인터넷의 등장과 네트워킹 기술의 빠른 발전은 다양한 응용의 등장 및 사용자의 증가에 의한 대역폭 요구량 증가 등의 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 변화와 기존 라우터의 한계점으로 인해 스위칭과 라우팅 장비의 고성능화, 확장된 라우팅 기능의 제공 등이 필요하게 되었고, 이를 위하여 IETF는 현재 MPLS라는 Label switching 방식을 표준화 중이다. 이 표준화 작업에 기반이 된 기술 중의 하나가 태그 스위칭 기술이며, 본 논문에서는 이 기술에 대한 성능을 분석하였다. 표준 및 스위치 개발이 연구중인 현 시점에서, 태그 스위칭 기술의 성능 평가 결과는 특히, ATM의 스위칭 능력과 IP계층 능력의 효율적인 활용의 기반 자료가 될 것이다. 본 논문은 라우터와 태그 스위치를 포함하는 망을 구성하고 NLANR에서 제공하는 인터넷 트래픽을 입력 트래픽 소스로 하여 성능 평가를 수행하였으며, 태그 스위칭의 구조 및 ATM testbed에서의 구현 시, 이 기술이 갖는 스위칭의 기능성 및 성능을 분석하였다.

기존 제어 시스템을 위한 언어들은 기기에 따라서 많은 차이가 있어 호환성에 문제가 있었고 구문 자체가 제어기기 중심으로서 조건, 제어문 작성이 어려워서 일l반 프로그래밍 언어에 익숙한 사람은 프로그래밍하기에 어려운 점이 많았다. 본 논문에서는 제어 언어들이 다양한 하드웨어 기종에서 사용이 가능하도록 객체 지향 프로그래밍 언어인 자바로 변화하는 과정을 다룬다. 제안한 자바 프로그램은 기기의 제어 목적의 퍼스널(Personal) 자바나 임베디드(Enbedded) 자바와 달리 표준적인 자바를 사용하기 때문에 제어 시스템에서 뿐 아니라 모든 대상의 하드웨어에서 사용이 가능하며 사용자는 각 시스템에 맞는 언어를 배울 필요가 없고 확장성도 뛰어나다. 단 자바는 기존 컴파일 언어보다 느리고 네트워크상의 과부하 대처 능력이 부족하여 발생하는 문제점이 있었는데 그 해결방안으로 시간 제약 구문을 제시하여 자바의 제어 시스템 활용능력을 높인다.

프로젝트 관리의 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있는 상황에서, 프로젝트의 성패를 좌우하는 리스크와 ad hoc 문제점을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 효과적인 기법이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 표준 프로젝트 관리 체계에서는 주로 리스크 관리를 위한 계획 위주의 프로세스가 강조되고 있다는 한계가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 표준 리스크 관리 프로세스에서 활용되는 확률 및 영향 매트릭스를 고려하여 문제점 관리를 위한 우선순위 결정 기법의 필요성을 설명하였다. 또한 6시그마 DMAIC 프로세스의 Measure 단계에서 주로 이용되는 FDM을 프로젝트의 문제점 관리에 적용하여, 여러 문제점들을 동시적으로 고려하고 체계적으로 우선순위화함으로써 프로젝트 관리 능력을 향상시키는 방안을 제시하였다.

효과적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위해 SPICE와 CMMI 프로세스 심사 표준을 도입하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 표준을 통해 효과적인 개선하기 위해서는 개선점과 위험을 식별하고 이들 이슈들을 개발환경에 적용시켜서 조직의 비전에 대응한 작업성능을 높여야한다. 지속적인 개선을 필요로 하는 조직은 현재의 작업성능을 측정하고 이를 개선하기 위한 개선점을 찾아내는 능력과 경험을 축적하여 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 기존의 SPI 모델들은 무엇을 수행해야 하는지에 대한 지침은 제공하고 있지만, 정량적인 작업성능 측정 및 특정 환경의 소프트웨어 개발 조직의 SPI를 위해 필요한 구체적인 지침을 제시하고 있지는 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 정량적인 SPI룰 위해 프로세스 측정 메트릭 정의와 심사 경험이 분석되어 활용될 수 있는 PCM(Process Capability Metric) Experience Factory 모델을 제안한다.

With the rapid development of mobile services and the prevalence of education robots, robots are being developed to become a part of our lives and they can be utilized to assist teachers in giving education or learning to students. This standard has been proposed to define the degree of autonomy for education robot. The autonomy is an ability to perform a given work based on current state and sensor value without human intervention. The degree of autonomy is a scale indicating the extent of autonomy and it is determined in between 1 and 10 by considering the level of work and human intervention. It has been adapted as per standard and education robots can be utilized in teaching the students autonomously. Education robots can be beneficial in education and it is expected to contribute in assisting the teacher's education.

