MyData is a new entity that strengthens the rights of information subjects through the 'right to data portability' and utilizes data to enable hyper-personalized services using personal information. Korea's MyData system is recognized globally as an outstanding system in that it is creating a new MyData industry by granting the right to information self-determination through the 'right to request data transmission'. Now in its third year, this study evaluates Korea's MyData system from a consumer behavior perspective and identifies issues for improvement. To this end, this study reviewed previous research on the relationship between regulatory policy and consumer behavior to determine the applicability of a consumer behavior perspective in institutional evaluation. In addition, in a study on consumer behavior related to MyData, variables that affect the use of MyData were investigated and evaluation items from a consumer behavior perspective were derived. As a result of evaluating Korea's MyData system from a consumer behavior perspective, it was found that the factors considered important by consumers were appropriately reflected in the system. However, in cases where there are dual values of ease of use and personal information protection, regulatory aspects tend to take priority. Therefore, in order to revitalize the MyData industry, it is essential to implement market-friendly system improvements without compromising consumer rights. This study is differentiated from existing studies in that it attempted to derive a plan for system improvement by combining empirical consumer behavior research and regulatory policy research.

사물인터넷 관련 기술들의 다양한 연구개발은 정치 경제 문화 등 사회 각 분야의 진화를 촉진시키는 기반이 되고 있으며, 이러한 현상은 장애인을 포함한 사회적 약자를 위한 각종 제도 및 기기들의 다양한 개발 및 활용을 촉진시키는 기화로도 작용하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 장애인을 위한 사물인터넷 기반 장비의 개발은 더디게 이루어지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 특히, 청각장애인의 경우 위험을 회피할 수 있는 소리를 사전에 인지할 수 있을 경우, 다른 장애인 대비 매우 높은 확률로 위험을 회피할 수 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 이에 대한 연구개발이 매우 부족하다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 청각장애인들이 주변의 소리를 사전에 인지/확인할 수 있도록 하여, 발생할 수 있는 위험을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 디바이스의 개발을 제안한다. 제안하는 디바이스는 특정 크기 이상의 소리를 인지할 수 있는 소리 측정센서를 통해 해당 소리를 청각장애인이 인지할 수 있도록 알림을 제공하는 디바이스이며, 아두이노를 기반으로 하고 있기 때문에 기존의 다양한 청각보조기구 대비 매우 저렴하게 개발이 가능하다. 이를 통해, 청각장애인은 소리의 미인지로 발생할 수 있는 사고의 위험을 회피할 수 있으며, 안전한 보행권 및 이동권을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The indicators of an advanced society include the overall level of life quality and satisfaction among all the members. The overall life quality has close relationships with accessibility to urban space for the social weak. Access to facilities of interest and right of mobility in urban space are very important issues to the weak class in terms of transportation including the visually handicapped. In particular, great significance is endowed upon transfer facilities, which play mediating roles between facilities like passenger facilities, and the convenience facilities inside for the disabled, which are usually the only means for the disabled to access each facility. As they are provided to the visually handicapped as well, it's very important to analyze the concerned spatial distribution and offer the results. The previous studies on the subject, however, merely covered the perceptions of the users and the related statistical analysis. This study set out to analyze non-barrier space to promote the utilization of convenience facilities at passenger facilities by the visually handicapped and to secure their right of mobility by using a GIS for spatial analysis based on spatial data. The results show that it's urgent to supplement the existing space for the handicapped and that it's necessary to expand convenience facilities for the disabled such as paths with Braille points on them to promote their use of diverse convenience facilities inside.

Purpose: Recently, there has been a movement to guarantee the right to watch sports for the disabled. However, the sports stadium is designed without considering the wheelchair users, so the right to move in the stadium is not secured. Restrictions on the movement of the disabled make the evacuation vulnerable in an emergency. This study aims to develop a plan to ensure the safety of movement and evacuation of wheelchair users by conducting simulations targeting indoor sports stadiums. Method: The simulation was performed by constructing a scenario with the shape of the stands as a variable. The effect of the installation of wheelchair seats on evacuation was confirmed. Result: The results according to whether wheelchair seats are installed, the evacuation route of wheelchair movement, and whether wheelchair seats are separately arranged were compared. The impact of wheelchair seat installation on evacuation and its characteristics were derived. As a result, upward and separation seat was the most vulnerable to evacuation. Conclusion: A plan to secure evacuation performance was derived for the top floors of upward and separation seat. It is judged that the content can be use as a way to secure the safety of movement and evacuation of the disabled in sports stadiums.

