메타인지는 자신의 인지와 학습활동에 대한 지식과 통제활동의 의미로 사용되었으며, 메타인지 지식은 자기 자신의 인지과정에 대하여 스스로 알고 있는 지식을 의미하고, 메타인지적 기능인 자기 조정능력은 학습활동을 스스로 조정하고 통제하면서 학습을 수행하는 능력을 말한다. 학습정보를 제공하는 피드백이 학습자의 학업성취도를 높인다는 연구들은 교수 학습의 과정에서 피드백이 학습효과를 높이고 학업성취도를 증가시키는데 공헌할 수 있다고 밝히고 있다. 이러한 메타인지와 피드백에 관한 선행연구들을 바탕으로 웹을 기반으로 한 프로젝트 학습에서 학습자의 베타인지 수준에 따라 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 피드백 유형이 필요함을 제안한다.

최근 대규모 네트워크 데이터에 대한 패턴을 분석하기 위한 연구에 대하여 관심을 가지고 침입탐지 시스템을 개선하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 특히, 이러한 광범위한 네트워크 데이터 중에서 침입을 목적으로 하는 데이터에 대한 탐지 능력을 개선하기 위해 먼저, 광범위한 침입항목들에 대한 탐지 적용기술을 학습하고, 그 다음에 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 침입패턴 인식능력 및 새로운 패턴을 빠르게 인지하는 적용기술을 제안하고자 한다. 침입 패턴인식을 위해 각 네트워크에 돌아다니는 관련된 패킷 정보와 호스트 세션에 기록되어진 자료를 필터링하고, 각종 로그 화일을 추출하는 프로그램들을 활용하여 침입과 일반적인 행동들을 분류하여 규칙들을 생성하였으며, 생성된 새로운 규칙과 학습된 자료를 바탕으로 침입탐지 모델을 제안하였다. 마이닝 기법으로는 학습된 항목들에 대한 연관 규칙을 찾기 위한 연역적 알고리즘을 이용하여 규칙을 생성한 사례를 보고한다. 또한, 추출 분석된 자료는 리눅스 기반의 환경 하에서 다양하게 모아진 네트워크 로그파일들을 분석하여 제안한 방법에 따라 적용한 산출물이다.

Data-centric AI의 발전으로 데이터의 중요성이 나날이 커져가고 있다. 학계, 기업, 정부 모두에서 데이터의 중요성을 인지하여 다양한 연구와 정책이 개발되고 있다. 물론 데이터를 활용하는 능력도 중요하지만, 데이터를 제작하는 능력도 매우 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 이러한 흐름에 비추어 본 논문은 데이터 제작이 필요한 경우 과제의 도메인과 무관하게 범용적으로 적용 가능하며 데이터를 쉽고 빠르게 효율적으로 구축할 수 있는 human-in-the-loop 데이터 파이프라인을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업이 데이터를 설계하고, 제작하는데 드는 시간과 비용 절감하게 하여 운영 효율화를 돕고자 한다.

검색 증강형 언어 모델은 입력과 연관된 문서들을 검색하고 텍스트 생성 과정에 통합하여 언어 모델의 생성 능력을 강화한다. 본 논문에서는 사전 학습된 대규모 언어 모델의 추가적인 학습 없이 In-Context 검색 증강으로 한국어 언어 모델의 생성 능력을 강화하고 기존 언어 모델 대비 성능이 증가함을 보인다. 특히 다양한 크기의 사전 학습된 언어 모델을 활용하여 검색 증강 결과를 보여 모든 규모의 사전 학습 모델에서 Perplexity가 크게 개선된 결과를 확인하였다. 또한 오픈 도메인 질의응답(Open-Domain Question Answering) 과업에서도 EM-19, F1-27.8 향상된 결과를 보여 In-Context 검색 증강형 언어 모델의 성능을 입증한다.

