In this paper, we proposed a forensic mark algorithm which can embed the distributor's information at each distribution step to trace the illegal distribution path. For this purpose, the algorithm has to have the high capacity payload for embedding the copyright and user information at each step, and the embedded information at a step should not interfere with the information at other step. The proposed algorithm can trace the multilevel distribution because the forensic mark is generated by digital hologram and embedded in the DWT-SVD domain. For the high capacity embedding, the off-axis hologram is generated from the forensic mark and the hologram is embedded in the HL, LH, HH bands of the DWT to reduce the signal interference. The SVD which is applied the holographic signal enhanced the detection performance and the safety of the forensic mark algorithm. As the test results, this algorithm was able to embed 128bits information for the copyright and user information at each step. In this paper, we can embed total 384bits information for 3 steps and the algorithm is also robust to the JPEG compression.

각 부처에서 관리되고 있는 국가R&D정보는 범부처 공동활용을 위하여 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS) 체계를 통하여 유통된다. 그러나 부처별 연구관리전문기관에서 NTIS로의 단방향성 R&D정보 유통체계로 인하여 부처별 전문기관에서 관리되는 R&D정보와 NTIS에서 관리되는 R&D정보간 데이터 불일치 문제가 발생한다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 국가R&D정보의 관리현황 및 문제점을 분석하고, NTIS와 부처간 국가R&D정보의 동기화를 위한 국가R&D정보 유통체계 개선 프로세스를 제안한다.

인터넷 상에서의 허위정보 생산과 유통은 주로 가짜 뉴스를 통하여 이루어진다. 과거에는 신문이나 공중파 TV등 뉴스 기사의 생산과 유통이 매우 제한적이었지만 지금은 인터넷의 발달로 누구나 쉽게 뉴스를 생산하고 유통할 수 있다. 뉴스 생산의 용이성은 정보 공유의 즉각성과 수월성이라는 장점을 제공하지만 반대로 불확실한 뉴스 남발로 인한 정보의 신뢰성 하락과 선량한 피해자를 양산하는 단점 또한 존재한다. 이는 가짜 뉴스가 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있는 이유이다. 에이전트나 스파이더 등의 소프트웨어를 통해 인터넷으로 급속도로 전파되는 가짜 뉴스를 전통 방식인 소수의 전문가가 수동으로 잡아내는 것은 불가능하다. 이에 기술발달로 잡아내기 힘들어진 가짜뉴스에 대해, 역으로 발달된 기술을 활용하여 잡아내려는 시도가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가짜뉴스를 판별하는 다양한 기법들을 탐색하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study suggests new perspective of interorganizational communication. The importance of communication quality is increasing because it affects performance of marketing channels. In perspective of information exchange, communication quality consists of accuracy, availability, timing, and credibility. In research model, the antecedents of communication quality adopt willingness of information sharing and capability of efficient communication. To examine effects of communication quality on channel performance, research model includes relation of communication quality and conflicts. For empirical test, relation of PC makers and their dealers is decided as a focal dyad. Findings indicate that overall hypotheses are supported except the relation of willingness of information sharing and communication quality.

This paper deals with how to operate the sensor information through the GS1 standards in agricultural growth/distribution environment in the agricultural business. We defines the type of sensor to be used for agricultural growth / distribution environment monitor, GS1 standard identifiers for operating the sensor information, structure of the standard events, structure of schema growth / distribution environment to storage / share information and describes a method for storing, sharing information with a standard interface.

변혁의 소용돌이 환경 속에서 국가의 잠재성장력을 가속화하고 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 국가차원에서 지식정보인프라와 지식정보시스템을 단계적으로 구축하는 것이 무엇보다도 시급한 과제이고, 구축된 시스템도 정부중심의 공급자위주 측면에서 벗어나 수요자 측면에서 지식정보를 생산.유통시키는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. 지식기반경제에서 과학기술정보의 역할은 대표적인 지식창출과 경쟁력 엔진으로 작용하게 될 것이고, 또한 엔진의 성능은 정보의 생산.유통.활용체제 시스템 수준에 의해서 좌우될 것이다.

With the growing realization that the GIS data management becomes important more than ever, a great deal of the spatial data is being digitalized through various GIS projects, such as NGIS project. However, the integrated search and analysis for GIS data are highly constrained by the databases being heterogeneous and distributed among organizations. This paper is to introduce the system developed to solve the problem of interoperability in the heterogeneous and distributed databases environment. The system architecture is presented which is composed of spatial data servers, nodes, and a gateway. Also, the paper provides the implementation details of the client application to access and analyze the distributed and heterogeneous spatial data with the standardized interface. Finally, based on the technical architecture, the korea spatial data infrastructure is explained.

According to the development of Internet system recently, we focused in GIS data distribution and applications via internet rather than GIS data construction. Therefore in this paper, we present the necessity of security policy on GTS data. So we analyze the actual condition of GIS data through expert poll. We classify all of data used in GIS with the three security level : high level, middle level, low level. Finally we propose the proper security method on GIS data transfer and on GIS database access in accordance with progree of PKI project.

As Chinese political and economical status gets higher, a lot of multinational firms have tried to find some chances from the Chinese market successfully. Though geographically Korea is located closely to China, a lot of firms entering into Chinese market have turned out failed. Thus, this study researched Korean manufacturing firms in China, surveyed their localization degree of distribution, and tried to find out factors which influence these localization from a far-reaching literature. As a result of analyzing 146 questionnaires, the length of channel, among Chinese environmental factors, has a positive influence on the distribution localization degree. In addition, the factor of distribution relation assets has a positive effect on the distribution localization degree. Considering this study, the Chinese market, especially distribution field, has recently grown up to the world-class level. Therefore a firm intending to enter into China needs to be careful not to underestimate China.

한국과학기술정보센터(KORSTIC, 소장 김두홍)의 과학기술정보에 대한 인식이 점차 높아가고 있다. 정보활용의 격증에 대비한 75년도한해동안에 과학기술정보 서어비스의 현대화 (컴퓨터화)작업에 착수한 KORSTIC은 새로운 정보유통패턴을 정립하기 위해 정보주지매체의 형식과 내용을 혁신하고 있으며 정보수집, 처리, 제공등 일반사업도 목표량을 훨씬 넘어달성하고 있다. 75년도 업적을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
