본 연구에서는 하천정비기본계획의 수립현황과 실시공사에 다른 현황을 비교하여 문제점을 검토하였다. 대상유역으로는 충청북도의 제천천을 대상으로 기본계획의 수립과 실시현황을 조사하였으며, 재수립기간이 지난 10년후에 실시된 현황을 조사한 결과 하천확폭은 40정도가 진행중에 있으며, 보강 구간의 경우 27%정도가 진행된 것으로 조사되었다. 하천정비기본계획의 수립율이 94% 이상인 국가하천 및 지방 1급 하천에 비해 지방 2급 하천의 정비기본계획 수립율이 57%정도로 저조하고 사업의 시행여부도 미비한 점에 따라 실제 시행되는 시기와 기본계획 수립시기의 시간적 차이에 따라 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

비행안전과 효율적인 정비를 수행하기 위해서는 우수한 항공정비사의 양성이 절대적으로 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 개인의 행동유형이 항공정비사로서의 업무 숙련도에 미치는 영향이 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 항공정비학과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 DISC 진단지를 통해 행동유형을 조사하였다. 개인 별 행동유형과 항공기체, 항공기관 및 항공전기 전자 실습성적을 분석하여, 행동유형과 실기 실습 숙련도의 상관관계를 분석하여 항공정비사의 행동 유형이 직무 숙련도에 미치는 영향과 행동 유형별 적합한 항공정비직무를 예측하기 위한 실증연구를 수행하였다.

본 논문에서는 항공기 정비 분야에서 paperwork와 현장-사무실의 구분된 작업에 Mobile device를 적용하여 직접적인 부품의 입/출고, 정비작업을 제외한 부분에서 인적오류 및 낭비가 발생하여 항공기의 AOG(Aircraft On Ground)가 길어짐에 따라 항공기를 사용하지 못하는 시간적 손해를 제거하여 정비 작업의 효율성을 높이는 방법을 제시하였다. QR code와 RFID, Tablet PC를 작업 대상 부품의 확인과 현장중심의 업무처리에 사용하였으며, 실시간으로 정비 진행 현황을 확인 할 수 있는 방법을 제시한 것이 본 연구의 특징이다. Arena 10.0으로 시뮬레이션을 구현하였고, 실제 자재보관창고와 hangar의 작업자와의 인터뷰를 통해 문제점 및 연구사항을 정의하였으며, 항공기 부품 중 바퀴를 대상으로 작업시간의 변화를 비교하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 작업시간은 바퀴 한 개당 35.31분이 감소하였으며, 필요 작업 인원도 20%가 감소하였고, 정비 현장의 paperless를 달성하였다.

Most power plants have operated many independent computerize systems for maintenance. Independence of systems have caused complexity of business process and inconvenience of computer system management. Because the equipment and material master data is not standardize and structurize, it is difficult to manage equipment maintenance history and material delivery. Especially equipment classification criterion is important for standardization of every maintenance information. It is necessary to integrate function of independent systems for business process simplification and rapid work flow. this paper provides equipment classification criterion design and system integration method with the case of live system development.

본 논문에서는 열차 정비 사고를 예방하기 위한 정비교육 시뮬레이션 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 현재 운용되고 있는 철도관련 시뮬레이터 현황에 대해 분석하고 학습효과를 높이기 위해 열차 장치에 대한 기본 개념과 장치 정비 절차를 직접 학습할 수 있는 두 가지의 파트로 구성되며 두 번째 파트에는 교육공학 이론을 적용하여 VIEW모드와 TEST모드로 나누어 공부와 평가를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 정비 교육 시뮬레이션이 운용된다면 안전한 상황에서 실무경험 능력 향상에 도움이 되는 학습을 할 수 있으며 정비교육에 대한 운영비용도 절감되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

소형제트엔진은 주로 연구, 실험, 교육 등의 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 소형제트엔진은 고도가 높고 고속으로 비행하는 드론에 추력 발생 장치로서의 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 그러나 엔진의 실질적인 활용을 위해서는 기존의 유선으로 구성된 컨트롤러를 무선으로 제어할 수 있는 방식으로 재구성하는 것이 필요하다. 이 중에서도 연료펌프의 무선제어시스템이 우선적으로 개발되어야만 다른 부분에 대한 무선제어개발이 가능해질 것이다. 본 논문에서는 소형 제트 엔진의 연료 펌프를 무선으로 제어할 수 있는 방식을 적용한 임베디드 시스템의 구성과 방식에 대해 제안하고 있다.

Overhaul and repair service means the sequential processes of disassembly, repair and reassembly for a product which has been used for a long time. Overhaul is required for the companies producing airplanes, ships, trains, military weapons and heavy industrial equipments which are very expensive and have a long life cycle. The most important performance measure of the overhaul repair shop is usually the lead time. Thus, how to design the manufacturing system to meet the delivery date is a major concern in overhaul repair shop. This paper introduces the case study of an overhaul repair shop producing military weapon systems with the 3D simulation tool, $QUEST^{TM}$. At first, the characteristics of overhaul shop and what should be considered for simulation modeling are explained. Then, various simulation scenarios including two types of disassembly systems, one is flow line system and the other is cell system, are discussed with the results of simulation experiments.

Some innovative strategies are being strongly promoted in records management system and institution of administrative agencies in Korea. To stabilize and institute these strategies, it is essential to improve the standards as well as legislations in the area of records management. The purpose of this study is to guide what kinds of standards to be developed and maintained, and to recommend some promoting principles and strategies. This study compares and analyzes international and foreign national standards to come up with improved standards in the national records management innovations. Four categories of standards are set for clearer explanation; national records management(KS ISO 15489), electronic records management, records management metadata, and others. Finally it suggests the promoting principles and strategies based on the analyses of the standard policies in USA and UK.

The goal of this study is to investigate the achievement of street improvement projects based on district unit plans aiming at improving the urban streetscape. Post assessments are conducted for three streetscape improvement projects - Noyu street improvement project, Hanaro street improvement project next to Sungshin women's university, Chatgoshipun street improvement project in front of Ehwa women's university. The results of the post assessment indicate that the initial quality of streetscape has been improved after the projects. The long-term sustainability of the streetscape, however, was not achieved for the street improvement project applied at the street next to Sungshin women's university due to the lack of support from the community. It is found that the key component of success for the street improvement project is the strong cooperation between public and private parties.
