The objective of this study is to find out whether policy acceptance(attitude formation and intention of action) is affected by the message appeals(rational vs. emotional) when policy PR messages emphasize prosociality, and by various factors such as trust in government, involvement, and demographic factors as moderating variables. Although message appeals does not show any difference by itself, interaction effect is observed between trust in government and message appeals; the rational appeal is more effective to those with low trust in government while the emotional appeal is more effective to those with high trust. No other interaction effect is founded but involvement, gender, and age group show important main effect in policy acceptance; high-involvement group and female group are more favorable in attitude toward prosocial policy and behavior intention compare to the each of counterparts, whereas older group is more favorable in behavior intention.

Nowadays, the high technology weapons system has been developed and the importance of ATE which measures the test specification is growing bigger and bigger. So the ATE software reliability becomes critical but the regulation of ATE development/management is less inadequate than that of DoD. In this paper, the improvement way of the ATE software reliability verification and ATE development/management processes were proposed.

모든 사회 생활 및 경제 활동이 인터넷을 통해 이루어지며 IoT, 빅데이터, 모바일, 클라우드가 연결되는 초연결 시대를 대비하기 위하여 신뢰성이 담보된 차세대 네트워킹 기술이 요구되고 있다. 신뢰성 있는 IP네트워킹 기술은 속도와 기능 및 성능의 고도화를 넘어서 새로운 환경에 적응이 가능한 유연한 구조와 다양한 상황에 대응하는 지능적 처리 방식으로 혁신되어야 하며 안전한 초연결 서비스를 위해서 프라이버시와 보안이 핵심으로 제공되어야 한다. 본고에서는 최근의 IP 네트워크 기술동향을 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 초연결 세상을 구현하기 위한 중심에 있는 신뢰 네트워크에 대한 개념을 새로이 정의하며, 필수적인 요구사항들과 기능들을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 적용 가능한 다양한 응용 분야를 도출하며, 지속적인 향후 연구방향에 대해서도 살펴보고자 한다.

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information - Just as much as they want sites that are easy to navigate. But the online reality today is that few Internet users say they can trust the web sites that have products for sale or the sites that offer advice about which products and services to buy. Users want the web sites they visit to provide clear information to allow them to judge the site's credibility. Users want to know who runs the site; how to reach those people; the site's privacy policy; and how the site deals with mistakes. In the eyes of users all sites ate not equal. Users have different credibility standards for different types of sites. For news and information sites users want advertising clearly labeled as advertising. And users want the site to provide a list of the editors responsible for the site's contents, including the editor's email address. For e-commerce sites, user expectations and demands are just about as high as they can be. They say that it is very important that these sites provide specific, accurate information about the site's policies and practices.

'92.7. 신행주대교 사고 이후 '건설공사 부실방지대책'을 수립하여 관련 제도를 정비하고 건설현장에 대한 불시 점검으로 견실시공 분위기 정착에 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 그동안 정부의 부실방지와 안전확보 노력에도 불구하고, 아직까지 크고 작은 부실이 계속되고 있으며, 삼풍백화점 붕괴와 같은 대형사고에 대한 불안심리가 사라지지 않고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 추진한 제도개선사항이 일선현장에 정착되도록 최선을 다하는 한편, 이해집단간의 의견차이로 추진하지 못한 사항도 과감히 개선할 계획이며, 앞으로 우리 건설업계도 건설시장 개방에 따라 국ㆍ내외 시장에서 생존하기 위해서는 견실ㆍ안전시공과 기술개발 및 업종전문화를 목표로 하고 품질경영을 최우선으로 실시하여 건설공사에 대한 신뢰성을 더욱 확고히 다져 나가야 할 것이다.

The government enacted shutdown system in the fall of 2011. It was to secure a right to sleep for the youth and prevent them from being addicted to game. The opinion on the system was dichotomized: gamers were against it for the reason that shutdown system was not effective while non-gamers like parents thought that it was a measure to prevent game addiction. The trust of the public on the government is influenced by the factors of moral and competence. That is, if the policy chosen by the government is effective, the public come to trust their government more. Focusing on the factors of the government competence, this study examined to know how the effectiveness and efficiency of governmental policies have impact on the public trust on the government. Particularly this study looked carefully into what factors of political effectiveness have impact on the trust by group (group with and against the shutdown system). Through this study some implication could be obtained for the difference in trust between two groups.

Recently smart phones have been proliferating widely and quickly. Since the number of mobile apps that are being developed and deployed to domestic/international app stores is rising, more apps are being installed and deleted by users without any difficulty. The deployed apps are each attested through distinct verification framework of specific app stores. However, such verification frameworks are insufficient in checking security concerns. Unfortunately, the security verification framework is necessary since the incidents of leaking privacy and confidential information are being increased in lately. The aim of this paper is to provide the security verification framework that assures security and reliability of the e-government mobile apps. In order to verify proposed verification framework, a few apps were selected and inspected through proposed framework and these inspection results are included in this paper.

에너지 산업 환경의 변화와 정부의 공기업 평가에 대한 대응책으로 시도된 대한석탄공사(KoCoal)의 균형성과관리(Balanced Scorecard, BSC) 프로젝트는 공기업의 가치제고와 조직원들에 대한 성과 평가의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 추진되었다. 본 연구에서는 대한석탄 공사가 새로운 비전과 전략으로부터 균형 잡힌 성과 영역을 판별하고 각 성과영역의 주요성공요인(CSFs) 및 주요 성과지표(KPIs)를 개발하여 연계하는 과정을 제시하고, 균형성과관리 시스템을 조직구성원의 성과 평가와 연결하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 대한석탄공사의 균형성과관리시스템의 기대효과를 제시하고 시행상의 문제점 및 개선방안을 모색한다.

국내의 지중케이블 시스템은 1970년대 154kV급 OF케이블이 도입된 이래로 현재까지 345kV급 OF/XLPE 케이블을 이용한 지중송전선로가 운영 중에 있으며, 도심지역의 전력공급을 위해 지중송전선로의 건설비중이 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 지중송전 계통에서 고장발생시 사회적 파장이 크고 가공송전선로에 비교할 때 복구에 대단히 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되므로 설비의 안전운전 및 장기신뢰성의 확보가 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 지중송전계통의 현장 조건을 고려한 실증시험장 구축의 필요성이 대두되어, 한국전력공사에서 정부의 인프라구축 지원사업으로 초고압 지중케이블에 대한 국제품질 공신력 확보 및 최적운영기술을 확보하기 위하여 장기 신뢰성 시험이 가능한 설비와 국제적 규모의 실증시험장을 구축하였다. 아울러 2011년 3월에는 ISO/IEC 17025에 따른 국제공인시험기관 자격을 취득하여, 국내외에서 제작되는 초고압 케이블에 대한 국제 공인시험이 가능하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국전력공사 고창전력시험센터 내에 구축된 지중케이블 시험장 및 장기신뢰성 시험설비에 대한 소개와 더불어 국제표준에 따른 공인시험방안과 현재까지 지중케이블 시험장에서 수행된 케이블 시험에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

There are a lot of game regulations in Korea. Each scholar has invested a game regulation. But there is no research about all the game regulations. All regulations in government should be registered in Regulatory Reform Committee. So, this study researched the all game regulation in Regulatory Reform Committee and found the present state and character of game regulation in Korea. The registered game regulations are only 22. But actually, there are 44 regulations in game field. And according to legal context, there are over 60 regulations in game field. And a lot of game regulations focus on the game addiction and gambling. The differences of regulation would influence the policy trust and government trust. This result would contribute to reform the regulation of game in Korea.
