코로나 시대에서의 비접촉 기조 확산으로 인해서, 전자상거래 업계는 ux/ui를 보다 소비자친화적으로 변화시킴으로써 성장을 도모하고 있다. 전자상거래 시장은 몇년간 엄청난 성장을 거듭해왔고, 혁신에 혁신을 거듭하여 간편결제의 보편화를 이끌었다. 하지만 현재 IT업계에서는 loger4j 그리고 크로니움 브라우저 관련 제로데이 공격이 만연한 만큼, 보안에 대한 관심도가 높아진 상태이다. 전자상거래 상에서의 간편결제에서 보안이슈는 돈과 직결된 이슈이며, 그렇기 때문에 단순히 그의 UX/UI를 사용자 편의성 측면에서만 보아야하는가에 대해서 많은 의견이 있으며, 이는 이미 업계의 화두이다. 따라서 우리는 업계의 현황에 대해서 알아보면서, 사회적으로 이를 어떻게 바라보는지 그리고 이 이슈는 왜 어떻게 발생했고, 쉽게 해결될 수 없는지에 대해서 알아본다.

The concept of Mydata emerged with the expansion of the data economy. MyData aims to empower individuals by enhancing their right to self-determination over their personal data. The use of MyData is expected to enable the provision of innovative service in various fields. Since 2022, MyData has been introduced and actively used in the financial sector. In the future, not only financial institutions but also Bigtech and Fintech companies are expected to actively join and demonstrate rapid expansion. To ensure steady growth for MyData in the financial sector, it is necessary to assess acceptance behaviors from multiple perspectives. However, the majority of existing research solely focuses on positive acceptance. This study analyzed the impact of users' personal characteristics and innovation characteristics on both innovation resistance and acceptance resistance. The analysis revealed that personal and innovation characteristics contribute to an increase in distrust and innovation resistance in the MyData service. In addition, it has been confirmed that it can lead to actions such as delayed acceptance and refusal to accept. The results of this study offer both theoretical and practical insights into user behavior within the MyData service market.

대학이 급변하는 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고, 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 대학 시스템의 근본적인 변화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 대학은 기존의 교육 공급자 입장에서의 행정 위주의 운영 방식에서 탈피하여 대학 본연의 목표를 재정립하고 교육과 연구의 수월성 을 확보하여야 하며, 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 대학의 자원을 합리적으로 투입·분배하는 과 정과 방법을 설계·구현하여야 한다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구 가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 본연의 목표인 교육·연구를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 대학정보화 추진의 틀을 제시하였고, 정보화 대상 프로세스들 중에서 핵심 프로세스를 분 류·정리하였으며 정보화 추진 전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 대학정보화의 사례를 들어 구체적 인 정보화 추진 정보화 추진 과정을 소개하였다.

This paper considers the nature of a digital library in terms of definitions and its technical environment It also explores some of the problems and issues involved in demanding and supplying information So current publishing systems and the library resources were investigated. The relative advantages of both electronic and paper journals are also briefly considered and it is suggested that research relating to build the full text database is required. 최근의 IT기술혁신은 단일 산업군을 넘어선 융합형 기술 혁신이 주도하고, 이동성, 내재화, 지능화가 극대화되면서 IT가 전 산업의 생산요소이자 인프라로 그 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 그 동안 하나의 독립산업에 머물던 IT산업은 국가 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들이 IT 융합전략에 박차를 가하고 있는 것도 이 때문이다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라도 'IT Korea 미래전략'이 발표되고, IT산업의 진흥을 총괄하는 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 출범하였다. 이는 그 동안 국가주력산업으로 기능해온 IT산업이 전 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 지원함으로써 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 새로운 전기가 마련되었음을 의미한다. 이에 정보통신 산업진흥원은 2010년 IT산업의 새로운 도약을 위한 전략목표로 1) IT융합을 통한 타산업과의 동반성장, 2) 산업경쟁력 원천으로서의 소프트웨어 경쟁력 제고, 3) IT산업 성장기반 고도화를 선정하였다. 정보통신산업진흥원은 IT산업 정책의 총괄기획자 및 코디네이터로서 IT사업의 전(全)과정을 지원하는 입체적 산업지원 체계를 구축하고, IT정책 간 연계를 통해 정책시너지를 극대화함으로써 새로운 IT융합전략의 성공을 이끌어 갈 것이다.

The previous studies have investigated the effect of social capital on innovation performance. However, the previous studies investigating the relationship between social capital and innovation performance have assumed a black box in the linkage. According to the knowledge based view, firms with inter-dependent relationship can make innovation through sharing processes of knowledge. In other words, social capital as intangible resource results in knowledge management activities which can increase innovation performance. And increasing innovation can make relationship satisfaction promoting relationship investment gradually. Therefore, research hypotheses are made from social capital to relationship investment. From the empirical results, except for the effect of knowledge sharing on both product innovation and relationship satisfaction, almost all hypotheses are reported to be significant. And product innovation performance positively affects relationship satisfaction, and relationship investment is positively affected by relationship satisfaction. From this study, we can know the importance of knowledge management activities in strategic management view.

This study is a study on the innovation resistance that may arise in connection with the introduction and use of smart factory-related technologies by SMEs. It is to study the effect of the leading factors of innovation resistance on innovation resistance and the effect of innovation resistance on use intention by using the extended innovation resistance model. A total of 176 survey data were used for the study, and the study was conducted using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 2.0. Relative advantage, suitability, perceived risk, social impact, and organizational characteristics have a significant effect on innovation resistance, and innovation resistance was tested to have a significant effect on the intention to use. As an implication according to the research, a plan to improve the level of introduction and use of smart factories using the expanded innovative storage model was presented by dividing positive and negative factors, and factors that should be improved and factors that should be reduced are presented. It was specifically presented.

This study investigate the smart phone that is not included in the studies that test the effect of added functionalities to convergence products. There are several questions that PDA, MP3 players that are added a certain function can be good convergence product that consumers love and these are the products that has problem of decrease of sales volume because of the development of smart phone. It is a little bit strange to test these product for this study, so this study suggest a little different research tool compared to the past studies. The research implications are follows like theses. Brand awareness is important factor that decrease the uncertainties and risks specially when a innovative tech is added to smart phone. A situation that a innovative tech is added to smart phone is best to get the consumer's perceived innovativeness, value, and buying intention. And a situation that a innovative tech is added to smart phone in the context of low brand awareness is better than a situation that various normal teches are added to it.

The government has supported the innovation of private firms by intervening the market for various purposes, such as preventing market failure, alleviating information asymmetry, and allocating resources efficiently. Although the government's R&D budget increased rapidly in the 2000s, it is not clear whether the government intervention has made desirable impact on the market. To address this, the current study attempts to explore this issue by doing a systematic literature review on foreign and domestic papers in an integrated way. In total, 168 studies are analyzed using contents analysis approach and various lens, such as policy additionality, policy tools, firm size, unit of analysis, data and method, are adopted for analysis. Overlapping policy target, time lag between government intervention and policy effects, non-linearity of financial supports, interference between different polices, and out-dated R&D tax incentive system are reported as factors hampering the effect of the government intervention. Many policy prescriptions, such as program evaluation indices reflecting behavioral additionality, an introduction of policy mix and evidence-based policy using machine learning, are suggested to improve these hurdles.
