중국 중소기업들은 기업 경영에서 아웃소싱을 광범위하게 활용하고 있다. 이에 따라 아웃소싱을 위한 정보 수집 및 활용 역량은 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 역량으로 작용할 수 있다. 특히, 글로벌 시장에서 이러한 정보 역량은 기업의 수출 경쟁력을 제고하고, 지속가능한 성과 향상의 핵심 역량으로 작용할 수 있디. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국 중소기업의 이러한 아웃소싱 전략을 개방형 혁신 전략의 프레임워크에서 논의하고, 중국 중소기업의 정보수집 및 활용 능력이 기업들이 추진하는 제품 차별화나 원가우위 전략에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한, 이러한 정보 역량들이 궁극적으로 기업의 최종적인 성과로서 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통해 중국 중소기업 345개사의 응답을 확보하였고, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중국 중소기업들의 정보수집 및 활용 역량은 각각 제품차별화 전략과 원가우위전략의 실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 통해 최종적으로 기업의 수출성과 역시 향상되는 것을 규명하였다.

본 논문은 예비유아교사 양성과정에서 요구되는 핵심역량 중 재개념화가 필요한 지식정보처리역량의 구성방향과 이를 위한 교육내용 탐색을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 과거 정보화역량과 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 가치를 비교하여 기초내용을 구성한 후 현장전문가, 교육전문가, 예비교사 등 15인을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰 연구방법을 통하여 연구결과를 도출한다. 본 논문에서는 선행연구를 참고하여 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량을 교육현장의 문제해결을 위하여 다양한 영역의 지식과 정보를 처리하고 활용할 수 있는 역량이라 개념정의 하였고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 이를 위한 교육내용을 설정할 것이다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 교육내용은 예비유아 교사양성과정의 교육과정개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to provide an empirical investigation of the effects of communicative competence on information literacy of undergraduates. The research results were found as follows; First of all, receptive competence has a significant effect on information needs, information retrieval and information evaluation. Secondly, transmission competence has a significant effect on information integration and information representation. Finally, adjustment competence has a significant effect on the overall information literacy, that is, information needs, information retrieval, information assessment, information integration, information representation and information ethics. Therefore, we can understand communicative competence has a closed relationship with information literacy.

The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effectiveness (knowledge, attitude, skills of Evidence-Based Practice, and problem solving skills) of nursing information literacy competency enhancement program for nursing students. It is a pre-post design study carried out with a single group of 72 sophomores in a nursing college. Nursing information literacy competency enhancement program of 6 times (8 hours) was provided to nursing students. Our results have demonstrated that knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice, and problem solving skills were significantly higher in nursing students. In conclusion, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program was effective in promoting knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice and problem solving skills. Based on our results, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program can provide a basis for enhancing evidence-based nursing practice competencies and problem solving skills of nursing students.

In this paper, we propose antecedent factors that influence the Information Literacy Competency of female farmers using smart devices. The study was analyzed using the materials from the "Primary Survey of Information Literacy Competency Measurement Index for Female Farmers" by the Rural Development Administration. The target of the survey was 200 women working on the farms. The descriptive, correlation, and multiple regression analyses, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 21.0 program were performed. Study results found that among the psychological factors, Self-efficacy and Innovativeness have positive effects on Information Literacy Competency. Among the Sociodemographic factors, the education level, presence of smartpads, and tiem spent on smartphones have positive effects on Information Literacy Competency. Findings of the results contributed to the understanding of the Information Literacy Competency for female farmers, who have lack of infromarion on smrt devices, and suggested the direction of enhancing the level of Information Literacy Competency for female farmers.

This paper aimed to analyze the effect of SW convergence education applying Yut-nori on the knowledge information processing ability of elementary school students. A study was conducted targeting elementary school students in the islands of Jeollanam-do. A SW convergence education applying Yut-nori was developed and applied to the experimental group. A pre-test for knowledge and information processing competency was conducted, SW convergence education applying Yut-nori was conducted, and a post-test for knowledge and information processing competency was conducted. As a knowledge information processing capability test tool, the upper elementary school knowledge information processing competency measurement tool was used for analysis. According to the analysis, SW convergence education using Yut-nori is effective in improving knowledge and information processing competency, which is the ability of elementary school students to collect, analyze, evaluate, and use selected knowledge and information to solve problems efficiently. It was found to be effective in improving knowledge and information processing competency.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among information resources use, problem solving ability, nursing information literacy competency in general hospital nurses. The descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from 141 nurses working in the two general hospital located G city using self-reported questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistics 20.0 program. As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting nursing information literacy competency were problem solving ability and electronic information resources use. And this model could explain 38.0%(F=43.73, p<.001). Considering the findings from this study, nurses need to develop problem solving ability and electronic information resources use improvement program for them.

This study examines the effect of information systems through communication and process competency to increase customer relationship competency. This study focuses on the effect of information systems which help internal customers for their work to satisfy the external customers. Based on the data collected by KRIVET and the Ministry of employment and labor, information systems, communication, process competency, and customer relationship competency are examined. The result showed that information system has an influence on communication and process competency, significantly. Process competency affect customer relationship competency positively while communication does not. However, communication has a positive influence on process competency.

Professional competencies serve to demonstrate and develop expertise. As such, the study summarized theories on the concept of competency and competency model development and utilization, proposing ways to utilize the competency system to strengthen domestic archivists' expertise through a case study of international archivist competency systems. Five competency frameworks for archivists developed by international archivist associations were analyzed. Results showed that the archival profession's competency frameworks were primarily utilized in two ways. First, they are used to verify professional definitions, which are used as verification standards for registering certified professionals at the archivist association level. Second, they are used to enhance expertise in conjunction with individual professional self-assessment and continuing professional development program design. These two applications can operate in a complementary relationship to utilize the competency framework in demonstrating and strengthening competencies.

This study attempts to examine determinants of both digital capacity and digital utilization among older people by using the seemingly unrelated regression. Using '2019 Survey of Digital divide', the study has the following results: first, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy and confidence have significant relationship with digital capacity; second, not only self-efficacy and confidence but also digital support has significant relationship with digital utilization. By examining the common factors and differential factors which explain digital capacity and digital utilization, it contributes to broadening and deepening knowledge on digital divide and building effective strategies for overcoming digital divide among older people in Korea.
