This study tried to understand the structural relationship between public crisis communication, emotional influence, and behavioral intention in a national crisis/risk situation. Based on the results of previous studies and empirical studies, the results of crisis/threat type, crisis/threat response, sentiment (crisis/risk responsibility, strategic risk/risk reflective response), and action intention For tourists who visit tourist destinations, as well as the relationship between crisis and risk communication at the tourist destination and one of the unique emotions of Koreans (crisis threat responsibility, strategic response, and reflective response to crisis threat) The relationship between the outcome variable, behavioral intention, was identified. A theoretical study was conducted on each research concept to achieve the proposed research purpose. Based on this, a questionnaire was drawn up and empirical research was conducted in parallel. Three hypotheses were established, and meaningful results were confirmed according to the results of the hypotheses. When a risky situation occurs, the government, business, and local community will actively respond and respond to it as an opportunity to offset the risk of crisis.

This study was accomplished to enhance brand value for hanwoo and to develop strategy for brand positioning that move customer's heart. This study in order to achieve the research was carried out as follows: First, the cluster analysis based on demographic characteristics for consumer on the basis of three types segmentation on market was conducted. Market A was consisted of a well-educated, high-income and young bracket. Market B was consisted of a well-educated, high-income and middle-aged bracket. Market C was consisted of a low-income and middle-aged class. Second, consumer's positioning map was analyzed based on perceiving data which are products' functional, emotional, and self-expressive benefits about consumer's feeling beef products. This study was analyzed each relative brand advantage and structure of competition on segmented market by conjoining each brands positioning map and feature vectors map. By the result of the analysis, each brand's positioning strategy was devised. As a result of the study, the hoengseong hanwoo is competitive about all kinds of market. We chooses that hoengseong hanwoo's target is A market, because that brand is evaluated as a high-ranked quality by high-class image of luxury price, quality, brand image. For management improvement sake, this brand(the hoengseong hanwoo) is needed to effort for promoting consumer's awareness about safety and reliability.

감성적 제품이 소비를 자극하는 시대가 도래함에 따라, 선진기업은 성숙기 ICT 산업 돌파구로 감성전달 기술에 주목하여, 시장 차별화에 주력하고 있으며, 성능 및 가격 위주의 시장전략에서 사용자 편의성과 만족도를 극대화시키는 소비자 감성 지향형 산업으로 재편을 꾀하고 있다. 진보된 ICT 기술과 심미적인 라이프 스타일 디자인을 통해 사용자와 기기가 교감하는 디지털 인터페이스를 제공하는 감성 UX(User eXperience) 기술은 새로운 형태의 의사소통 방식과 감정전달 메커니즘을 제시하여 사회구성원의 현재 정서를 인지하고 감정의 정화/승화/억제를 보조하여, 가족 및 사회 네트워크 자원과의 유대감을 확고히 함으로써 구성원의 삶의 가치를 향상시키고, 유비쿼터스 환경과 문화 속에서 사람과 정보를 보다 밀접하게 이어주는 매개가 될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본 고에서는 우리나라가 이미 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖고 있는 모바일 기기, 디지털 TV, 디스플레이를 중심으로, 미래 감성 ICT 생태계의 기반이 되는 감성 UX 기술의 현재의 모습을 살펴보고, 향후 발전 전망에 대해 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore methods to prevent and improve the problem of overdependence on smartphones by analyzing the differences in satisfaction with college life satisfaction of freshmen. For this, data on freshmen of KCYPS were extracted and used. The data were analyzed using non-hierarchical cluster(K-means) analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé tests. The results of this study are as follows. First, it has been shown that freshmen who are overdependent on smartphones experience inconvenience in their daily life, withdrawal and anxiety, and resistance. Second, there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction with college life according to gender(t=-.015, p<.05). Third, it is shown that the level of satisfaction with college life of overdependent freshmen on smartphone is significantly lower compared to that of average and moderate dependent freshmen. Based on the results, it was suggested that university-level efforts such as emotional support and learning strategy support are needed for freshmen who are overdependent on smartphones.

