The present study attempted to test the effects of using external knowledge services on corporate management performance among SMEs. A survey of SMEs that had used external knowledge services was conducted for the analysis. The findings are as follows. First, regarding government-supported knowledge services for SMEs, knowledge service expert groups' competencies and government's support policies had positive effects on the quality of knowledge services. In particular, the knowledge service expert groups' competencies had more significant effects on the quality of knowledge services than the government's support policies. Second, the quality of knowledge services had significantly positive effects on management performance, whilst confidence-related knowledge service quality factors exerted significant effects on enhancing the relationship with customers and the informationization of knowledge. These findings have the following implication and meaning. The present findings indicate that the government's policy to foster and lay the foundation for knowledge service industry should be furthered, e. g. knowledge service supports for individual companies including knowledge service support projects and systems for SMEs and institutional supports for knowledge service companies and expert groups. In sum, this study is meaningful in that it suggests an effective and efficient policy direction for government's knowledge service provision projects.

Currently, our society has been changed from the industrial society to the information society. As the war progresses to Information Warfare, Network-Centric Warfare, Long-Range Precision Engagement and Robot Warfare, the military should advance to High-tech Scientific force. For this creation of the war potential, it is regarded as the warfighting experiment is a critical method. Surely it is rational that LVC(Live Virtual Constructive simulation) is desirable to make the warfighting experiment. But because it is limited by the cost, the time, the place and the resource, the constructive simulation(M&S : Modeling&Simulation) is a good tool to solve those problems. There are some studies about the evaluation process for developing the model, but it is unsatisfying in the process of the constructive simulations' operation. This study focuses on the way of constructive simulation operation, which is supplied with the evaluation process(VV&A : Verification Validation & Accreditation). We introduce the example of the rear area operation simulation for "appropriateness evaluation to the organization of logistic corps" by the AWAM(Army Weapon Analysis Model). This study presents the effective methods of the constructive simulations, which is based on the reliable evaluation process, so it will contribute to the warfighting experiments.

In particular, software side such as operational efficiency or marketing expertise strengthening of management is that effect is high relatively than hardware side market activation. Also essential to the settlement of credit transactions using credit cards is important for expanding the effort, for the expansion of credit card merchant credit card advantage and raise awareness among traders about the expected effects is needed. Though these study finding submits plan that create market ecosystem so that many consumers may become place that could visit naturally and create pleasure and convenience, and time, monetary, psychological value of shopping to traditional market, there is sense.

Nowadays, the competitiveness of a company depends on the ability of all organizational members to share and utilize the organizational knowledge accumulated by the organization. As if to prove this, the world is now focusing on ChetGPT service using generative AI technology based on LLM (Large Language Model). However, it is still difficult to apply the ChetGPT service to work because there are many hallucinogenic problems. To solve this problem, sLLM (Lightweight Large Language Model) technology is being proposed as an alternative. In order to construct sLLM, corporate data is essential. Corporate data is the organization's ERP data and the company's office document knowledge data preserved by the organization. ERP Data can be used by directly connecting to sLLM, but office documents are stored in file format and must be converted to data format to be used by connecting to sLLM. In addition, there are too many technical limitations to utilize office documents stored in file format as organizational knowledge information. This study proposes a method of storing office documents in DB format rather than file format, allowing companies to utilize already accumulated office documents as an organizational knowledge system, and providing office documents in data form to the company's SLLM. We aim to contribute to improving corporate competitiveness by combining AI technology.

This study uses various methods, including media analysis, expert interviews, and large-scale surveys, to derive notable digital business trends in 2023. Most trend studies have yet to deal with digital business trends in Korea. They also often have limitations in the objectivity of the results using unclear methods. On the other hand, this study emphasizes the validity of the results by collecting opinions from Korean digital business experts in various fields. First, Korean IT news articles were collected and analyzed through topic modeling analysis. Then, based on the results, interviews were conducted with 13 academic and industrial experts to derive 16 IT business trend candidates. Then, a survey was conducted on 210 experts to finalize the list of Korean IT business trends. Finally, to compare overseas and domestic views, we conducted an additional survey using the items developed by the Society for Information Management, SIM. This study is meaningful in that it drew prospects for digital business trends in consideration of the domestic business environment by scientifically converging various opinions of Korean digital business leaders. Our study contributes to developing strategies for IT technology and IT service business markets.

