In an environment with a large network bandwidth, maximizing bandwidth utilization is an important issue to increase transmission efficiency. End-to-end transfer efficiency is significantly influenced by factors such as network, data transfer nodes, and intranet network security policies. Science DMZ is an innovative network architecture that maximizes transfer performance through optimal solution of these complex components. Among these, the data transfer node is a key factor that greatly affects the transfer performance depending on storage, network interface, operating system, and transfer application tool. However, tuning parameters constituting a data transfer node must be performed to provide high transfer efficiency. In this paper, we propose a method to enhance performance through tuning parameters of 100Gbps data transfer node. With experiment result, we confirmed that the transmission efficiency can be improved greatly in 100Gbps network environment through the tuning of Jumbo frame and CPU governor. The network performance test through Iperf showed improvement of 300% compared to the default state and NVMe SSD showed 140% performance improvement compared to hard disk.
Beyond the technological behaviorism-oriented notion of prosumers, the current study explores the question of digital creative labour of the youth in the interrelated context of post-capitalist crisis and neoliberal ethos of selfhood. This analysis is situated particularly in the social conflicts and struggles in Korea, where the problems related to the precarization of the younger generation have been increasingly aggravated (in the realm of embodied reality) whereas their digital activities have been highly expressive (in the realm of mediated reality). The contradictions embedded in the question of the labour of the youth are delineated in the respect of the subjectivities of young free labour, or 'digital creative labour' in proposed terms: the precarious young free labour in Korea is the compound of social fragmentation, economic polarization, expansion of cognitive and emotion labour, boom of hedonistic consumerism, economic-cultural celebration of creativity and self-entrepreneurship, technological saturation of digital media, subjective/collective affects around excitement and ambition but also of anxiety and fear. The ambivalence and complexity of the young free labour is converged at the emergence of homo-economicus (Michel Foucault) through the subjectivation of the social (con)fusion of post-capitalist crisis and neoliberal governmentality of selfhood.
Discussion on OTT regulation has become fiercer, as OTT services' impacts on the global and domestic media market have been exponentially growing. In South Korea, it is argued that, on the basis of the similarity between television program and OTT's video content, OTT needs to be regulated in order to protect fair competition and to control sociocultural effects. In many of the discussions, developed countries' cases have been used for supporting OTT regulation. In this paper, we first analyzed the global OTT market trends based on our own categorization of OTT services. then we assessed the validity of the application of the foreign cases in the current OTT regulation debates in Korea. We proposed six OTT types (aggregation, mediation, mediation-aggregation, multi-screen, outlet, and outlet-linear) simultaneously considering service operator' origin, business model, content format, and content delivery. These services have been consistently evolving, and the OTT market has been increasingly competitive especially around content differentiation. Regulators must be wary of hastily introducing competition regulation to the dynamically innovating OTT market. The foreign cases, including the US, EU, the UK, and Japan, hardly seem to be appropriate bases for strengthening OTT regulation. Rather, they were focused more on promoting competition in the domestic media market and enriching the content ecosystem. Therefore, we need to consider revision of the outdated media regulation frameworks instead of fitting OTT under them, and to recognize the priority of securing practical jurisdiction on global service providers before capturing local players into the conventional regulation systems.

This study considered regional differences in the university-industry collaboration of Korean universities and performed cluster analysis to identify the spatial range with high university-industry collaboration connectivity. By university establishment type, it was found that the university-industry collaboration capacity of the major national university was superior overall, especially in the technology transfer & commercialization sector and the infrastructure sector, compared to private universities and general national universities. The spatial pattern of university-industry collaboration capacity showed relatively clear differences by city and province. In terms of university-industry collaboration capacity by sector, it was confirmed that the regional gap was not large in the talent training sector and the infrastructure sector, but the regional gap was relatively large in the technology transfer & commercialization sector and the start-up sector. As a result of the cluster analysis to identify a spatial range with high connectivity in terms of similarity and spatial proximity of university-industry collaboration patterns, it is divided into 15 clusters. It is found that most of major national universities are included in one of 15 clusters where all sectors of university-industry collaboration are strong. Therefore, as a policy measure to achieve regional innovative growth through enhancing the effectiveness of university-industry collaboration, we propose the establishment of a hub & spoke network-type collaboration system in which a major national university acts as a hub and nearby local universities play a spoke role.

This study deals with the credibility of citizens when investing in uncertain project companies, as well as the Social Performance Compensation Project (SIB) and the IT sharing economy. This allows the convergence of the three sectors to address investment inequalities in economic effectiveness and social security. Activates the model of the overall Social Impact Bond (SIB) process that successfully activates the exchange of information. The empirical presentation of the operations and techniques for social IT service finance examines how the innovation ecosystem can be created with social performance and reward projects. The analysis shows that small sharing institutions or citizens can participate directly to create the ability to connect with private investors, identify the possibility of recognizing non-shared barriers to participation, and show the great impact of citizen trust in IT sharing projects in uncertain areas. As a result, for the sake of social sharing and IT cooperation promoted by the City of Seoul, before the project has the ability to design directly, it will be responsible for reliability and safety in the planning of the project. Therefore, non-shared citizens can also participate in the platform that has been effectively constructed and created.
Many business managers claim that treasury management is their leading concern. Managing cash flows is the center of treasury management. However, in reality, companies has experienced the difficulty in monitoring and controling this flow initiated by business transactions. To resolve this problem, Webcash Inc. developed an innovative systems called Branch Solution. Branch Solution stands in between banking systems and a company's ERP system to connect them. This system provides the company with an ability to control the financial flow in accordance with the physical flow of materials. Due to this solution many companies accomplish a high efficiency and visibility in their cash management. This study analyses a treasury management case from the perspective of supply-chain processes integration.
There are many studies on the adoption intentions for mobile banking. But there are no apparent effect on the popularity of it. This is so because the users have resistance to innovation on Mobile Banking. Therefore, it is necessary to identify empirically the problem of user resistance. In this paper, we identified hindrance factors of mobile banking with previous papers. And then we conducted empirical study by survey reply from undergraduates and graduate students in China. The results of this study are as follows. Social Influence and Perceived Complexity have positive effect on Perceived Risk, and Trust has negative effect on Perceived Risk. Perceived Security and Perceived Protection of Private information have no effect on Perceived Risk. Perceived Risk has effect on User Resistance. The significance of this paper is that financial institutions and telecommunications companies of China could potentially establish new and more accurate strategies based on the resistance factors identified in this paper to gain more profits.