새 천년을 맞이하여 국내 이동전화 시장은 규모와 기술적 측면에서 놀랄만한 변화 를 겪게 될 것이다. 음성중심의 2세대 이동전화 서비스는 보급율이 50%를 넘어서며 포화수 준에 근접하고 있으며, 앞으로 무선데이타 통화량이 크게 증가하여 3~4년 후에는 총 통화량 의 50% 이상을 점유할 것으로 예측된다. 통신사업자들은 통신망의 광대역화와 글로벌화, IP Network 화를 더욱 강력하게 추진하고 있으며, 올 연말로 예정된 IMT-2000 사업자 선정은 이러한 추세를 더욱 가속화시킬 것으로 전망된다. 특히, 인터넷과 이동전화의 융화는 인간의 삶과 문화를 한순간에 변모시킬 혁명적 위력을 내포하고 있다. 정보화 시대를 향한 정보통 신업계의 대변혁이 그 절정을 향해 가속도를 붙이기 시작한 것이다. 신세기통신은 이러한 변화와 혼돈의 거친 물결 속에서 21세기 '정보통신 업계의 강자'로 도약하기 위한 힘찬 항해 를 진행하고 있다. 2000년 상반기까지 IS-2000시스템을 구축하여 최대 144kbps 수준의 고속 데이타 서비스를 제공하는 한편 i-TOUCH 017 컨텐츠 (Contents)를 한층 다양화, 첨단화 하는 등 본격적인 이동인터넷 사업을 전개해 나갈 것이다. 또 CDMA 국제 자동로밍 서비스 를 일본, 미국, 유럽 등 전세계로 확대하여 017 서비스의 글로벌화를 이룩할 계획이다. 이러 한 통신망 진화와 이동 인터넷 사업의 상당 부분을 SK텔레콤과 함께 추진하게 될 것이며 이러한 양사간의 전략적 제휴에 따른 시너지 효과는 오는 연말 IMT-2000 사업권의 성공적 확보로 이어질 것으로 기대된다. 21세기 정보통신산업은 광대역 통신망으로 대변되는 하드 웨어와 인터넷 컨텐츠로 대변되는 소프트웨어가 서로 융화되는 방향으로 발전할 것이다. 이에 따라 고객의 서비스 만족도나 사업자 선택 기준은 기존 통화물질 중심에서, 사업자가 제공하는 컨텐츠의 다양성이나 편리성으로 변화하는 것이 국적을 바꾸는 것보다 어려운 시 대가 멀지 않은 미래에 도래할 것이다. 신세기 통신 과 SK 텔레콤에는 현재 1,300만명이 넘 는 고객이 있으며. 이들 고객은 어 이상 음성통화 중심의 이동전화 고객이 아니라 신세기 통신과 SK텔레콤이 함께 구축해 나갈 거대란 무선 네트워크 사회에서 정보화 시대를 살아 갈 회원들이다. '컨텐츠의 시대'가 개막되는 것이며, 신세기통신과 SK텔레콤은 선의의 경쟁 과 협력을 통해 이동인터넷 서비스의 컨텐츠를 개발해 나가게 될 것이다.

This paper proposes a handoff time decision mechanism to utilize resource efficiently by using Differential Received Signal Strength Indicator (DRSSI). DRSSI can be used to predict the movement direction of Mobile Station (MS). In other words, DRSSI changes its sign (+ or -) when a MS changes movement direction. This mechanism maximizes resource availability of Base Station (BS) by predicting resource reservation of MS and by giving priority of resource to MS. It is possible when a BS predicts the behavior of MSs by monitoring the DRSSI of MSs in overlapped region among cells. Additionally, we show that our proposed mechanism has better handoff blocking probability than existing mechanism with numerical modeling and analysis.

As the ability to use data becomes competitive power in the data-driven economy, the effort to create economic value by using personal data is emphasized as much as to protect personal data. EU's PSD2(the second Payment Service directive) became the initiative of the Open Banking trends all over the world, as it is the Mydata policy which protects the data subject's right by empowering the subject to control over the personal data with the right to data portability and promotes personal data usages and transfer. Korean government is now fast adopting EU's PSD2 in financial sector, but there is growing concerns in personal data abuse and misuse, and data breach. This study analyzes domestic financial Mydata policy in comparison with EU's PSD2 and focus on Personal information life-cycle risks of financial Mydata policy. Some suggestions on how to promote personal information and privacy in domestic financial Mydata Policy will be given.

남극세종기지 상공 중간권계면에서의 중량파(gravity wave)를 연구하기 위해 세종기지 유성 레이더로 관측한 유성 에코를 분석하였다. 2007년 이후 유성 에코의 공간적 이동으로부터 유성 관측 고도에서의 수평 바람 정보를 지속적으로 수집해왔다. 80-100 km 고도에서의 바람 프로파일에서 지구 규모의 성분인 평균 바람(Mean wind), 대기 조석 효과(Tides)를 제거하여 국지적인 규모의 중량파에 의한 바람 변화폭(wind variance)을 결정하였다. 월 단위로 평균한 결과로부터 중량파가 계절과 고도에 대한 뚜렷한 특징을 보이고 있음을 확인하였다. 남극 지역에서의 중량파는 동서방향의 바람(zonal wind)와 저층 대기의 남극 소용돌이(vortex)와 깊은 관련이 있을 것으로 생각된다. 남극 반도에 위치한 Rothera 기지에서의 관측 결과와의 비교를 통하여, 남극 반도에서 발생하는 중량파가 중간권과 저층 대기 사이에서 어떤 역할을 하는 지를 확인할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