건축문화창달의 구심체로서 건축계 발전과 공익에 이바지하고 건축사 회원의 권익옹호 및 업무개선에 앞장서 온 대한건축사협회는 36년의 오랜 역사가 말해주듯 7천7백여 회원과 산하 16개 시도건축사회와 84개 지역건축사회로 구성된 조직력을 갖춘 전문자역사단체로 당당히 자리매김했다. 그러나 국내 여타 전문자격사단체들과 마찬가지로 지난 경제성장기 동안 제도의 틀 안에서 안정을 누려온 협회에 대해 그 기능과 역할을 재정비해야 한다는 건축계 안팎의 목소리가 점차 높아지고 있으며, 회원들의 요구 또한 적극적이며 다양해지고 있다. 여기에다 장기간 계속된 건축경기의 침체는 건축사사무소들의 경영상태를 크게 악화시켜 회비 수입에만 의존해온 협회의 재정상태를 어렵게 하므로써 향후 협회재정 자립의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 더욱이 최근 정부의 규제개혁정책에 의해 설계도서신고제가 폐지되는 등 회원들의 의무규정이 상당부분 완화되었으며 또한 임의단체로의 전환과 함께 회원가입이 자유화됨에 따라 협회로서는 회원 결속력 강화와 자생력 확보라는 두 과제를 시급히 해결해야만 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 특히 WTO에 의한 건축서비스시장 개방이 가속화되고, 이러한 무한경쟁시대에 대비해 정부가 각종 규제완화 정책들을 지속적으로 추진하는 등 앞날에 적지 않은 변화가 불어닥칠 것으로 예상됨에 따라 우리 건축사의 이익과 주장을 대변하는 창구로서의 기능 또한 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 전환기에 선 협회의 발전적 앞날을 위해서는 보다 다각적인 방향에서 그 위상을 재정립하고 또한 국제화ㆍ개방화ㆍ정보화시대에 제 기능과 역할을 다할 수 있는 전문조직으로 거듭나야 할 것이다. 이에 본지에서는 이번 좌담을 통해 협회의 기능과 역할을 재조명해 보고 아울러 사회적 요구에 부응하는 전문자격사단체로서의 위상을 확립해 나가기 위한 다양한 의견을 듣는 자리를 마련하였다.

SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) have became competitive by improvement of work efficiency due to utilization of DBMS, which is mainly used among large enterprises, but reverse functions such as security events and vulnerabilities have been increasing. SMEs without enough investment on security infrastructure have difficulties with implementing DB security products. Therefore the most of SMEs are exposed to hacking and security accidents defensivelessly. Hence this study offers distributional H/W DB security solution which is affordable for SMEs.

The purpose of the present study is to theoretically assess IT Implementation Model of Cooper and Zmud (1990) in a hospital IS use context. A case study was applied to analogical study by interview from several end-users of the information systems at a university hospital. This study presented an EMR(Electronic Medical Record) systems how is initially implemented at an initial stage, continually adopted, adapted, accepted at an adoption stage, and finally rountinized and infused into an organization. Our study also elaborated IT Implementation Model as defining EMR development and its impact on nature of IS use in a hospital. This case study explained the characteristics of EMR and hospital organization context conceptually.

Start-up support policy is expanding for the activation of creative economy. Domestic start-up is activated in early 2000, but is shrinked rapidly because there is not enough collaborative system of R&D, start-up, finance, and management support. Many organizations and collaborative environment in Silicon valley of USA is developed for long time. In Korea, creative economy is constructing rapidly led by government like building industrialization and information society. VCDP(Virtual Cluster-type Dynamic Collaboration Platform) is a good tool for the start-up support policy. This study explains the necessity and effectiveness of VCDP and suggests creative activation policy using this tool.

Tn the modern integrated healthcare environment, digital technology plays a critical role in the success of its operation. For overcoming the deteriorated healthcare management environment is to improve business service ability, cost and management efficiency through information processing of the business service process and the decision support system. For a solution of these problems, the Hospital Information System(HIS) was introduced. In this paper we proposed HIS system through the HL7-based with legacy system that improves both the efficiencies of medical of office and medical treatments. The implementation of HIS system enables combination of legacy systems including HL7 based OCS and PACS. And we proved the effective HIS development method provided by analysis of total module.