Park Jong-won's debut film "Guro Arirang," based on a short story of the same title by Lee Moon-yeol, is the first commercial film to deal with labor struggles from a worker's point of view in the wake of the 1987 democratic movement, and a pioneering work in terms of representing female workers the Korean cinema has traditionally turned away from. In this film Park Jong-won tried to win the sympathy of the middle class for labor movement in spite of the red scare which still stood firm in the Korean society at that time. To convey its progressive message in a form acceptable to the middle class public, the film portrays labor issues in the light of universal humanity and ethics, not in terms of class hostility or struggle. Park Jong-won calls this point of view "common sense of normal people" and emphasizes its universality and objectivity. This study critically examines the cinematic strategies to deal with labor issues in a form acceptable to the public in a conventional and commercial film and the ideological implications of the "common sense of normal people" reflected in such strategies. The first chapter of the study reveals that the film destroys the irony of the original story and reduces the complex constellation of the characters to the conflict between pure good and evil, creating a melodramatic composition in which the good falls victim to evil. The tragedies suffered by the workers in the film are of course intended to arouse the audience's strong sympathy and solidarity with them. The second chapter shows that the film's various scenes and episodes converge on the them of compassion and grief, and are mostly based on cultural and real experiences and events that caused great public sensations at that time. Especially in the last decisive scene of the movie, the memory of the June 1987 uprising is strongly recalled. So "Guro Arirang" can be seen as a patchwork of proven cases of compassion and grief. The third chapter examines the implications of the scene where the workers turn back demands for wages and put the issues of human treatment and trust to the forefront at the crucial moment of their struggle. It appeals to universal moral values and sentiments that everyone has to acknowledge and removes the political dimension from the workers' campaign. While the film tends to become a pure story of humanity marginalizing irreconcilable conflicts of class interest, the workers fall to the position of passive victims who can be deeply sympathetic on the one hand, and on the other, are idealized as leaders with noble attitude keeping themselves aloof from the hard reality. As a result, the movie loses its realistic ground and weakens its narrative probability. The scenes reminiscent of the 1987 uprising which evoke the solidarity between working and middle class fail to integrate harmoniously into the whole story of the film and remain only as fragmentary parts of the patchwork of compassion and grief.

최근에는 거의 모든 분야에서 ICT와 같은 기술기반 산업과의 융합을 통한 창업현상이 두드러지고 있어, 이들을 대상으로 한 연구는 개인 수준뿐만 아니라 팀 수준의 특성을 함께 살펴보는 것이 더 현실적인 상황을 반영하고 실무적인 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다. 팀창업일 경우 기업의 성과는 개인-팀 역량의 혼합 결과로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 기존 선행연구에서는 창업기업의 성공과 실패를 가름하는 다양한 요인들을 제시해왔으나, 이러한 요인은 창업자의 개인적 특성, 보유하고 있는 자원 등에서 찾는 선행연구가 대부분이다. 관련 연구들을 종합하면 창업기업의 성장은 창업가 특성, 자원, 전략, 산업, 그리고 조직 구조 및 시스템의 함수로 정리된다. 그러나 창업팀에 대한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구는 초기 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인으로 창업가의 특성인 창업역량(entrepreneurial competency)에 초점을 두고, 창업팀의 역량에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는 살펴본다. 개인의 특성에 집중해온 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업역량의 영향력을 창업가 개인 수준 및 팀 수준으로 구분하여 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 예비 창업가 및 초기 창업기업이 안정적인 사업화를 위해 팀구성을 어떻게 해야하는지 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 정부 지자체 민간 등에서 창업지원사업 운영 시 팀구성이 잘 된 창업기업을 선발하는 기준을 수립하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study illuminates the relationship between childhood abuse experiences and early maladaptive schemas, and compares the moderating effects of expressive suppression and cognitive reappraisal within this relationship. Conducting a self-report survey among 220 graduate students in Daejeon and Chungcheong regions, data from 210 participants were analyzed. The results notably revealed that the interaction effect of suppression, but not cognitive reappraisal, significantly moderates the relationship between childhood abuse experiences and disconnection/rejection schemas. Specifically, high levels of expressive suppression were associated with a decrease in the negative impact of childhood abuse on disconnection/rejection schemas, whereas low levels of suppression increased this negative impact. This suggests that for individuals with long-standing early maladaptive schemas, which have solidified over time akin to personality traits, cognitive reappraisal strategies may be less effective in inducing change. Conversely, expressive suppression strategies may more effectively reduce the intensity of disconnection/rejection schemas, among other early maladaptive schemas. These findings provide important implications for understanding the long-term effects of childhood abuse and developing intervention strategies to mitigate its resultant maladaptive schemas. Based on the outcomes of this study, suggestions for future research are discussed, along with the potential applicability and limitations of suppression and reappraisal strategies in psychological interventions.

