  • Location Based Service(LBS) is various and widely spreading service based on the Location information. Those services are under the control of Privacy Act for Location Information to protect from misusing or overusing of personal location information. In this paper, we analyze a concept and a feature of personal location information and how to use and control the flow of location information by the Location Information Act. As the result of this paper, we expect to use the location information in various fields to develop more efficient service.

  • This study is to provide the customer's satisfaction and the economic evaluation model for the KISTI S&T Informaion Analysis Report with the results of the survey. Recently the important issue for the informaion analysis service is make policies that reflect the proper demand and satisfaction of customers. In this paper, we explain how the evaluate of information analysis service in the customer's satisfaction and the economic valuation model can be estimated using survey. In such a setting, the customer's satisfaction and the economic evaluation model are important methods for the reflection of monitored information in national scientific and technological policies.

  • National Information and Communication Services of Public Administration and Security organized by the 'A' group (Line service network), 'B' group (IP service network), 'C'Group (Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) service, IP application services) are provided by constructing the infrastructure. National Information and Communications Services 'C' group, providers are providing VoIP services. In this paper, national information and communications service 'C' group, providers of domestic calls, international calls, including calls to move we will study the basic telephone service. And text messaging, video telephony, IP-Centrex services, etc. we will study the seven value-added services. In addition, national information and communication service providers on the status of the project based on the analysis of national information and communication Internet telephone network using Internet telephony is the type of analysis. In this study, national information and communications services industry, will serve as the basis for the development.

  • 정보통신부는 2003년 7월 통신시장의 유효경쟁 활성화 방안으로 기존의 설비기반경쟁보다는 서비스 기반경쟁을 지향하겠다는 입장을 표명하였다. 고정망의 경우 서비스기반 경쟁을 위한 규제적 장치가 많은 반면 이동망의 경우 경쟁방안이 부재한 상태이다. 이에 따라 해외 많은 나라에서는 서비스 기반 경쟁 활성화를 위한 대안들을 모색하고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 설비기반 경쟁과 서비스 기반 경쟁의 개념 및 사례들을 분석하고 이를 통해 서비스기반 경쟁을 활성화시킬 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 서비스 기업들은 경쟁우위를 달성하기위해 서비스 인카운터를 제고하는 것이 바람직하다. 서비스인카운터는 서비스파업, 서비스생산시스템, 서비스표준으로 구성되므로 이들간의 전략적 일관성에 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 인카운터를 제고하기 위한 방안으로 서비스 기업의 경쟁전략과 하위전략인 MIS전략의 적합성을 경쟁전략, 서비스 생산구조, MIS과업, MIS전략구조로 파악하여 금융산업과 유통산업을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행했다. 실증분석결과 특히 경쟁전략과 MIS 과업, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스 생산구조간의 전략적 적합성이 가설을 높게 지지하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Main purpose of national information circulation institutions is efficient service to the users in the rapidly changing information environment. This research suggests plan that how national information circulation institutions provide service more effective to the users. For the study, RISS(Research Information Service System) is investigated. This research examines current services of RISS and analyzes foreign cases which is being advanced. Also it is reviewed that see how thing could have been changed that information service of national information circulation institutions for better ways to develop plan for RISS. The result of this research could be the basic resources for new service plan in information service of national information circulation institutions.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an effective information service process based on user's characteristics and needs in academic libraries. The process was informed by analysis of the entire information service cycle using real users as an exploratory study. The interview process between the user and information provider, and the information provider's perspectives regarding information services demonstrated that the user's information and subject analysis, effective interview methods, communication skills, information provider's recognition of information services, and core ability are important elements for effective information services.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze consumers'choice behavior with regard to information and communication technology(ICT) devices and related services. This research focuses on the relationships not only within each category but also among different categories by considering multiple choice situations in a variety of categories simultaneously. The multivariate probit model with demographic variables and the alternative specific constant model with variance-covariance matrix are estimated using survey data; moreover, the multi-dimensional scaling method is utilized for the presentation of the relationship map. It is evident from the results that some devices and services have a complementary or substitute relationship each other. This study can provide useful information for the development of new products and services by understanding and predicting consumer's behavior.

  • As ubiquitous technology has been developed and has come into everyday life, it has been integrated to tourism information service. However, each regional government develops ubiquitous tourism information service independently without successful example or standard. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze existing cases of domestic ubiquitous tourism information service as a foundation research to establish standard and effective development strategy for accelerating ubiquitous tourism information service in the future. First, ubiquitous technology trend which can be adapted to tourism information service was reviewed by secondary research. Second, representative cases of ubiquitous tourism information service were collected and analyzed in four aspects such as adapted ubiquitous technology, adapted device, service content and type of content. Finally, overall development strategy of ubiquitous tourism information service was discussed based on the analysis result. This paper contributes to get an outline of present conditions and problems of existing ubiquitous tourism information service, suggest overall development direction for ubiquitous tourism information service and point out necessity of the standard and unified plan for nationwide development and management.

Study of Multiple Topic Citation Analysis Service Method Using Citing and Cited Phrases (인용·피인용 구절을 이용한 다주제 인용 분석 서비스 방법 연구)

  • The analysis of citing and cited phrases provides an opportunity to enhance search-centric academic information services. However, most current studies focus only on citation analysis among academic associations, researchers, and articles, making it challenging to develop higher citation-based information services. This study proposes citation analysis service methods using citing and cited phrases. First, to verify the feasibility of suggested services, we have collected the most highly cited articles with specific domain terms and followed their citing relationship; after that, we found formal citation types and ratios in the original articles. And we conducted structural analysis, especially with three topics, "Deep Learning," "Green Energy," and "Aging," and then structurally illustrates the citation characteristics of related articles. Finally, we collected four most cited articles and all their citing ones for each subject from Google Scholar and analyzed the ratio of citation types and citation spread. We hope that various citation analysis studies and information services can be further developed based on our discussion for designing better information services.
