As the importance of venture firms has increased as a new growth engine, the South Korea government makes various efforts to establish healthy ecosystems for ventures and start-ups. Especially in order to foster the competitiveness of venture firms, various support policies such as financial and R&D expenses are being expanded and promoted. In this study, the author analyzed the impact of government funding on venture firms' internal competencies and management performance by using the resource-based theory. Moreover, this study tested the moderation effect of firm's growth stages. Unlike previous studies, this study focused on qualitative rather than quantitative aspects of internal competencies and the financial and non-financial performance are used to measure the management performance of the ventures to examine the effects of government funding for venture firms in more details. For the purpose of verifying the hypothesis of this research, "The Research On The Precision Status Of Venture Firms" in 2017 from the Ministry of Small and Medium Business was utilized, which has been compiled since 1999. According to the results of this study, the government funding experience did not significantly affect the company's internal competencies and financial performance, but had a significant impact on the non-financial performance, which in turn seemed to have a significant effect on the financial performance. In addition, it was found that the technology, price, design, and quality competencies affected non-financial performance, while the organizational management and marketing competencies did not. However, the price, design, organizational management, and marketing competencies affected financial performance, while the technology competency was not. Finally, there were no differences in the effectiveness of government funding, depending on the growth stages.

Today, venture companies are increasingly important in that they play a key role in national economic growth. However, ICT venture companies are having great difficulties in securing a sustainable competitive advantage due to rapid environmental changes, and as one of the ways to solve this problem, they rely on the government's support policy. Accordingly, this study analyzed the effect of government support on management performance of ICT venture companies. For empirical analysis, the data from the 2016 ICT venture panel survey was collected, and 687 and 538 companies were selected to analyze the effect of funding and R&D support, respectively. Then, through propensity score matching, companies that received government support and companies with similar characteristics (control group) were compared and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that funding support had a significant effect on the growth potential of ICT venture companies, and R&D support had a significant effect on the stability of ICT venture companies. This means that there is a difference in management performance of ICT venture companies depending on the type of government support. Through this study, it was possible to confirm the effect of government's policies, and various support policies for specific purposes should be pursued to foster ICT venture companies. In addition, for the continued growth of ICT venture companies in the future, it will be necessary to consider package (technology, management, commercialization, etc.) support rather than individual funding support or R&D support.

The present study, the technology commercialization through support of government enterprise incubator, incubator companies examined, and the support of the government in accordance with the technical competence necessary steps management performance steps, support conditions required were investigated. This research focused on four areas of government-sponsored start-up support projects: facility support, funding, education support, and mentoring support, and examined the effects of business performance and the mediating effects of business start-up satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, it was verified that the facilities, education, funds and mentoring support of the start-up support project had a positive effect on the business performance of the founders, and the partial mediating role of the start-up satisfaction was also verified in the relationship between the start-up support project and the business performance. Based on these results, it was confirmed that support programs such as facilities, education, funds, and mentoring in government-sponsored start-up support projects are suitable factors to improve the business performance of founders. Finally, the implications of this study were presented and the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.

I conducted structural model analysis which is considered the influence of "government policy and micro-enterprise manager's characteristics" on management performance through effective analysis on governmental policy for micro-enterprise funding, training and consulting support. This study results showed characteristics of micro-enterprise manager and government policy significant to management performance. In the structural model, significant independent variables are customer's accessibility, promotion availability, goods mobility, customer attractive ability, effectiveness of funding, size of supported training, and effectiveness of training and satisfaction of supported consulting size.

The purpose of this study is suggesting proper support policy for the social enterprises by investigating the agency's needs of aiming social enterprise. The major findings of this research are as follows. Inter obstacle factors are the lack of operating and investment funds, and preceding condition for social enterprise's conversion is most important is finance support. The preparation of social enterprise's establishment and operating fund is needed in the conversion's process for social enterprise, and the important issues that central and local government have to solve are the support of labor cost and the obligation of trusts and purchases. Therefore, central and local government have to support initially funds for having facilities and staffs in social enterprises, and support forming market for the goods and services of social enterprises.

1980년대 산란 농가의 케이지는 대부분 A형이 주를 이루었으며, 1990년대에는 정부의 시설자금 지원이 본격화되면서 자동화$\cdot$대형화의 조류를 타고 외국산 직립식 케이지가 국내에 보급되기 시작하였다. 초기 직립식 케이지 설치로 평당 사육수수 증가가 가능했지만 자동화에 대한 지식 부족으로 질병과 생산성이 떨어지는 역효과도 있었다. 10년 이상 직립식 케이지에 적응하다 보니 노하우가 축적되어 대형 농장 위주로 직립식 케이지 설치가 증가하였고, 관리면에서도 안정을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 IMF이후 외국산 케이지를 설치하는 농가도 줄어들었고, 설상가상으로 정부의 시설자금 지원도 중단된 상태여서 외국산 케이지 보급이 소강상태를 보이다 최근에 와서 다시 설치가 증가하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 국내에 보급된 케이지 관리실태와 A/S현황을 알아보았다.
