With the advent of the information era, the need to protect private information has increased rapidly. Theoretical answers to this problem in jurisprudence has been pursued in various ways over the last two decades. The purpose of this study is to find the types of human rights to information and provide directions for future studies by analyzing existing research materials. About 200 materials, including theses and dissertations produced from 1988 to the present have been collected and analysed. Lessons and implications for this study for the systematization of information rights are presented. I hope this study will contribute to future studies about information rights in jurisprudence.

인권 시소러스는 인권 관련 색인어 작성시 특정성 및 일관성을 유지하고, 다양한 이용자 계층의 정보 검색의 효율성을 증진시키고자 하는 일반적인 목적과 함께, 모호하게 사용되고 있는 인권 용어의 개념화를 통해 전문가 뿐 아니라 일반인들도 손쉽게 인권 전문정보에 접근할 수 있는 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 인권 관련어로 유의미하게 사용되는 용어군을 수집한 후 실험대상군을 설정하여 어느 정도의 관련성을 가지는가를 실험한 것이다.

본 연구에서는 인권의 측면에서 AI 모델이 향상된 답변을 제시할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해서 AI가 인권의 문제를 고민하는 전문가와 자신의 문제를 해결하고자 하는 사용자 사이에서 어느 정도로 도움을 줄 수 있는가를 정량적, 정성적으로 검증했다. 구체적으로는 국가인권위원회의 결정례와 상담사례를 분석한 후 이를 바탕으로 좀 더 나은 답변은 무엇인지에 대해 고찰하기 위해서 인권과 관련된 질의 응답 세트를 만든다. 질의 응답 세트는 인권 코퍼스를 학습한 모델과 그렇지 않은 모델의 생성 결과를 바탕으로 한다. 또한 생성된 질의 응답 세트를 바탕으로 설문을 실시하여 전문적인 내용을 담은 문장에 대한 선호도를 분석한다. 본 논문은 대화형 생성 모델이 인권과 관련된 주제에 대해서도 선호되는 답변을 제시할 수 있는가에 대한 하나의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This research focuses on the effects of international and national factors on the legislation of data privacy law in 117 countries from 1960 to 2011. Previous research on data privacy law usually put its emphasis on the contents of data privacy law, legal interpretation of data privacy law or legal cases; yet it lacks academic approaches from human rights perspectives. This paper points out the diffusion of data privacy law in nation states and analyzes the effects of national international factors affecting the legislation of data privacy law using an event history analysis. It turns out that the increasing number of internet users and international human rights regime are positively associated with the likelihood of having data privacy law. Contrary to our hypotheses, FDI, internal human rights practices, and the level of high technology do not show any effects on the likelihood of having a data privacy law.

The information drive of the businesses requires new alternatives in that the promotion of business efficiency through information process technologies ends up conflicting with the protection of information human rights on laborers' side. Nevertheless, apathy on information protection has a tendency to be distorted by the efficiency of the businesses. Should the capital and mass media warn economic red lights, political circles with uneasiness would ignore the significance of information protection on the behalf of business efficiency. Therefore, the importance of information protection is considered a smaller interest than that of business efficiency with the infringements of human rights on laborers' side arising. Informatization of the businesses along with the developments of information process technologies has enabled the management to monitor and control the behaviors of laborers. This new problem needs to establish both information protection mechanism and institutional devices to regulate those labor controls. The security of business activity without human rights infringement warrants both basic rights of the public and spirit of the Constitution. The study suggests the establishment and revision of laws suitable to the period of information human rights. On top of that, the establishment of the basic law for information protection of individuals' with the common principle that integrates the related laws and rules on-off line is needed. This will warrant the active participation of labor unions and create specific alternatives for information protection.

Various organizations generate and collect human rights records in North Korea for the purpose of punishing perpetrators and compensating victims; hence, a systematic and integrated management system on such records is needed. As such, the study aims to propose metadata for the human rights records in the country. Furthermore, the study derived common and necessary elements for the management of human rights records and referred deficiencies to the United Nations' (UN) guidelines by analyzing three local and international organizations and two human rights record software. Overall, the metadata consists of 15 upper elements in total with their corresponding subelements. Each of the proposed upper elements consists of 13 essential and 2 optional elements.

This study is to propose the philosophical direction of public library services based on human rights. To accomplish this purpose, this study comparatively analyzed key concepts from 13 statements related to IFLA as well as UDHR with the inductive approach for qualitative data analysis. The result shows that the most important concepts of human right emphasized from IFLA statements are 1) UDHR Article 19: Freedom of opinion and expression, and Freedom of information access, 2) Article 2: No distinction of any kind, Article 12: Privacy, and Article 26: Education, 3) Article 18: Freedom of thoughts, conscience and religion, and Article 27: Cultural life. From this result, this study finally suggests that the concept of human rights should be added to the Korean Library Law.

The purpose of this research is to examine childcare teacher's cognition of human right awareness for handicapped children and consciousness of social integration. The subjects were 209 kindergarten teachers in G city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis with SPSS ver. 14.0. The results are as follows: Among the childcare teacher's awareness about children with disabilities human right, awareness of right to survive, right to be protected, right to participate, and right to development had direct effects on their consciousness of social integration. Among the social supports influenced by childcare teacher's awareness of human right, informational support and material support had both direct and indirect effects on their consciousness of social integration. Therefore, as childcare teachers' awareness of human right is an important factor for their consciousness of social integration, a systemic human right education for human right awareness should be provided, the necessity of establishing various social support system should be recognized to foster the social environment of respecting young children's human right, and human right awareness should be practiced into action in daily life, in order to help childcare teachers to develop as the main agents of children's human right.

Controversies over NEIS(Network of Education Information System) began with very deep concern about infringement of human rights stemming from NEIS. A large information system which accumulates and uses huge size of individual information is always able to deeply infringe on human rights. But the ministry of education would not do the best not to be 'Big Brother' being dazzled by instrumental efficiency of information technology. NEIS has demonstrated problems of the information policy of Korea strongly driven in the name of 'E-goverment'. It has very strong characteristic of the statist economic growth policy focusing on more economic possibility than other. In this situation, making money is easily considered more important than protecting human rights. Information capitalism is nurtured at the sacrifice of human rights. So, we have to face problems of 'E-goverment' in order to correct the NEIS problem, The most important task to correct the NEIS problem is to make an element law protecting privacy and to establish an independent national institute protecting privacy

This study reviewed academic research related to the cyberethics in the field of humanities and social sciences. The most active and vibrant field of cyberethics is Pedagogy, followed by Law, communication, philosophy, social welfare science, sociology, business administration and psychology. In the field of cyberethics every major has different research themes. The research trend of cyberethics does not reflect distinctiveness of cyberspace, remaining in previous ethical philosophy. Further, it just establishes abstract morality. In the overall research of cyberethics lacks recognition of information human rights, therefore, it shows little tendency to living ethics. Moral recognition based on information human rights should be emphasized, and multi-disciplinary study is requested for future studies.
