In this paper, we propose the construction of multi-queries and consistency principle for the user's emotion-based music retrieval system. The features used in the system are MPEG-7 audio descriptors, which are international standards recommended for content-based audio retrievals. In addition we propose the method to determine the weight that represent the importance of each descriptor for each emotion in order to reduce the computation. Also, the proposed retrieval algorithm that uses the relevance feedback based on consistency principal and multi-queries improves the success ratio of musics corresponding to user's emotion.

In this paper, we discuss a validation test for cryptographic algorithms. The cryptographic algorithms decide on the security and the confidence of a security system protecting sensitive information. So. the implementation of cryptographic algorithms is very critical of the system. The validation lest specifies the procedures involved in validating implementations of the cryptographic standards and provides conformance testing for components or procedures of the algorithm. We propose a SEED Validation System(SVS) to verify that the implementation correctly performs the SEED algorithm. The SVS is composed of two types of validation tests, the Known Answer test and the Monte Carlo test. The System generates the testing data for the Known Answer tests and the random data for the Monte Carlo tests. This system can be used to validate and certify the cryptographic product.

According to literature review, fitness between IT activities and organizational strategy enhances performance. Theoretical research says that centralized company in IT activities is appropriate to cost-leadership strategy and decentralized company in IT activities is appropriate to differentiation strategy. But there are very few empirical research. The purpose of this study is to attest whether fitness between IT activities and organizational strategy enhances the information system performance. But the results of this field study were not consistent with literature that fitness of two independent variables enhance performance. So we should take other contingency variables such as organizational structure, culture etc. into consideration to investigate relationship between IT activities and strategy.

This study investigates the suitability of the blockchain and FIDO among non-face-to-face authentication means in order to secure diversity of identfication means operated in South Korea. In order to do this, the study selected and analyzed seven conformance criteria (universality, persistence, uniqueness, convenience, security, applicability, and economics), and the results were appropriate. Accordingly, in order to apply the blockchain and FIDO as the identification means, the related regulations and notices should be revised to improve the identification procedure. In addition, differentiated certification standards should be established for each service field to apply various authentication means as well as existing identification means, and the authentication means should be continuously developed and linked with the service. In the future, the identification means will bring security of the information circulation environment in the IoT, so it should be implemented in a variety of services by supporting application of identification means.

I propose implementation-based class testing technique based on the test adequacy criterion of an object-oriented program. Considering inter-data member dependences and a set of axioms for test data adequacy, it generates sequences of methods as test cases which satisfy a flow graph-based testing criterion. For a derived class testing. it considers inheritance relationship and the resuability of the testing information for its parent classes which verified the reduction of test cost through the experiment.

This study is to analyze the effect of compatibility of information characteristics and information technology structure on AIS performance. This used financial and non-financial factors as the characteristics of management accounting information and used information technology structure as centralization and decentralization classified by Ahtuv et.(1989) and Fiedler et.(1996). 425 sampling companies are selected randomly and 137 of them were used in this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, In compatibility analysis between the characteristics of management accounting information and information technology structure, in case of companies which have centralized data process system, AIS performance of companies which use financial information is higher than that of companies which use non-financial information. However, no meaningful results show statistically. in case of companies which have decentralized data process system, AIS performance of companies which use non-financial information is higher than that of companies which use financial information. Also the statistical results show the meaning at the p. < 0.01.

IEC 61850 기반의 디지털 변전소를 구축하기 위해서는 가장 중요하고 고려해야 하는 것은 IED의 통신서비스를 이용한 기능 구현이 국제 규격인 IEC 61850에 따라 적합하게 이루어 졌는지를 확인 사항이다. 하지만 변압기 Tap의 위치정보를 정수형의 데이터로 표현하는 지능형전자장치의 IEC 61850 변압기 Tap Changer의 제어에 대한 적합성 시험에 대한 내용 및 방법은 현재 국제 IEC 61850 적합성 시험에서는 포함하고 있지 않으며, 이를 실제 수행할 수 있는 시험장치도 존재하지 않는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 변전자동화시스템에 적용되는 지능형 전자장치의 Tap Changer 기능이 IEC 61850 통신서비스를 통해 이루어질 경우 이에 대한 국제규격을 기반으로 하는 적합성 시험을 수행할 수 있는 방안에 대한 설명하고자 한다.

서비스 인카운터의 제고는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과에 매우 중요하다. 서비스 인카운터는 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성에 의해 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성정도는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과를 높이는데 있어 핵심성공요인이 된다. 본 논문은 금융산업을 대상으로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략, 서비스전달시스템 결정요인, 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합성 여부가 마케팅성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템 결정요인간의 적합도가 높을수록, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합도가 높을수록 마케팅성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가능해보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등의 개선된 기능이 있는 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다.

Conventional researches of standard tool validating public key cryptographic algorithm have been studied for the internet environment, not for the mobile internet. It is important to develop the validation tool for establishment of interoperability and convenience of users in mobile internet. Therefore, this paper presents the validation tool of Elliptic Curie Cryptography algorithm that can test if following X9.62 technology standard specification. The validation tool can be applied all information securities using ECDSA, ECKCDSA, ECDH, etc. Moreover, we can en-hace the precision of validation through several experiments and perform the validation tool in the online environment.
