본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.

The use of digital information technology has become important in order to effectively respond to changes in production conditions in Korean agriculture, which are continuously worsening due to a decrease in the rural population, deepening aging, and climate change. Accordingly, this study analyzed the factors affecting farmers' adoption of information devices use and the effect of information devices use on agricultural product sales using the propensity score matching method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that low-age farmers, high-education farmers, and leading farmers are highly likely to adopt use of information devices. For farms with similar characteristics such as age, management size, and farming type, it has been confirmed that farms that have adopted information devices use in agricultural management have higher sales of agricultural products. Therefore, increasing farmers' access to information and the ability to use information devices provides implications that farm income can be improved. The government's informatization support project in the agricultural and rural sectors is important so that farmers can have the ability to distribute informatization devices and utilize agricultural information, and active investment should also be made in information infrastructure.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼 이주 여성의 디지털 정보화 변화 만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료 중 결혼이주여성 응답을 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 결과, 첫째, 결혼 기간이 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 스마트폰 이용일수가 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 디지털 정보화기기 활용 역량 중 PC 활용 능력은 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤고, 모바일기기 활용 능력은 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 디지털 정보활용 역량 중 취미여가에 활용은 결혼 이주 여성의 디지털 정보화 변화 만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 디지털 사회자본 중 가교형 사회자본이 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 결혼 이주 여성의 디지털 정보화 변화 만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 많은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 현 초등학교 학급의 정보화 시설 설비활용 실태를 분석하여 이를 토대로 초등학교 학급의 정보화기기 기준 안을 마련하여 정보화기기 확충과 활용의 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 관내의 10개 초등학교 학급 담임교사 40명을 임의 표집하여 설문연구를 하였다. 통계처리는 빈도분석과 x2 검증 방법으로 검증하여 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사회를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준 안을 세워 예산 확보와 관리자들의 정보 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the use and inconvenience of informatization devices according to the disability of the elderly. A total 10,097 data from the elderly survey were used to analyze the differences in the possession and use of information devices, usage capabilities, and injustice according to disability. Descriptive analysis was conducted to find out general characteristics and disability-related characteristics. chi-square tests were conducted to find out the difference in informatization and communication device usage ability and information device usage inconvenience according to disability. The p-value was set at 0.001. As a result of the study, the elderly with disabilities in Korea had lower smartphones and tablet PCs than the non-disabled elderly. In terms of daily inconvenience, the elderly with disabilities often responded that they had no experience or did not know about the inconvenience of online reservations for trains/high-speed buses/intercity buses, ordering kiosks at restaurants, using ATMs, or reducing bank stores. Taken together, the ability of the elderly with disabilities in Korea to possess and use informatization devices is very low and they feel more inconvenience than the non-disabled elderly. It is necessary to improve the ability to possess and use informatization devices for the elderly with disabilities in the rapidly progressing aging of the disabled and the informatization of our society.

This study investigates the effects of different types of digital informatization (i.e. access, skill, utilization) on life satisfaction. The mediation effects of the outcome of digital device use between digital informatization and life satisfaction are also tested. The '2020 Survey on the Digital Divide' conducted by the National Information Society Agency was referenced for empirical analysis. The findings show that in general, digital informatization contributes to improving life satisfaction. In addition, the outcome of digital device use mediates the positive relationship between digital informatization and life satisfaction. However, the magnitudes of the effects of digital informatization and mediation effects differed according to the types of digital informatization. This study supports the necessity and justification for a digital informatization policy and provides valuable information that helps establish and promote digital informatization policies. In addition, this study helps to understand the determinants of the third-level digital divide information by examining the relationship between digital informatization and the outcome of digital device use.

The intent of this study was to examine what elementary school teachers thought about the adaptation to the information age in education in a bid to seek ways to have the computer equipments utilized enough to justify the efforts and the cost of installation. This study was conducted to provide answers for the following questions: First, what do the elementary school teachers perceive the Education information system? Second, what is their opinion on the ways to elevate teacher competencies for dealing with the information system? Third, what is their awareness of the information ethics?

The research hypothesis of this paper is that education for smart device utilization has a positive effect on ability and utilization of smart devices for the disabled. The data for disabled of NIA's 2012 survey about digital divide is used, and the research method is "Heckman's 2-stage method" which considers the problem of selection bias. As a research result, this paper says that the disabled who had experience of education for smart device utilization have higher level of ability and utilization of smart devices. Also, a high level of education and family income, professional career and young generation have been very positive effect on the high level of ability and utilization of the disabled. The level of ability and utilization of the blind tend to be lower than those of the physically disabled. These results remind that the education for smart device utilization for the disabled is important and effective. And various contents and methods of education which are appropriate for the disability types should be developed.

정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 맡은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 학교 예산의 차이와 관리자의 정보 인식에 따라 정보기자재의 학교별 확보량과 사용량의 차이가 심화되고 있다. 신 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사우를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 교사와 정보부장들에게 설문을 통해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준안을 제시하고 예산을 확보하여 관리자들의 정보기자재에 대한 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공 할 수 있다.

정보화지표는 정보화의 진전에 따라 국가 전체 또는 어느 한 부분의 정보화 수준을 측정하여 함축적인 지수로 나타나게 해주며, 그 활용이 매우 편리하여 널리 이용되는 분석방법 중의 하나이다. 정보화지표의 설정모형에 따라 국가 정보화 수준에 대한 분석결과는 달라질 수 있으며 이에 따른 정책의 결정도 변화될 수 있어, 합리적인 정보화지표의 설정은 그만큼 중요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 국가 정보화 수준을 정확하게 측정하기 위한 효율적이고 현실에 부합된 지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 최근 정보화 진전 및 변화된 환경을 고려하여 정보화지표의 개념을 정립하였다. 그리고 이를 기준으로 정보화지표 체계를 확립하고 측정항목별 지표를 설정하였다. 본 연구는 먼저 세 가지 지표, 즉 정보화설비지표, 정보화이용지표, 그리고 정보화지원지표를 설정하고 이를 보다 효율적으로 비교 분석이 가능하도록 6개 그룹으로 세분화하였다. 즉, 정보기반구조, 정보통신기기산업, 기초정보이용, 고도정보이용, 정보화 연구개발투자, 정보인력지표로 세분화하여 각 부문의 정보화 수준을 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 각 그룹별로 현실성 및 실제 적용가능성 측면을 고려하여 총 28개의 정보화측정지표를 설정하였다.