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of food & beverage employees' stress coping styles in the deluxe hotel industry on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Based on total 250 food & beverage employees obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 2 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model test simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit the data, ${\chi}^2$=252.876(p<0.001), df=143, CMIN/DF=1.768, GFI=0.914, AGFI=0.873, NFI=0.936, CFI=0.971, RMSEA=0.056. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed that the emotion oriented(${\beta}$=-.181, p<0.01) and avoidance oriented(${\beta}$=-.129, p<0.05) had a negative significant influence on job satisfaction. The multi-group analysis effects on division and status did. Also, job satisfaction(${\beta}$=.599, p<0.01) had a positive significant influence on customer orientation. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

막대한 연구재원이 소요되는 원자력 개발분야에서 세계 초일류수준을 유지하고 있는 선진 원자력 연구개발사업기관들은 하나같이 종래에 도입한 "원자력 품질보증체제"를 확대시켜 "품질 무한경쟁시대"에 부응하는 "종합적 품질경영체제"를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 연구소 경쟁력제고 방안도출을 위한 노력의 일환으로 현재 Total Quality Management(TQM) 체제를 도입하고 있는 해외의 ORNL(Oak Ridge National Laboratory), AECL(Atomic Energy of Canada Limited), ABB CE(Asea Brown Boveri Combustion Engineering), DNA(Defense Nuclear Agency)등을 방문한 결과를 토대로 연구소적 TQM체제 성공과 실패의 원인을 분석하여 도입당시의 추진조직, 추진전략, 추진효과에 대해 체계적으로 비교 분석하여 한국정서에 부합된 연구소적 성공 TQM체제 모델을 도출코져 시도하였다. 분석결과 이들 기관들은 TQM 추진을 위하여 먼저 단계별로 단기, 중기, 장기 계획을 수립하고, TQM 실무위원회를 구성하여, 최고경영자가 직접지휘하는 Top-down 방식의 TQM 추진으로 품질문제를 사전에 예방하고 있었다. TQM 도입 초기 실무부서로 부터의 적잖은 저항과 애로사항이 도출되어 많은 시행착오를 거쳤으며 지금은 TQM 정착단계에 있었다. 이러한 과정에서 원자력 선진기관들은 전사적인 TQM 교육을 통해 철저한 TQM 마인드를 고취시켰고 전 부서의 업무가 전사적 TQM 차원에서 수행되었다. 우리나라 원자력기관에서의 바람직한 TQM 도입 모델로서 첫째, 전직원 대상 TQM 교육실시를 통한 TQM 인식고취, 둘째, TQM 성공체제로서 "경영품질"에 초점을 맞춘 관리시스템 확보, 셋째, 동서문화 차이를 고려한 Bottom-up '||'&'||' Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.ottom-up & Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.

This paper is a preliminary literature review to give lights on the importance of academic research on sex offences. First, definition and etiological factors of sex offences were introduced and then it was attempted to classify offensive behaviors. Furthermore, it was explored on which aspects of our criminal justice system the research results in the Western societies could be applied. Related to recidivism research, risk factors were explored again and intervention strategies were investigated to reduce the future risk of sex offenders. Finally, these findings were evaluated for the applicability to Korean criminal justice system.
