosis (68.8%), planning (65.6%) and evaluation (68.8%) than on assessment and implementation. Just over half (56.7%) reported having education of dental hygiene process of care during the course of curriculum. In conclusion, it is most desirable to provide integrated education based on dental hygiene process of care by reinforcing dental hygiene diagnosis, planning, and evaluation step.