In this paper, a mobile system is designed and implemented for children with learning disabilities. The system is designed to improve reading skills of those students. The reading skill is very basic and essential ability for various subjects. In this paper, the proposed mobile system is based on PREP that is known as a good theory for improving reading skills of children with learning disabilities. The system has the following characteristics. First, the system can improve the reading skills by providing successive tasks and simultaneous tasks. Second, the system can provide interests by introducing quiz-type study and considering accessibility, and individuality of learning disorder students. Third, the system has user-friendly interface so that the students have easy access to the system. The system is applied to some elementary school students. The following result is obtained: both of reading attitude and reading ability are improved.

The importance of SW quality is also rising as the usage of SW is increased in the areas of society. The development of SW quality competency of the human resource is essential for ensuring the quality of SW product, and the details of it should be reflected firstly in the demands of industrial sites. In this paper, the needs assessment and the training priorities were identified by IT Test and IT Quality Assurance based on National Competency Standards(NCS). T-test, Borich's need assessment model, and the Locus for Focus Model were conducted for determining training priorities. As a result, top and post training priorities were drawn from the redundancy check and some related implications were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to discover the occupational identity by examining the narrative of the life of a TVET teacher using the project method in programming fields. Teacher S, a participant in the study, started as a part-time lecturer at university and has been teaching programs for the past 20 years. As a result, six kinds of occupational identities of a programming teacher who teach by project method were found. S experienced pride and pride as a teacher through the project method. The project method served as a motive for continuous self-development to lead S to an expert. His experience as a positive teacher made him wish to maintain this life and live as a teacher as long as his health permits, even after retirement. This study has significance in exploring the structure of the occupational identity of a TVET teacher using the project method in programming fields, which have not been studied yet.

본 논문에서는 정보기술을 활용하고자 하는 정부 관리자들의 보다 전술적인 문제로써 정보 기술사업의 선정방안에 대해서 미국 뉴욕주의 사례를 중심으로 논하였다. 뉴욕주의 정보기술사업 선정에 대한 분석은 선정절차, 선정기준, 평점방법, 그리고 선정조직의 측면에서 이루어졌다. 뉴욕주 기술사업 선정은 평가절차가 정확성에 보다 치중하고 있으며, 평가기준도 제안조직의 능력보다는 제안된 사업의 개발로 인한 영향 평가에 초점을 두고 있다. 평점모형에서는 구체적인 가중치를 부여하여 계량화하기보다는 영향의 (+)와 (-)를 밝히고 있다. 평가조직은 내ㆍ외부 전문가를 충분히 혼합하여 활용하고 있다. 이러한 특징은 의사결정의 문화성, 합리성, 그리고 합법성의 측면에서 다시 논의되었다. 뉴욕주정부의 정보 기술 사업 선정과정에서의 특징이 정보정책에 갖는 함의 또한 논의되었다.

본 논문에서는 초음파 및 적외선 센서와 무선 카메라를 장착한 소형 이동 로봇의 장애물 회피 및 물체 추적 방법을 제시한다. 장애물 회피를 위해서 제어부의 초음파 발생 신호의 귀환시간과 거리와의 관계 및 적외선 센서에서 측정한 아날로그신호와 거리와의 관계를 추출하여 이동 로봇과 물체와의 거리를 판단하여 로봇의 움직임을 제어하는데 사용한다. 물체 추적 모드에서는 첫째, 물체와 배경 및 유사잡음들과의 강인한 분리를 위하여 고유색상정보와 움직임 정보 등의 사전정보를 활용하였으며 둘째, 형태의 변화가 수반되는 경우에도 유연한 대처능력을 갖도록 하기 위해 영상의 영역분할 방법을 통해 모든 후보영역내의 물체의 존재를 확인하고 물체영역만을 추출하였다. 셋째, 물체 형태정보함수를 정의하고 해당함수를 형태의 보전 에너지로 활용하여 동일 물체의 대응문제를 효과적으로 해결하였다.
