Environment is an important factor in city life. Environmental elements are a subject that must be discussed in the smart city plan, but there is still a lack of information and data sharing in the urban environment, so improvements are needed. As part of the intelligent of Nanjing, this research has made in-depth investigation into the construction and service demand of environmental information, and has carried out the research on the design and construction of intelligent information platform that conforms to Nanjing intelligent city planning, improves environmental quality and provides environmental information service. The visualization of information is also studied. The result is an important module in the construction of intelligent city in Nanjing.

Climate change is predicted to increase the frequency and intensity of rainfall worldwide, and the pattern is changing due to inundation damage in urban areas due to rapid urbanization and industrialization. Accordingly, the impact assessment of climate change is mentioned as a very important factor in urban planning, and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is emphasizing the need for an impact forecast that considers the social and economic impacts that may arise from meteorological phenomena. In particular, in terms of traffic, the degradation of transport systems due to urban flooding is the most detrimental factor to society and is estimated to be around £100k per hour per major road affected. However, in the case of Korea, even if accurate forecasts and special warnings on the occurrence of meteorological disasters are currently provided, the effects are not properly conveyed. Therefore, in this study, high-resolution analysis and hydrological factors of each area are reflected in order to suggest the depth of flooding of urban floods and to cope with the damage that may affect vehicles, and the degree of flooding caused by rainfall and its effect on vehicle operation are investigated. decided it was necessary. Therefore, the calculation formula of rainfall-immersion depth-vehicle speed is presented using various machine learning techniques rather than simple linear regression. In addition, by applying the climate change scenario to the rainfall-inundation depth-vehicle speed calculation formula, it predicts the flooding of urban rivers during heavy rain, and evaluates possible traffic network disturbances due to road inundation considering the impact of future climate change. We want to develop technology for use in traffic flow planning.

한국 방언 검색 프로그램은 21세기 세종계획 프로젝트의 한민족 언어 정보화 분과에서 개발한 것으로 남한의 방언과 북한의 방언 및 해외 동포가 살고 있는 지역에서 사용되고 있는 한국어 방언을 컴퓨터로 검색 할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 한국 방언 검색 프로그램은 검색된 방언들의 정보를 HTML 문서로 화면에 표시할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 방언의 각 지역별 사용 분포를 지도를 통해 확인할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국 방언 검색 프로그램의 기능과 방언 지도의 도시를 위한 지도 도시 알고리즘에 대해서 논한다.

This study aims to analyse the U-City characteristics through the U-City historical mapping. The U-City characteristics were analysed by building the U-City historical map in terms of STIM model which consists of service, technology, infrastructure and management. The data for analysis is the National Informatization White Paper published by the NIA (National Information Society Agency) from 2002 to 2013. As a result, first, the U-City service were evolved from administration informatization, enterprise informatization, administration/living informatization and administration/space/private informatization through the intelligence facilities and space. Second, the U-City technology were changed through wire network, sensor/network, processing/super-highway network, convergence of network/security. Third, the U-City infrastructure have had evolutionary process such as wire computer network, wire/wireless network, intellectualization facility and intelligent facility space. Forth, the U-City management were carried out with making the unit network/infrastructure management, information connection/operating management and information integration/participation management. Therefore, the history of U-City has been making rapid development in government computerization, computer oriented society, information city and ubiquitous city.

The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.

도시철도유지보수체계 정보화시스템 연구에서 예방정비시스템 구축을 위해 RCM 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 특히 예방정비에서 RCM은 지난 십 수년간 정비보수(Maintenance) 분야의 관리 기법으로 다른 어느 분야의 관리 기법 보다 한층 탁월한 발전을 하고 있다. 특히, 도시철도분야는 매우 복잡한 시스템으로 유지보수에 대한 신뢰성과 효율성 및 안전성을 가장 먼저 확보하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 여러 분야에서 오랜 기간동안 운영한 결과 상당한 유익점이 있다고 증명된 신뢰도 중심 정비 (Reliability Centered Maintenance: RCM)에 대한 소개를 하면서 도시철도 시스템에 대한 적용하고자 한다.

With the rapid development of information and telecommunication technologies, the adoption of ubiquitous technologies is increasing for the realization of new effective u-City services. u-City is defined as a next-generation informatization city that can innovate a city's various functions, such as improving the welfare of the citizenry, ensuring safety based on systematic urban management, improving the quality of lives, and increasing convenience in city life, by merging cuttingedge information and telecommunication infrastructures and ubiquitous information services with urban space. There is therefore a need to recognize that a successful u-City implementation strategy involves developing the previous UIS into a ubiquitous technology-based UIS and integrating UIS's various urban informations with effective u-City services. In this paper, for UIS-based u-City implementation, the intelligent integration model of urban spatial information based on interoperability is proposed.

Purpose of this research is to study status of regional informatization of new information alienated women immigrants in concern of uplifting social activities of them under rapidly changing social environment onto the multi-cultural society, which would be used to propose educational courses and concepts aligned to women migrants. Based on the research of informative social activities, the most beloved activities are hobby or leisure related subjects, and places which has utilized information education well and in urban areas are high in social activities. Consequently, supporting fundamental courses of information education are mandatory to encourage social participation activities in area such as regions in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gwangju, also more intense courses linked with informative tracks are needed in places with lively social participation activities such as in Seoul, Daejeon, and Jeju-do.

In order to prevent indiscreet urban growth and harmonize urban development with environmental preservation, it is strongly required in Korea that urban planning should be reasonable and transparent. From this societal demand, the urban planning system was changed to be strengthened for the establishment of harmonious land-use order in urban space. However, implementation of the urban planning system demands a lot of information to analyze and estimate the present condition and problems of urban area. For this purpose, the information should quickly be collected, managed and analyzed. The urgent demand of information in urban planning field is able to be fulfilled with recent GIS and its relevant information technique, which can quickly, accurately and conveniently collect various spatial and statistical information, systematically analyze and manage them, and visually present the result of spatial analysis. This study suggested a urban planning information system and its basic implementing scheme to support the urban planning system with GIS and presented a development model of the urban planning information system using the recent GIS and its relevant information technique.