HRDI(Human Resources Development Institute) has not performed the efficient costing model because of it's variety types of institutes, courses and vocational education and training techniques. This study proposed the integrated costing model using job costing, activity based costing and standard costing methods to meet needs of HRDI. And the model will be used in two-phased approach including adoptable model and ideal model. The integrated model includes costing techniques, cost elements, indirect cost allocation bases and cost analysis methods using a contribution margin model to calculate and analyse cost information in HRDI. The proposed integrated costing model of HRDI has some limitation of no relationship with the performance management. But this model will prepare valuable information by using detailed data and costing techniques. And then this model will be developed as a advanced costing model using standard costing to relate with the performance model.

The aim of this study is to analyze informatization competencies of the international ship supply companies at Busan port. This study comprehensively suggests certain issues attributed to the successful implementation of total information management system for ship supply. To achieve this objective, evaluation was undertaken based on the model of the National Competency Standards (NCS). This model consisted of three evaluation areas, including 20 items. Analysis of information competencies of ship supply companies was undertaken using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Survey data was collected from ship supply companies located in the ship supply center at Busan port. Results found that there were significant differences between importance and performance. In addition, overall informatization competency was very low. Thus, in order to ensure successful implementation of total information management system, re-education programs for ICT usage and dedicated support organization are necessary.

인터넷 활용을 통한 교수학습이 교육 전반에 파급되면서부터 교사 홈페이지의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 교사들은 홈페이지 제작 능력이 부족하거나 제작하는데 근무외 시간을 많이 들여야 한다는 부담감으로 인해 홈페이지를 제작하여 운영할 엄두를 내지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 홈페이지 제작을 위한 기본지식이 전혀 없는 초보자나 비전공사라 할지라도 최소의 필요정보 입력만으로 학급 홈페이지를 제작할 수 있는 인터넷의 기반의 초 중등학교 교사용 홈페이지 자동생성시스템 구현에 관한 연구를 하였다 그에 따라 초·중등학교의 교육정보화를 위한 홈페이지의 요구사항을 분석하였고, 학교와 가정을 연계할 수 있는 동적인 홈페이지 구현을 위한 표준 모형을 설계하였다. 또한 제안한 홈페이지의 설계를 기초로 하여 홈페이지 자동생성시스템의 요구사항을 분석하였고, JSP 프로그래밍 방식을 이용하여 자동생성시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 본 시스템의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 초·중등학교 교사의 홈페이지가 쉽게 구축될 수 있음은 물론, 학교 정보화를 위한 교육보조수단으로 활용함으로써 교육 정보화를 향한 작은 밑거름이 될 수 있을 것이다.

현재 한국어 의존 구문 분석의 표준은 어절 단위로 구문 분석을 수행하는 것이다. 그러나 의존 구문 분석의 분석 단위(어절, 형태소)에 대해서는 현재까지 심도 있는 비교 연구가 진행된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 의존 구문 분석의 분석 단위가 자연어 처리 분야의 성능에 유의미한 영향을 끼침을 실험적으로 규명한다. STEP 2000과 모두의 말뭉치를 기반으로 구축한 형태소 단위 의존 구문 분석 말뭉치를 사용하여, 의존 구문 분석기 모델 및 의존 트리를 입력으로 활용하는 문장 의미 유사도 분석(STS) 및 관계 추출(RE) 모델을 학습하였다. 그 결과, KMDP가 기존 어절 단위 구문 분석과 비교하여 의존 구문 분석기의 성능과 응용 분야(STS, RE)의 성능이 모두 유의미하게 향상됨을 확인하였다. 이로써 형태소 단위 의존 구문 분석이 한국어 문법을 표현하는 능력이 우수하며, 문법과 의미를 연결하는 인터페이스로써 높은 활용 가치가 있음을 입증한다.

This study sought to develop an integrated information literacy curriculum that would have a strong relationship with curricula through the standard themes abstracted from theme network structures, scan and cluster analyses of the information literacy curricula. In addition, this study also attempted to develop a teaching-learning model for the developed integrated information literacy curriculum. This study utilized the themes of information literacy instruction that have interdisciplinary characteristics as analysis criteria in analyzing the commonality of information literacy instruction and the subject curricula. The following characteristics were found from the analyzing the areas of commonality. Foremost, the first themes(the fields of basic learning skills and nature) which belongs to the fields of information society, library, information technology, collaborative skills were found to have many relationships with the subject curricula. Next, the second themes(the field of information problem solving capabilities) which is the core field of information literacy instruction showed a weak relationship with the subject curricula.
